AADAMS OVERHEAD DOORThey put me on the schedule for a couple of days out. The technician called me and asked if he could come a day earlier!! Of course he could. Joe arrived on time and got my problem squared away quickly. He then lubricated all the door rollers and tracks and checked the alignment on the safety switches on the floor. ATool Time Buildings & RoofingTool time built a 38'x40' pole barn. Picked up my windows and doors from Lowe's and did a good job. Had some issues over scheduling and each being there on time, but other than that they are good to work with. Garage door came damaged from vendor, so be there when doors are opened and installed. Keith was good to work with as a salesman and was there quite often to make sure things were going well.- Jon L.

AVillas Garage DoorMy painting contractor referred me to Will to assist with replacing the garage doors on a garage built in 1935. The doors on the garage were original and in complete disrepair. Will had to expand the opening in order to install a 8 x 7 door (and save me the cost of custom ordering a door). He was able to do so and completed the installation in a day. AADAMS OVERHEAD DOORI was really pleased with their service. My wife's car was trapped in the garage because of a broken spring. They came out within a couple of hours. ABAILEY'S GARAGE DOORS & MOREI recently purchased a new vehicle and needed the control programmed. I made a call late on January 1 and my message was returned promptly the following morning. FThis has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company, ever. My dishwasher broke at the beginning of November. We had a service repair call the day before Thanksgiving . It is now January 29th and I still do not have a working dishwasher. Their call center is terrible. Every phone call takes a minimum of one hour to speak to a person, sometimes longer. I have called at least 20 times over the past 2 months. They say they will call you back and never do. Their chat service is worthless and they do not have an email to use. It is impossible to speak to someone who can help. Everyone in this organization is completely unreliable, unhelpful and ignorant of any type of customer service. Do not use this service!
