these guys saved my house. they were so nice and respectful as we lost everything. they helped us move large furniture and stayed at my house until 1 a.m. until they knew everything was ok. the guys were so nice. in the days after our flood, steve came and assessed the damage. he was honest and explained everything. he calmed our nerves and told us exactly what the next steps were. i highly recomm...

we had a catastrophic storm and flood at my house. we called Flood Master about an hour after it happened. they showed up that night and started pumping the water out of my basement. it was 9 pm. when they showed up and they stayed till after 1 a.m. they removed the carpet that night. they set up fans and a dehumidifier before they left. a few days later they came back and removed dry wall and insulation.

It was fine.  We called them at 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday and they were there within an hour.  They wrapped up the job in two or three days which seemed fast to me, given that we had three inches of water in our basement.  We were pretty satisfied.
