    Excellent! Sebastian proposed a thorough and effective solution including encasing the basement with materials that would waterproof the basement and prevent mold. They also replaced the basement flooring. Jesse was our foreman. He checked in regularly and gave accurate statuses. The work team was extremely clean, organized, competent, and efficient. Jason was our driveway foreman. He and his team were also very professional and great at their job. We were very pleased with the work delivered, the fair pricing, and the interaction with the teams. We would highly recommend Rod Martin's teams for complicated basement and driveway projects. It was a reassuring experience. We made the right choice in contracting them.

    Doug provided a wealth of knowledge in regards to any mold issues with my sub-floor. It's one of those areas of the house I just can't get to and with a recent hot water heater going out, I needed a level of comfort that everything was okay. Although I didn't have any immediate need to fix an issue, it was comforting to know that Doug did a thorough job in assessing any issues. Doug wasn't pushy, but suggested improvements I could make in the future to avoid any long term issues. Doug was very professional, knowledgable and willing to answer any questions I had.     Remcon Cleaning and Restoration

      The guys removed pictures and décor off the walls.unplugged the tv in the upper corner.Moved my tredmill with the matt, my stationary bike,with pad and some chairs.They pulled the carpet back so it could dry.They moved  out the pad where the mold settled and took it with them to dispose of it. When they left ,they said we'll be back on Monday or Tuesday.I waited around Monday, nothing. On Tuesday I waited and cancelled an appt. in the morning to be there.I called around 11:00 am,I was told by the office staff she would have them call right away. Nothing. I called Wednesday morning, telling them I had an appt. when are you coming. They said we'll come just before you leave. It took them about 20 min. and they were gone. I called Mr. Pierce about what comes next if they're finished. Well we're done but I know a carpet guy that can replace your pad that was removed , restretch the carpet and replace the baseboard. $175.00 I said ok. The next day Mr. Pierce called and said the carpet guy said he had a problem with the baseboards. I checked downstairs and there was damage to the drywall. It looked like someone used an exacto knife and made a long incorrect cut up into the drywall. Mr. Pierce told me he would get someone to fix it but he would have to charge me just the cost. $225.00 , I said your people did the damage why are you charging me. The guy he got to fix the drywall cancelled on me 4 times. At this point I want nothing more to do with these people. I paid them to get them out of my house. You need to know that this service also puts nothing back like it was. I'm still waiting for my sons to come to town so they can put my tredmill ,bike and tv back so I can use them. I think not putting that in your contractor info. is just wrong.

    The technicians for 24/7 were outstanding. We had never experienced water damage before and they responded within a couple hours. They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. There was extensive water damage due to a toilet tank overflowing in the basement. The water was clean however the mildew/must odor was horrendous. They quickly assessed the situation and before they got started they explained how the process works for them and with our insurance. Steve and his crew were polite, friendly, and professional. All of my interactions with the employees were positive. I was going to purchase an Angie's list deal and the Manager advised that he would save me more money by lowering my deductible. Our cost out of pocket was around $800 after the insurance paid the claim. Our finished basement is put back together again and I feel that our entire experience was great. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do I will call them immediately.Thank you, Audrey and Jason DiManna

    The company responded quickly to our phone call (within 2  hours) and came by every day to check on the drying process.  They removed wet drywall and baseboards, drilled holes in the drywall to dry the areas between the walls to prevent mold growth and further damage.

    CARPET - Andrew now handles all of our carpet cleaning.  He's prompt, professional, and always takes good care of us.  He's the owner/operator and it's a great value.
    iMOLD - In April, 2012 I got very sick and after an air quality test we realized there was mold under the basement subfloor.  Andrew had done work for my Mom 4 years before, and we knew he would do a terrific job.  And he delivered.  He coordinated all of our services:  remediation, vapor barrier installation, dry wall repair, and scheduled air duct folks to come in and carefully clean them out.  He brought in numerous hepa air filters so that I could get the house back in shape to get healthy.  He cleaned all the carpets in the house - moving everything in the basement and making sure it was safe.  Over a year later, all is well.  We still call Andrew to take care of the carpets and he's super to work with.  If I ever had a problem with flooding or mold, he's who I would call.

    Delta was ok to work with.  They required half the payment up front.  They would sometimes show up unannounced to do some work or preparation.  They were not very flexible or super easy to work with.  The workmanship seems to be very good and it turned out well.

    I can't say enough good things about Marc and his company. I bought a house in July but didn't move in right away. One day while at the house, I realized that the movers had not turned off the faucet to the washing machine when they moved the previous owner out. It had been dripping down into the wall and under the floor of the laundry room. The wall and floor had obvious water damage. At the same time, I found signs of water in the dining room wall and baseboard. I was concerned about  possible mold in both spots. I was referred to Marc and his company by my general contractor. From the beginning, Marc answered my phone calls promptly and was always on time for appointments. He thoroughly explained the process he would use to evaluate the problems and then fix them. His workers were very neat and always cleaned up after their work. Marc kept me informed throughout the process. If I had a question, he would call or text me an answer. I was extremely concerned about any mold in the house and Marc's reassuring, calm manner helped immensely. As part of the process, we had the duct work and furnace cleaned. After the duct cleaner left, my furnace quit working. It was the weekend when the temperature got down to 4degrees. I couldn't find the name of the contact at the duct cleaning company and it was after hours on a Friday night. I called Marc and he promptly called the duct cleaning company and arranged to have their on call HVAC person at my house that evening.
     If I ever have problems with water, smoke, or mold, he will be the first person I call. I can't say enough good things about Marc Sutto and his company.

He was on time, he was pleasant, and he was just wonderful.  I would recommend him in a heartbeat.  I was just beyond pleased.  I contacted another company and they quoted $1500 for 1/10th of the work.  I would use them again in the future in a heartbeat.
