This place is terrible. I had somebody break in from my storage unit and they did nothing to help me out. In fact they have been extremely rude and threatening about me posting a review. My story was on the news and they lied multiple times to the media and the police department. Not a single camera pointing towards my unit. Here is the link to my news story. DONOT RENT HERE!!! Kim has been providing her concierge and administrative services since 2015. Shes motivated, gets assignments in quickly, is highly efficient. Shes awesome with my vendors and clients. She participated in the growth of my company and revenue went up by 40% within 12 months. I use her throughout the year for trade show coordination, admin assisting, estimating, customer service and more. I highly recommend Kim Cano of Kawaiola Concierge Services! John Curtis.

    This company is EVIL.

We rented a town home for around 3 years from Laureate. When we moved in there were many issues with the home, and we attempted to have them fixed over the years, but were ignored by Laureate. When we were moving out because we bought a house, we had to vacate one month early. When we called and informed them this, they said it would be no problem at all and that they would be showing the house while we were still living there so that it could be vacated right away. We cleaned the place like crazy before we left and were good tenants, clean people, and never broke anything.

Months after we moved out, we got a notice that we were being sued for over $3,000. They wanted us to replace the toilets and sinks (which were very old when we moved in but we did nothing to harm them), back deck light (never worked), blinds (were broken when we moved in and we fixed most of them out of our own pocket) and then they also charged us a $200 advertising fee even though they rented it out before we moved out. They also never responded to our maintenance requests - to fix the back porch light that was broken when we moved in (which they charged us for) and to put covers on the window wells (we had a newborn and 2 year old and the window wells were deep and unsafe). We never complained about the crappy sinks, toilets and blinds, which all were in poor condition when we moved in, and they charged us for all of that. We were never once late with our rent and we were always friendly towards these miserable people. Now we live out of state and had to pay their $3000 of unfair and unjust charges (on top of not getting our deposit back) just because it is too hard to get back to Denver to go to court for this nonsense.

I originally was going to go with a much larger company that I was referred to by my real estate agent. Started to get cold feet when I learned that for showings they put a lockbox on the door and allow potential renters to allow themselves in to view the unit. When I told the owner I wanted out, he told me it seemed like I needed someone to "hold my hand" through this process of renting out my first investment property. Eric of Invested Property Management has indeed done that for me! I have 2 properties and he managed to get leases signed on both within about a week. Prior to renting the units, I had about a million questions which Eric was always very prompt about answering. Got that hand holding I apparently needed! Now that the units are rented, I've received my rent payments every month so far and it seems as though Eric's company is very responsive to the renters anytime something has come up. Seems like a win-win situation all around. They keep the owners happy and it seems as though they're keeping the renters happy too.

I setup an appointment online and pre-paid for TV wall mounting. I was initially assigned a Tech (Justin) who called me and emailed me promptly to install it on Wednesday evening. Then I had to call him and reschedule him for Thursday evening. He emailed me on Thursday and said since he didn't have the parts, he is reassigning it to another technician - Susan Smith. I got an email confirming her appointment on Thursday at 4pm and I was waiting at home for her arrival. She never showed up at 4pm. I called her around 4:15pm, left a voicemail and she didn't respond. I got frustrated and called HelloTech support around 5pm and asked the status of the appointment and apparently, she said she couldn't install the TV on their notes but that was never communicated to me. I cancelled their appointment due to such unprofessional behavior. I wouldn't use them again.

Excellent. We had a great 3 man crew that were very polite and very careful. They worked with great efficiency and finished in under the time estimated. This is the first time I have used this company and would definitely use them again.

First, Morey set up an appointment for 4p on a Monday. That day, he called and said that he has a meeting scheduled that he knows won't be done, so he needs to re-schedule. no problem. We planned Wed at 4p. He arrived at 4:15p. We asked if we could replace parts or if we need a whole new one. Due to rust on the box, he suggested a new one. I asked for an idea of how much they typically cost and he said and quot;don't quote me, but $1500-1700.and quot; He said he'll email me an estimate in and quot;about a dayand quot;. After 3 days we called the office. no return call. 7 days later I received an email estimate for $3250.00. He said, they no longer make the same size evap cooler so it would require extra installation work. I took the brand name of the cooler he estimated and found one for $450 and one for $650. I also measured my cooler and they do still make that size. I wrote to Morey asking him to break down the costs/estimate based on what I had found because $3250 seems excessive. He never responded. I'm realistic and I understand that things can cost more than what we plan for, but I also need to understand why something is priced out as it is, especially when it is more than double what we initially have as a guesstimate in our minds. Morey was professional and knowledgeable in his discussion, but I lowered my rating on professionalism based on the after visit interactions or lack there of. For punctuality, 15 min late to the appointment can be overlooked though I'm extremely prompt so it's a little annoying, but I lowered my rating based on the 7 day time frame it took for the estimate when we were told and quot;about a dayand quot; and then no response beyond the estimate email.

Railing design was simple, amazing, and better than anything I was able to come up with on my own, and with a very reasonable price.  Mike was very professional and responsive both in person and on the phone. Installers were also professional and were able to fix a minor issue on site that same day.

AT&T is horrible in our area. When you have a cell phone through AT&T and live in our area that is bad. AT&T cell phone is poor in our area. It may not have to do anything with them or being their fault but there are not enough cell phones here. I don't know that anybody has great cell phone use here.

Randy inspected my bike and determined all it needed was a tune-up and adjustment, which he did. I had changed my own tires and made a couple of mistakes and he showed me how to do it correctly, as well as how to lube my chain, and he gave me a tip on smoother shifting. He said my chain would be good for another year and all the other parts looked fine. I appreciate his honesty--he didn't replace parts that were still working well.

We had to reschedule a few times due to rain and snow. Randy communicated with me all the way through until we could finally make it happen. He came with his trailer and worked on my bike right outside my building. It was great having him come to my place and not have to haul my bike to his!

He's been doing this a long time and is very knowledgeable and skilled. He's also a great guy--very personable and fun to chat with. I highly recommend him.
