    DecorReform
We were hoping to avoid a contractor horror story; unfortunately it has become a nightmare dealing with DecorReform. It has now been 19 weeks since starting our master bath and guest bath remodel and yet neither remodel is finished. We were told that the project would take 3-6 weeks for both bathrooms to be completed. DecorReforms planning and scheduling of work was unprofessional and ill prepared. We understand snow delays and occasional personal extenuating circumstances but there have been several perfectly good days without any work being done. The incompetence and lack of work ethic she has demonstrated disregards our time, our most valuable nonrenewable resource, our home, and us. We have had to cancel several pre-planned functions due to this project. We have had 10 different people in our home with no main contractor working on the project leading to inconsistent results. With the exception of one worker, her team or lack there of have demonstrated poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail. Our furniture and personal items all over the house were covered in dust due to the workers cutting cement boards inside the master bath and not outdoors. Tools were often stored in our bathtubs without any protective cover resulting in scratches left on our bathtubs. Workers were sometimes no shows on days we were told to expect them. NO communication since May 30, 2019 We have not had anyone here to work on the house since May 3, 2019. Since this time we have been attempting to assess Donnas integrity to our project. She told us we would receive an update on May 31, 2019 but havent heard from her since. She has not responded to our requests to obtain paid materials, get a refund, or fulfill her obligation. We have made numerous attempts to reach out to her but she still has not responded. In the beginning, she responded to our calls/texts/emails within a day. However, it became increasingly apparent that communication would be a problem and that our project was not important to her. The feelings of excitement and anticipation of something beautiful has turned into trauma, distrust, and disappointment. Our fear of hiring a bad contractor is now our reality. She DOES NOT HAVE A FAIL SAFE for supporting her customers when personal situations arise in her life. NO back up help, no back up contractors, no one else that can complete the project if she is unable to. Our compassion and understanding has been met with the silent treatment and our efforts to communicate with her are heavily ignored. We feel taken advantage of and left stuck in remodeling limbo. Donna has failed to perform and uphold her contractual obligation. She has betrayed our business partnership by failing to complete or refund work and materials that have been paid for and not received, failing to communicate, and disrespecting my time and rights as a consumer. We have been exploited. We REGRET having gone with DecorReform for our remodel. We dont know if well ever get our money back or materials weve paid for. If you are looking for a professional, trust worthy company, I would advise you to seek elsewhere. Donna over promises and under delivers. This review will be updated if the end result changes.

Wright Brother's Construction & Design Services
Cameron and Jordan Wright were awesome. They are true professionals and their quality of work is excellent. It is hard to find professional service/construction businesses that do exactly what they promise or write in a contract; however, the Wright's are one of those companies that deliver exactly or more times than more than they stated. Their sub contractors are all superior craftsman and their quality of work meets the Wright's expectations...and mine. In addition, the Wright's are easy to work with and I consider them friends instead of contractors that remodeled our basement. I highly recommend Cameron and Jordan Wright if you are interested in finding a contractor that does exactly what they say, stay within original contract estimate, and perform out standing quality of work.

    Homeowner Concierge
After the 1st day of kitchen demo, various workers were supposed to come the next 3 days to start other projects. No one came or called & the owner would not return texts or calls in a timely manner. I would wait around all day for nothing. When workers would decide to show up the came late & left early. The owner would not communicate with us. We specifically said we wanted the hood centered over the island. After the hood was in place & the ceiling closed he told us it was off center & he was just going to change the cabinet configuration without our approval??? Crown molding was put around the top of the cabinets. There are nails sticking out everywhere & it is uneven in several corners. We gave all the specs & model numbers for the appliances we already purchased & were waiting in the garage to install. Apparently he did not research this information because a 220 outlet was needed. When he saw the outlet needed to be replaced we were informed this was now our problem to figure out?!?!? We also prepaid for cabinets & doors that he will not give us. And most of the construction trash was left in our garage. We have a huge list of projects that were not completed or done very poorly. We have tried contacting Dan several times with no response. We decided to go with this company because of the time frame they could get it done. This was all a lie to get our business. It has been a month now with no response & I have not had a kitchen for 2 months.

    Condon Contracting
Our shower remodel was done perfectly from estimate & help selecting the best products to meticulous installation. Dana came to our home to give us suggestions on what we could do given the space we had, and Dana and Doni both helped us select the best material for our new shower. Demo of the existing shower and installation of the new was done on time and very cleanly. It couldnt have gone better, and we love the results!!

    Stellar Painting & Remodeling
The staff who handled the kitchen remodeling were very good, helpful and made sure the work was done right. They encountered a few unexpected issues but worked to make sure they were resolved. The overall job took longer than expected but I would rather have had some time delays than not be pleased with the job.

    High Country Home Improvement LLC
We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of engaging Rob and High Country Home improvement. This project was our first major renovation. We had Rob and team completely redo our master bathroom, guest bathroom, and Jack&Jill bathroom. His estimates (time & $) and referrals to product specialists (to find tile, pick out cabinets, etc) were accurate and reasonable. Rob's team of Darin and Greg were friendly, polite, and did great work. They were very good at communicating with us and gathering information along the way to ensure a successful project. I intend to use High Country Home Improvement for any future projects.

    KC Cabinetry Design & Remodeling
I contracted as a kitchen designer for Craig Cruz and KC cabinetry from October of 2016- January of 2018. The jobs that we just ordered cabinets for jobs tended to go very well. The jobs that Craig installed cabinets and acted as GC were the ones I would get calls from frustrated and even angry clients because they could not get answers on various issues/schedules from Craig. Craig was always late paying my invoices on jobs and as I'm finding out other vendors as well. I have thousands of dollars in outstanding invoices that he knows that he owes me but refuses to pay. I now have to retain a lawyer and take him to court to recover my commissions. This seems to be a trend with Craig as the many lawsuits against Craig and KC Cabinetry over the years will attest.

    Intile Design LLC
We are so happy with the overall result. Lewis is very thorough and takes great pride in his work. Therefore, his attention to detail is second-to-none. He doesn't just do the job, he takes the design, thinks through it and improves it as he goes along. We are very happy with our bathroom and will contact InTile for future projects.
