    ABRA Auto Body & Glass - Highlands Ranch
    Our jeep was estimated for repair on November 3, 2014. We provided insurance information and a point of contact for our insurance on that date. The insurance information and claim number is written on the estimate. The time for repair is estimated at 3 days. An appointment was scheduled for 1 December 2014.

    We dropped off the auto on 30 November 2014 for repair on 1 December 2014. The vehicle estimate stated the repair would be completed by Wednesday the 3rd of December (3 days). We called on Wednesday and to our surprise they had not even started on the auto, Kim (the Abra representative) stated there was a problem with the insurance company and they had not approved the repair. We were never notified there was a problem. Abra said they would resubmit the estimate (this was already 3 days into the repair). We picked up the jeep as we needed the auto and they were not sure when they would receive the approval. We spoke to the insurance agent and they said they have never received the estimate from Abra.

    A new date was scheduled for either the next Monday or Tuesday (8 or 9 December). Abra said they would call and pick up the jeep and return it the same day. They did not call. On Thursday they finally called and said oops they forgot - but would like to reschedule. We needed the jeep for work so the appointment was reschedule for the next week on Monday the 15th of December. Kim said they could repair in in a couple of hours and that the vehicle would be returned by 12pm (lunchtime).

    Monday the vehicle was picked up at 9am. It was not returned, at 4pm Abra was called and opps they forgot to return the jeep. They did return it later that day and it was repaired.

    What was galling about the whole experience was that they cannot communicate. They did not communicate with the insurance company or with their customer on numerous occasions and our inconvenience was not their problem.

    Why does a half day repair take 15 days? If the insurance company approval was needed why didn't they have that? If they didn't have the approval why didn't call so we could pick up the jeep? Phone calls only take minutes.

    We do not intend to every do business or recommend Abra to anyone.

    The repair went great! Mr. Fogg was easy to work with, professional, and detail oriented in the completion of repairs. He communicated with me throughout the repair process keeping me updated on the progress.Since my car is vintage, there was not a paint formula for the color and Mr. Fogg worked diligently to exactly match the color. I give John Fogg and his company and A+ for excellent work and great communication skills.

    Upon walking in to Euro Collision, we were pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, who called on an estimator who came out and introduced herself to us.  She looked over the damage on the vehicle, gave us her contact, and told us she would have to estimate ready in a couple days.  After receiving the estimate, we set up a date to have the work performed.
    It took 2 days to complete.  The work was flawless.. The repaired part of the car looked brand new.
    The company communicated at every junction.  They were very personable and professional and the work was beyond reproach.

    The above services went very well.  I went there early in the morning.  I had noticed some rotational noise and some metallic grinding when applying the brakes.  They found two problems.  I need a brake job and that the front hub bearings were worn (that was what was causing the rotational noise)  They gave me a price and time estimate.  They completed the job on time and on budget.  I was very happy with the results.  I strongly recommend Addisions.

    They came out and did the estimate while my car was being serviced at another garage. They had the bid to me the same day. We were able to schedule the appointment the following week. They picked up and delivered the car for servicing free of charge. The office staff was friendly, accommodating, and professional. The bumper looks like new! I would highly recommend this company and would use them again for future auto body needs.
