  • Nikki is great! She is always on time and available if I need to call or text her about the dogs or house. It's nice to know that we are leaving our babies (dogs) with someone who is caring and attentive. We are very happy with Nikki's service and are definitely having her help us again.

  • I have followed this vet, he has gone to different places. He's now gone to Arrowhead and that's his, but he was, I've followed him since 1975-76. Something special. That's a big thing to trust them with in my mind, and this guys got a bedside manner of a rock, but he's good with the animals. That's what I keep thinking, well alright, as long as they. Yeah, and that's this guy, it's like he's great with animals. They're very reasonable.

  • Took them down to the kennel they were happy to see everyone and ready to stay. Picked them up Saturday morning and our male bulldog came out first and we noticed he wasn't his happy to see you jumping all over you self. Took them awhile to bring out our female and she was like "ready to get out of there" not wanting to do anything but stand at the door. 5 days cost us $300.00. We got them home and realized they were sick, and had a very bad cough and runny noses. English Bulldogs have breathing issues anyway and this isn't good. Took them to the vet and he said they have kennel cough. Vet costs were $308.00. Wife called the kennel Monday morning and told them of our concerns and the lady said she would have the owner call us. Owner just called at noon Tuesday and all she wanted to do was argue with the wife that they were already sick when they got them and that they played with them and there is no way to keep them from getting sick. (First time we took them we were told they required them to have 6 month Bordetella vaccinations which we had done and the Vet said he thought that was a little extreme. He advised us to go somewhere else and to our fault we didn't.) We won't go back!

  • The team at Bark's is amazing.  Our 8 year old rescue, Riley, is very scared of new situations.   All of our concerns were quelled when we picked him up to find he was happy and freshly bathed.  He got an amazing brushing and shampooing that left him shiny and smelling good for weeks.  The staff and pets at Bark's are all friendly; and so good to Riley.  We are forever grateful.

  • I've been going there for 13 years. They've treated probably six of my dogs and five of my cats. I see Dr. Mark Asmus there. I thought my diabetic dog was going to die. He pulled him off the brink. I just can't thank him enough. The other doctor that I see there is Dr. Bruce Kronkright. I just see whichever one is available when I go in. But they're both very knowledgeable. I've had surgery on my animals besides just their wellness. They always take a lot of time to explain things. They're very nice. The only thing I don't like about their practice is their location. They're on a busy street . Except for that location, I love their practice.

  • Twice a day, someone would come & spend a little time with our 3 cats. They would also refill the water dish, refill the food dishes, & scoop the litter boxes. Someone was willing to bring in the newspaper so they didn't collect on the driveway. We also feed our cats broccoli & green beans & they have always done a great job at fulfilling a personal request. When we were gone for a longer time, they were willing (for an additional fee) to come to the house 3 times a day to check in on our cats & to play with them a little. We can tell by the way our cats behave that they are in good hands & that the cats do not feel neglected. That is very nice for us & we don't worry!!

  • I emailed groomer & got no response. Phoned two weeks later & Danielle was polite and I made the appointment. Got a quote after explaining exactly how I wanted my dog groomed and gave dogs weight & description. When I arrived I explained again exactly how I wanted my dog groomed. My dog was ready on time but Danielle was not there and the other groomer said my dog had been good. I was surprised as I assumed Danielle would be grooming him. The bill for the groom was more than I was quoted and the groomers attitude was not very pleasant. I noticed right away that my dogs head had been trimmed far too short but I didn't want to argue with her anymore.  When I took my dog home I noticed his ear hair had not been pulled as I had asked & his coat was uneven and unattractive. Then my dog crawled under my bed and hid all afternoon which he never does so I don't know what happened to him during the groom. He acted odd for two days, even my friend noticed his behavior was "off". I don't know what happened to my dog that day but I will NEVER take an animal back there.

  • Super groomer,clean shop, and prompt. Caryn does all the work herself is very professional she loves dogs. The shop is in her home and was design for a pet grooming shop area. Easy to find and parking is close to shop.

  • Danielle does a great job, she cares about my family members (Dogs) and is always on time or calls if there is any problems. Her power went out the last time we went in and she offered to take the dogs over to her own house to finish. The power came back on and she was able to finish.
