    Such a heartbreaking experience with this company. After confirming the vehicle���s availability status I made a same-day appointment to come in and sign papers to purchase the vehicle as I live about 2 hours south of the dealership, financing was already set-up as it was a promise that if it was set-up the whole ordeal would take 60-minutes or less. I showed up at the time of my appointment only to find out that they were already in negotion with someone else when I got there. All 3 managers were told of my purchasing appointment that morning and made sure the car was pulled up, keys at the desk, and ready for me. I feel that my family was used as leverage to hurry up a sale for a walk-in purchaser. I notified the sales manager I was here for my purchasing appointment of the specific vehicle about 45-minutes prior to confirming the paperwork had just been signed, couldn���t he have notified that potential buyer that they messed up & stopped it before the paperwork began? Where is the integrity? All the GM, Sales Manager and Director of Business Development (whom set up my signing appointment) could say was sorry, with very little remorse. I was told on Saturday, when I first inquired about the availablity of the vehicle, that they are a family run shop that is very honest and happy to work with us. I feel that was a blatant lie and my soul feels robbed of my family���s time, energy and faith in customer service and humanity. Of all the managers, and then some, who knew we were coming to sign & prepared the vehicle for us, no one bothered to call us to see how far away we were, if we were still coming, etc. because they had another person interested. We were not given any courtesy or genuine remorse from all involved at this dealership. Beyond terrible experience.

    I called Advanced after my dealership told me I had a leak in my transfer case. I didn't want to take it to the dealership because after a few months they were now telling me another part in my transmission was leaking. After talking to Scott at Advanced he was confident it was just the transfer case, not the torque converter too. He gave me a year warranty and then honestly said to consider getting a new car as the Nissan's seal in the transfer case was a bad design & that wouldn't improve. He gave me a fair price, delivered the car on time & stayed late til I could get there to pick it up on a Friday afternoon. What more can you ask for? Terrific customer service, a fair price & excellent work done!

    Excellent. I decided to fix it. He found that the items the dealer told me that needed to be repaired actually didn't need it. He found some items originally thought to need repair didn't need it, but others did. The final bill came out lower than the original estimate. I just picked up the car, and it runs so much better than before... like a dream, sweet and smooth.

    We used this place for years - they are dependable, SUPER affordable, and have a lot of used parts to offer you to keep the cost down. Every repair has been solid, and the one time something went odd after taking the car home, they took care of it without any issues (it was a separate issue but they handled it anyways). If you have a Honda or Toyota, this is THE shop to go to for price, honesty, and quality.

    The folks at Johnnie's are honest. Johnnie will take the time to explain, in as much detail as you desire, the extent of your automotive problems. He won't try to sell you service you don't need, and will charge a fair and competitive price for the work he performs. I'd strongly recommend giving this locally owned and operated small business a try.

    Note, Johnnie's is no longer located on Jackson St. in Golden. They are now located on the south side of Colfax Avenue, about 1/4 mile east of Kipling.

    I ordered tires in for my G37
    I tried to drop off my car for the day to have the tires mounted and the car aligned but it took over 30 minutes to check me in.
    I finally left when I noticed all the technicians were talking amongst themselves
    I told them I was short on time when I arrived
    All they had to do was to ask me to return another day
    Poor work ethic and poor supervision
    I like my car so this is not a negative on anyone but the dealer
    Do yourself a favor go over to the dealer in Clearwater

    Anderson's Foreign Car Service LTD
    We went to Andersen?s because of fantastic Yelp reviews but we had a terrible experience.  
    We took Andersen?s our Volvo v50 for its 120,000 mile service which includes replacing the timing belt ($1,040) and also for them to replace the front disc brakes ($434).  When the car came back we noticed it stuttering during uphill acceleration.  We took it back and they said our constant velocity joints were bad even though the cover boots were not torn.  This "diagnosis" didn't make sense to us so we took the car to another Volvo shop which told us the constant velocity joints were fine and instead replaced the front struts and A-frame bushings.  That ended the vibration. 
    The second shop also told us that the front engine seals were leaking.  They explained that those seals are located behind the timing belt and should have been replaced when the timing belt was replaced.  The leaking oil is getting on the new timing belt and will soon ruin it and gum up the mechanism. We confirmed this diagnosis at the Volvo dealer.  To replace the seals requires removing the timing belt mechanism all over again.  In other words, completely redoing the shoddy work done by Andersen?s at a cost of another 1,000 plus dollars.
    And oh, the new front brakes (pads and rotors) smelled initially because they didn't run them in properly. 
    My conclusion is that Andersen?s is either incompetent, dishonest or both.  Buyer beware!

    They did a great job on our truck and it was very good. There were in no issues with the scheduling and they delivered when they said they would have it finished. The price was fair. The picked up the truck and they gave me somebody else's.
