Colorado Electric employees were prompt, courteous and explained what was being done in a manner that was clear as well as answering questions. Work was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent. As it wasn't an emergency we called on a Saturday. Wade returned the call within the hour and set up a time for Monday. He called to let us know he'd be a few minutes early. Gave an estimate that it would be about an hour's work. Promptly found the problem in the first fixture, then took down an antique light fixture and put in its replacement. He was professional throughout. This is the second time we've used Wade and regret all the other times we used other electricians. I highly recommend him.

    Gary's Handyman Services
We telephoned Gary one afternoon after being frustrated when the electrician our builder had referred us to rudely ignored our phone calls for hire after already verbally agreeing to begin our project(s). Gary stopped by our home after completing another project that very same day which was a welcome comfort after our past experience. Gary was professional yet extremely personable, and friendly with our pets as well (important to us cat and dog lovers). My husband and I went over all of our project needs with Gary who quoted us a very fair hourly rate, much lower than that of the and quot;electricianand quot; referred to us by our builder, and Gary has insurance, too - something the and quot;other guyand quot; didn't even have! Gary installed a few of our indoor lighting fixtures the very next day along with installing the very complex flood-light project and had to return about a week later to install the remaining light fixtures once we received them from the manufacturer. He called several times within that week maintaining contact to be sure he would have a time slot available for installation aware that we had company coming from out-of-town. He was never over-bearing, only professional and attentive to his project. Gary completed the first two of our projects so quickly and did such a wonderful job that we literally tried to think of any other projects we may have over-looked just so we could use his talents. That resulted in the third project (switch control and box) which, much to our surprise, he completed for only a few dollars and in less than 20 minutes including driving time to True Value! During all of this time Gary continued to be very mindful of our animals, making sure they were clear of the doors when he entered/exited. We could not be more happy with Gary on any level. We understand that he used to be very involved in the construction industry and we will not hesitate to use him for ANY upcoming project that arises at our residence for repairs or electrical work on any level.

    MC Atlin Electrical Corp
We very recently purchased our house and immediately noticed that our lights flickered constantly. There were dimmer switches in roughly half of our rooms, even in places where you really wouldn't need or want them such as in the bathroom. I successfully replaced one of them on my own but when I pulled the decorative plate off of a second switch it quickly became clear that the job was above my skill level. There were not one but three circuits all coming into one box, each hobbled to another, and with extensions leading to the switch itself because the three circuits were too short to reach. When I saw this I immediately thought "fire hazard" and began to wonder about the rest of the wiring in our new home. I thought I potentially had a full rewire on my hands and immediately hopped on Angie's List to look up a good local electrician as I have never hired one before. McAtlin had excellent ratings and reviews so I crossed my fingers and gave them a ring. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and professional and didn't balk at all when I asked for service "in the near future." No more than two hours later there was an electrician at work in our home. Furthermore, not only did we not require a full rewire, but the job was small, quick, and cheap. I am 110% satisfied with the service, quality of work, and price, and will most definitely be calling McAtlin again should I have need of an electrician in the future. They were outstanding! In fact, the wife and I both feel that we should have tipped Trevor, seeing as how we wound up paying far, far less than we expected to.
