  Beautiful job! All the teams were well coordinated by Marcos Sanchez, from the tear-off to the shingling, painting, and gutters. We were kept up-to-date throughout the process, especially as problems arose from the weather and the advanced decay of the 30-year old woodwork. They were all thorough and professional, and cleaned up very well afterward.

  The service was fine once finally performed. There were weather issues that delayed service. But they were great about letting me know that they weren't able to finish the job due to ice in the gutters and drain pipes. They were also great about rescheduling and keeping me in the loop. I did have an issue with payment. I purchased a special and paid through Angie's List. They had a hard time confirming this, and I had to send the payment information/confirmation to them multiple times. This was very annoying and took up time that I shouldn't have had to spend.

  Dir Sir: As a resident of Sherwood Village, where your crew recently did the roofing and gutters, I just want to say what a great job your crews did. They were courteous, hard working, no offensive language. They were always watching for the residents that may get too close to the construction area. And I was very impressed that there was no one just standing around. They were always busy. And the clean up was awesome . For complete re roof I expect to find some nails and debris, that���s just a part of the process, but your guys were exceptional. WOW Thank you so much for making our little piece of heaven look soooo much better.

  I highly recommend Columbine Roofing LLC! All the employees were friendly, helpful, courteous, and professional. From beginning to end the whole process went very smoothly. At our initial meeting, the Project Manager explained the entire process and gave us options of products. He also helped through the whole process with the Insurance Adjuster. I paid nothing out of pocket other than my deductible. I was pleased the installation only took one day and included a thorough cleanup. The new roof was put on perfectly and looks awesome. They not only did my roof, but also set everything up for my gutter replacement as well. I���m confident that if you are in need of a roof replacement, they would be an excellent choice.

  It was just OK. I was told I would get new vents, and they only painted them brown. And I was told my shed would be done to match my roof. Demetri gave me the run around and never made it back. What a jerk!!!!! But he sure was there to collect the $$$

  Samuel constantly under bid jobs and then tried to make us pay for his grossly over budget work. The quality was very poor with cheap materials, short cuts, and sloppy workmanship. In one case he failed to grade the yard right, which caused a foundation wall to fail. He refused to take responsibility. On another job he built an addition to close to the garage and we had to tear off part of the garage. On another job he rebuilt a garage in an easement and he had to tear down a brand new garage. I should have learned to stop using him, but I flip multiple houses at once and we had him working on many jobs at the same time. Every job also took three times as long to complete as he quoted. He loves to use other companies licenses to pull permits without their knowledge and use his own crew to do the work. Ask the city of Greeley planning department what they think of him. He does not know the codes and City of Greeley recommends you not use him. I have also had three of his workers/subs call me because he did not pay them and they wanted to lien my house. A lot of the work he did was not done right: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, kitchens, baths all had sloppy and poor work done. We found out he did not use backer-board to install new tile on one bath, but used regular drywall. He used untreated wood to build a deck, built a patio cover with roof supports 24 inches apart (even I know they should be 16). He tore down a patio with out my permission, when we asked him to repair it. He tore down a garage without my permission when we asked him to fix it. The list goes on and on. I also know multiple other people who have used him and had the same issues. Multiple people are threatening to lien and sue him. Stay away!

  Review Expect this to be a long process and take months if you choose this company. I made a claim with my insurance company July 12 2016. Here it is January 2017 and I am still waiting for a final invoice. I have gave the company many chances to make it right and get the right forms sent out. When I first scheduled my roof appointment I was told It would be about 10-14 days to get my new roof. In all reality that was a lie. My roof was installed Sept 30, 2016. No call or warning they just showed up on my step early morning and got to work. I lost multiple yard ornaments in the process as well as oil stains all over my driveway. I took pictures as they worked. Upon inspection of my roof the workers didn't replace any plywood like they were suppose to, which is soft and unstable still. After the work was done my contact/contractor called asking for payment of 1st check and the deductible. When he arrived at my home he was intoxicated and very verbally rude. Speaking curse words and bragging about being part owner of The Roof Dr. He told me multiple times how he made over 3k on commission for my roof alone. Very unprofessional in my eyes. He has since been let go from the company for unknown reasons. I have had 3 flat repairs done on my car due to nails that were left behind. All of this and more. I am very unhappy with my choice of hiring this company. I referred my neighbor to them and she has had all the same issues. I spoke with them today and I have been told I need to speak with yet again another person. I will NEVER use this company or recommend them. Best regards and fair warning to my fellow homeowners. Update Feb 15, 2016 I over paid this company and they wont refund full amount. This company is the worst to deal with and not worth your time!

  the shingles have several creases and cracks through-out the roof, metal drip edge had wide separations at each corner. The premier reps. recommended i not remove the old gutters until the roof was done. it now going to cost me an extra $500.00 to remove them ( the starter shingles were nailed on top of the gutter flange ) . My calls were not returned and when i finally reached them i was told their phones weren't working, and several times i was told that the person i was working with had quit, this was also told to the City inspector the only problem with that story is the same Permier Rep. was always around in fact she collected the money at the end. note; they did eventually repair the corner drip guards, however it not the same, and i decided that permier was not going to do well on the repairing of the crack and crease shingles.

  I was very concerned with nails being left behind and my kids getting into them.
  They did a great job cleaning up as though they were never here.

  Royal Roofing LLP

  I worked with Mike and Matt. They were both very punctual and professional. I was baffled by all of my neighbor's quick hiring decisions. Royal Roofing are experts at the local building codes in your area. Some of my neighbors only had half of their siding authorized for replacement just like mine initially. After using some really cool sophisticated computer software, Royal was able to make a new estimate with photos and breakdowns of the exact type of siding that was on my home. Turns out they were right, it is no longer manufactured and State Farm agreed to replace ALL of it. I'm very happy I waited it out and trusted these guys or I wouldn't have brand new everything on my home. First class outfit they run over there and I'd recommend them to any and everyone looking for a new roof or siding or if you were hit by hail. Don't trust these other yo-yos and their broken promises, hire a company that goes above and beyond for you and your home like Royal Roofing!
