    We set an appointment online first thing and they had someone out by 1030 in that morning. Their technician Paul arrived. He was very curious, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through his troubleshooting and explained the different things he was looking at and for and why. He then gave us a few options and in the end we wound up ordering a full A.C. unit, coil nd furnace to be installed and it only took them a week to get us on the books. Can't speak enough of how great and easy of an experience this was for my wife and I.

    Many missed calls and voicemails to even talk and setup appt (initiated via web form on website). Once the tech came to site, he stood over unit, and fiddled a little with long screw driver, had me turn on unit, and then said, I think its your capacitor. Did no testing of the capacitor whatsoever. I was afraid it was also a problem with a fan, so i asked how much to replace both the fan and the capacitor. I was quoted $260 to replace capacitor and $830 to replace fan. Given that I had just checked with online source on possible problems, and costs to fix, I knew that the fan was about $150 on Amazon (and very good one) and the capacitors about $50 for a high end. That put the labor of the capacitor to be about $200 for 1/2 hr, and $680 for an hour on the fan. When I asked about the diff, I was told "parts are cheap, labor isn't". Well, guess that was the only think honest about the visit. When the tech only suggested that the capacitor needed to be replaced, I asked why not just do both (since that is what the HVAC DIY website suggested), he said well all their stuff comes with 2yr warranty. But, isn't that warranty already supplied by the equipment manufacturer? So what risk are they really assuming in being wrong. So, to end things off, I was told I would be emailed a quote(s), and yet, 5 hours later nothing. Had I gotten a quote, I would have been tempted to have them replace the capacitor, but, given the total overall experience and bad taste in my mouth over the price gouging, I'll pass and write this review.

    It was ok.  They were professional and knowledgeable.  They told us there was some rust on the unit and that we should just replace it.  He  showed me and explained everything thoroughly.  We went ahead and replaced it.  He recommended a unit that would reduce energy.  Our energy bill was cut in half.  They helped us get it financing through GE.  I have recommended them to them other people.

    Technician was responsive and informative before the appointment, he arrived early for the appointment (after calling to make sure that would be okay), evaluated the systems, discussed my options with me and resolved the issues in a manner that was least costly for me and also ensured that both the a/c and the furnace were in good working order.  It's important to note that I called this company in as a second opinion so I had a pretty good baseline by which to judge them.

    Everytime i contact them they tell me that either i am out of the service area or that they arent open until september. I have been a costumer for many years and now that i need them to come out they dont respond and they are ignoring me. I wouldnt mind it if they charged me more, i just want them to come out and take a look at the ac. I just want my A/C to be fixed regardless if it is a warranty or i have to pay for it.

    Technician showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional.  He thoroughly inspected our AC system and gave us some helpful pointers on how to keep it running efficiently.  We have an older AC system, roughly 13 years, and it is working a little harder than a newer system.  We had the tech install a start assist to help alleviate some of the power load required during starting to try to get a few more years out of the system.  Overall I was very satisfied with the quality and professionalism exhibited by this company and would work with them again in the future.
