    APEX HOME INSPECTORS

Ed exerts a cool calmness that can only come from years of home inspections. We spent roughly one-and-a-half hours going over my new house. He knows exactly what to look for and what is and isn't code. As we walked around he offered wonderful tips and suggestions about the gutters and some of the electrical circuits. Taking photos and notes never broke his stride or interrupted his conversation. Ed is the only person I know of that uses a thermal camera and that allowed us to see that insulation was where it should be, there were no leaks and that the fireplace could use some insulation. The boiler had a pinpoint gas leak that I'm still not sure how he found it. Sheer skill or plain luck, either way he found it before it could become a much bigger problem.

When all was said and done I left feeling very confidant in the inspection. There wasn't a stone unturned, an outlet untested or a corner checked. I could not recommend Ed enough. He is worth every single penny and more. If you want a through and professional inspection give Ed a call. You won't be disappointed.

    Sharon Hytinen
Since we were from out of state and not familiar with the area, we originally selected another real estate agency.  At our initial meeting with the first agent, we discussed our wants and needs and she gave us a number of properties to look at with a farewell comment, "If you find anything you want, get back to me".  We looked at her selected properties and didn't find anything of interest.  We rode the area and found a property that we like and called the listing agency.  It was Aspen Leafs Real Estate.  While we didn't buy that particular property, we found another we liked.  Sharon worked with us during the purchasing process and handled everything efficiently and with utmost professionalism.  Since we were going to build, Sharon also suggested several builders to interview.  If you are looking for a professional to work with you during the buying or selling of your property, we highly recommend Sharon Hytinen.

    Chesnick Realty LLC
Lori is the owner.  She is easy to work with.  We looked for three years for a place in this area and she was the one who helped us get one.  She is very personable.  She is easy to deal with.  She knows the whole area like the back of her hands.  When I bought this house, the people that were selling were asking $195,000 and we told Lori that we could not afford to spend anymore than $170,000.  She spoke with the other relator and they both agreed to give up a good part of the commission, so we could get the house at the price, which we could afford and then the people were so anxious to get it sold that they agreed to it, but that was because of her.  The quality of her work was excellent.  I would definitely use them again in the future.

I am a Realtor and refer a list of inspectors to my buyers. I had a buyer use Ed for an inspection where he found a great deal of serious problems on that house. He was willing to come back out over and over again while the problems were being corrected to give the Buyer his opinion and to explain everything. Naturally, when I was buying my next home, I called Ed. He walked me through the house, explaining things that even I didn't know about (and I look at houses all day long). He has a few spelling errors on his reports, but is very thorough. Some Realtors do not like home inspectors as it can blow a deal, but I would rather know (and I'd rather my buyers know) every single issue that could come up. He does a great job of explaining the severity of a problem too, that something needs addressed but isn't a safety hazard or yikes, this is a big problem.

Indy Homes Team - Kristie Smith
My husband and I recommend Kristie to all our friends looking to buy and sell a home. She offers exceptional experience and quality of service. Kristie provided some recommendations of changes to make to our house before putting it on the market. The photographer she hires is outstanding. The recommended changes and photos were key in getting our Pike home sold in 1 1/2 weeks. Kristie goes above and beyond and on several occasions found creative solutions to meet our individual needs. We appreciate her hard work and personal touch.

    LANDMARK REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE
They work for everyone but the people they're supposed to work for. We've lost so much money with them. Don't treat us like the owner.
