    Great! Only met two of the men working at Shrum's. James did an excellent job on the transmission and I have tested it thoroughly by climbing the Grand Mesa the weekend it was completed. Also, met the front office fellow who kept me informed and notifying me of the job and cost before picking it up. Very timely in getting to my RV and much appreciate their work!

    I appreciate the integrity and trustworthiness of this family-owned garage. I have taken other vehicles to them since I moved to the valley in 2010 and have never been disappointed. The quality, service, and communication is always consistent and reliable. The price is fair and the completion time convenient. I highly recommend this garage to those who appreciate quality mechanic service.

    I made an apointment for Thursday at noon. I got a quote and was told it would be done at the end of the day. Instead of getting the car back, I was given a list of other things that needed work. The repair that I had agreed on when I took the car in had not been started and now I am without a car for a second day. It is now late Friday and still no car. The quote went from $400.00 to over $2,000. There should be a discount for not having the car done when agreed upon, I did not ask the mechanic to go over the car to find more probems, just fix what I needed done for now.This was defenatliy an upsell of work done and I feel taken advantage of.

    Horrible, I would never use this company again!
    1. When I picked up my vehicle the antenna was dangling from the windshield not attached.
    2. When I tried to pay for my vehicle, no one was in the office at 2pm on a normal business day.
    3. Left several messages for someone to call me so I could pay. Tried them for 2 days.
    4. Finally had someone call days later to take a CC over the phone but never sent a receipt.
    5. I called and left a message for the manager to call me back about experience, never returned my call.
    6. Emailed corporate website to complain, again never reached out to me.
    7. Several scratches to exterior of car, they were not there before the appointment.
    Such a shame as between my 2 business and personal vehicles I have close to 20 Windshields. I will use Safe-lite in the future.

    They charge lower than average. They're very efficient and prompt. I use them when I can't fix or repair myself because I don't have some of the tools and equipment. I would send everybody down to Dare To Car-E.

    Jeff's Automotive Service & Repair
    We’ve done business with Jeff. We know him personally. We like his service. He’s always very conscientious. We’ve had good results. He has done car tune-ups and repairs for us. Most of the repairs are not major ones. We haven’t had the need for those. He is new to this business. I think he’s trying very far to establish a business and to have a clientele. His price is very reasonable. I think it is average or might even be slightly below average. The major dealerships charge more for work than he does but then he doesn’t have the overhead that they do either. He does things in orderly way and he is quite responsive. We had a car fail on a weekend and there was no one in their shop so we took it somewhere else but that was just one of those things. I don’t think he’s maybe quite as knowledgeable about some cars as making it a deal or might be but he does a commendable job. I have no complaints.

    AA Alignment And Brakes
    When I called to make an appointment to have my brakes and struts inspected, I was told to come in on Monday at noon. I planned my day around this appointment. When I showed up on Monday at noon, they did not know I was coming. The owner came out and put me in the computer, then disappeared into the shop again without saying anything more. The woman working in the office mentioned that the owner has a bad habit of not writing down appointments. I settled in to wait, and after about half an hour, the woman working in the office commented that they were not working on my car yet. I asked her to check and see how long it would be before they'd get started. She checked and it was going to be an hour and a half. They knew I was sitting there waiting but made no mention of the fact that they were going to be an hour and a half late for my appointment. I got my keys back and left. A complete waste of my time.

    It was good. They are fabulous. They are honest, one of the very first time we used them in the 90s, they had did a repair on our truck and a year later it went off, we went to them and they told us it was under warranty so we didn't pay for it. They called and said there is not going to be any charge because it was under warranty.

    My 2014 GMC Sierra had no tint on the driver and passenger front seat side windows. Pro Tint took care of this in less than 30 minutes and the results were, as always, perfect. Over the years we've had the windows tinted all around (except windshield of course) on 6 different vehicles and the results have always been just what we were looking for. I do not hesitate to recommend the work of Pro Window Tint.

    These LINE-X guys are great. I brought my new 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 in at 10:00AM and was offered a same day appointment at 1:00PM even though I could see that they had more than enough work lined up.  The job was completed in about 2 hours and it looked fantastic.  They went out of their way to mask off several areas in the truck bed where I did not want the liner applied.
    I cannot say enough good things about Frank and the people who work in the shop and I do not hesitate to recommend their work.
