APagosa Lock and KeyI was trying to organize my storage unit on a Saturday night in Durango and ended up breaking my key. I couldn't get the unit to lock closed, which was a problem. I didn't have a copy of the key, and was in a bit in distress, as I was sharing the unit with other individuals. No one in Durango was able to help me, or would answer their phone. Ken helped me save a lot of money and time... even when I thought I would have to have a locksmith physically there to help me. I would highly recommend Pagosa Lock and Key for their quick response and honesty. They are truly their to help you out, even if you live a town away!- Casey P.

ARancho Santa Margarita Lock & Safe-RSM LockService above and beyond! I drove in from out of state to a newly purchased residence and wanted locks changed before the first night there. Bob and his wife were very responsive to all my questions and were available on Sunday to confirm my Monday afternoon arrival. Bob was prompt and, not only performed the needed service, but volunteered to change a furnace filter while he was here. He also offered suggestions regarding new door hardware for our renovation. I also found out that Bob does garage door opener work. He came back the next morning to change the code and add an outside keypad. I would absolutely recommend RSM Lock & Safe and would not hesitate to use them again.- Linda O.

ABob's Lock & KeyOur daughter lost her car keys--main and spare. (Long story, but we think they are somewhere on the side of a fourteener. Fortunately, the car itself was at our house!) The keys were modern, high tech transponder type. Bob's was able to get the code and come out to the house the same day to make a new key.. It cost $250,which is expensive but understandable given the technology involved. This was great, but here is where the real service came in. Somehow we misplaced the new key almost immediately (one of those weeks!).He offered to come right back and make another one for a nominal price, essentially his cost. Fortunately, we found the new key (it had accidentally dropped into a bag) and did not have to take him up on his offer, but I was impressed. He and his assistant were professional and knowledgeable. Thanks, Bob's, for helping us out of a tough situation!- TINA W.

FI called and spoke with Jeff to confirm they could work on small commercial external doors. Our need was urgent, so we set a time, same day, for an estimator to come out. He asked for pictures of the door we were most concerned about. I took the pictures and emailed them to Jeff at the email address he gave me, and also included a few additional things I was wondering if they might provide estimates for. Jeff apparently called while I was taking the pictures and did not leave any message about the appointment, only that he was trying to contact me. I called to talk to him but could only get his voicemail and asked him to call or email me to make sure he received the email and to confirm the appointment. Several hours later, after not having received a response, which was about an hour before the scheduled appointment, I called again. Again, I had to leave voicemail and asked if he had received the email and to confirm the appointment. I received no response, neither by phone nor email and no one ever showed up. It is now several hours into our next work day. Still no response, followup or explanation.

DOn Jan 9th I ordered a 4 drawer AMSEC Stor it Cabinet AND two AMSEC Jewelry inserts 1375033 from Indehomes that were advertised on their website. I did receive the cabinet on Jan 23, but without the two ordered jewelry inserts.
I called and talked to Andrea about it and shortly after that I received, without notice, a refund for the inserts. I did manage to get her on the phone and she said she would check into it. I then received an email telling me they were discontinued and she could not find them.
I wrote her back telling her that AMSEC had 18 in stock and even gave her the phone number to call. I again didn't hear back from her, and she wouldn't answer the phone, so I had to call her from a number she wouldn't recognize. She did answer and she sounded so sincere when she said she would really check into it. However, to this day I have never heard back from her.
In the mean time, I ordered them from another company (and paid more for them) but received them in 8 days.
They were very nice on the phone the few time I could get a hold of them; however I would have appreciated sincerity instead!
They rarely answered their phones and I never used their Live Chat when anyone was there even though I tried many times.
