    When my spouse was discharged from cardiology ICU I walked in there at 7:00 pm with 14 prescriptions and they didn't even blink an eye they put all the Rx into their system ad had them all ready within an hour!

    Very easy and helpful.  I was stressed about choosing from hundreds of health insurance options out there. 
    I wasn't sure if they could help because I live in Colorado and they are located in Arizona but I called the toll-free number for iHealthBrokers and received the voice mail of Jimmie Needles.  The voice mail suggested starting with an email so I sent him my family details and what we needed.  My location wasn't a problem so after a couple of quick emails back and forth, he sent me a proposal with three plans to choose from.
    I called to ask a couple of questions about the options provided and Jimmie provided very useful information. My husband and I quickly chose a plan and filled out the online application.  By the end of the day, we were approved for the new plan.
    Jimmie did call one last time to follow up and let us know the plan had been approved.  He also wanted to be sure we understood some of the details (such as a rider that excluded coverage for a pre-existing condition that we had expected).

    Went very well, the dr. and surgery coordinator were very thorough in explaining the procedure and sent home information explaining everything. I had to come in a couple of weeks early for test before having my thyroid removed, I spoke to the insurance department several times because they duplicated their phone calls. The surgery went smoothly, the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the scheduled surgery time was 2 hours late.

    My wife went to the Pharmacy in this store to get her prescription filled. The Pharmacist took her prescription and information. She was then called back to the Pharmacy counter to talk with the Pharmacist. The pharmacist told her that our insurance would not cover it because she had another prescription filled last week. My wife asked if she could have it filled without using our insurance. The Pharmacist then told her she would have to call her doctor to confirm the prescription.          That was last night. The doctor will not be in today, and my wife needs this prescription. You see she broke her right arm and tore 2 ligaments and a tendon a few months ago. The pain has been awful. The doctor lowered the dosage of her medicine for last weeks prescription because my wife wanted to cut back on the medicine. However the pain has proven to be too much for her to bear. So, she went back to the doctor yesterday, and he wrote a new prescription. This has happened once before about a month ago. At that time we went to the Pharmacy at Safeway in Centerplace shopping center. The Pharmacist at Safeway had no problem allowing us to fill the prescription for the SAME medicine without using our insurance. And WITHOUT calling her doctor. SO, this is obviously not illegal.       My wife came home and was very upset. The whole ordeal has been very traumatic for her for other reasons which I will not get into here. I called the store to discuss the matter with the manager on duty. He talked with this pharmacist, and then I called back. He feigned ignorance about the Pharmacy policies, and backed the Pharmacist.             My take on this is that the Pharmacist was more interested in covering her own butt than in helping my wife. There is NO reason why the prescription should not have been filled. If the doctor did not want my wife to have the medicine then he would not have written the prescription. We have been using the same doctor. We just decided to try this pharmacy because we just moved and it was closer than the Safeway Pharmacy. My advice is to AVOID this pharmacy.

    Outpatient services take a while to get registered for and there may be quite a wait before services are complete. But the staff is great and very friendly.

    They were very professional. They had good follow up. The doctors called the next day to see if everything was fine. I think they handled the whole thing really well.
