    Metro Smiles P.C./Robin Asbury DDS
I did 3 fillings with Dr Robin on my upper left teeth last year. I felt that the fillings were too high, so I went ahead scheduled a biting adjustment. During the adjustment, Dr Robin and her assistant trimmed and polished both of my upper and lower left teeth (which were my own teeth), telling me that the biting would be much better after a couple of weeks. But it did not...my teeth got more and more sensitive that I couldn't even bite. So I had to go to other dentists for 2nd and 3rd opinions. Unfortunately, after reviewing my teeth, the dentists confirmed that Dr Robin trimmed my own teeth (both upper and lower) when she did the biting adjustment, and with the protective shield of my teeth being trimmed off, my teeth would become very sensitive when chewing food. And I'd have to do a crown to totally resolve the problem...I couldn't imagine how come an experienced dentist could not tell the difference between the fillings and a human's own teeth...I feel so sad that I have to consider doing a crown on my early 30s...Yes, they do have nice atmosphere and advanced equipment, but I don't think the doctor and the assistant's skills are well qualified. Fortunately I've found a really experienced dentist, and they charge only 1/3 of the price for fillings! Price wise, I have a pretty decent dental plan and it normally costs me around $20/filling, but Dr Robin's office charged me around $50/filling.

From the first chat with the friendly receptionist to the four old silver fillings I had replaced -- the crew at Highlands Ranch Smiles were wonderful! Who doesn't love watching a classic movie while having dental work completed too? State of the art equipment and amazing customer service only makes this practice more special! I think you'll love it!

I've used them a couple of times. Its not in a high grade but its alright. My only complaint with my dentist is his hours. His availability has always been an issue because he only works I think 3 days a week so its hard to get in to see him. His skills are good, the people are good, I mean everything is great but its just hard to get in to see him.

    Willow Creek Dental
Let me start by saying I am not a fan of going to the dentist. A bad childhood experience and lots of dental work made me feel this way, but Willow Creek has done such a wonderful job as easing my anxiety about these visits. I have had the same hygienist for several years now and when I see her, it is as if we are catching up over lunch. Whether it is a regular cleaning or other dental work that we all hate, the entire staff and Dr. Blakeley make sure you understand what is being done and that you are comfortable through it all. I have watched this office grow and the service has never once been compromised. They are a great team!

She is just a good overall dentist. She doesn’t push things, but she is available to do most extras that we may want, but she doesn’t push us into anything that we don’t want. With regard to availability, I book out six months in advance.

This was the last visit I plan on making to this practitioner. In May, I was scheduled for a replacement filling, but learned that the tooth had cracked and a 3/4 crown would be required instead. They performed the drilling (which including a brutally performed pallet injection), took 3D images of my teeth for CAD/CAM, and installed a temporary crown. Between that visit and my permanent crown delivery appt in June, the office had lost my billing information for which I was asked to stop by and provide again on my own time. When I went in for my permanent crown, I was informed that the CAD/CAM computer crashed and they lost the 3D imaging of my teeth. Because no one bothered to think about the client, my 30 minute appointment turned into 3.5 hours. After removing the temporary crown, which the doctor literally muscled out, got re-scanned and then waited an hour or more for the CAD/CAM tooth to print. Of course, during this time, my local anesthetic wore off and I had to wait for the doc to become available again to administer another dose of Novocaine. The doctor and staff are extremely friendly, but terrible creating a positive patient experience. Between the brutal off-handed nature of the doctor's technique and the terribly uncoordinated front office, I will NOT be going back.

My experience with him has been great. He has been my dentist for a number of years now and all my children go to him too. He just does a good job and gets us in when we need to get in and take care of everything. They handle things with our insurance, so everything is good. They are professional.

It went great.  He is thorough and doesn’t do any unnecessary work that is uncalled for and X-rays aren’t always needed.  The staff is good.  The hygienist that was working with me that day had left another dentist for that reason and I think they were encouraged to suggest work to the patients that wasn’t necessary.  He has people working for him for 40 years and they are very loyal to him and that’s a good thing.

    Diorio, Dr. Michael
Everyone's friendly and approachable.  Their hygienists are awesome and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable.  Dr. Diorio is awesome, caring and remembers details about you.  Scheduling is excellent. They offer extended hours one day a week.

I would highly recommend them. They were very good and professional. I've only been there once and I'm starting to get benefits from them. I was there for a couple of hours. They spent a lot of time with me. They didn't charge me anything additional for that consultation.
