    Columbine was great from setting up the appointment to how quickly it was completed. He was prompt (even 5 minuets early). Very professional and wore the booties over his shoes to protect the floors. He cleaned up everything when he was finished. I will definitely use them again.

    Not well at all. Tech said he checked our stove and it was working. He said I needed an electrician. But he charged me a service call even though he couldn't fix my problem. It might have been a communication problem with the dispatcher, but overall a very disappointing event. We called another repair company who fixed the problem which was so simple they didn't charge us.

    Mr. Warren was able to come out the day after I phoned and he assessed the problem very quickly. He advised he believed he could find a rebuilt part which would save me money, and he returned the following day, promptly when he said he would, and the repair was done. He was very patient with my dog and cats who were curious about this man sitting on their kitchen floor. :-)

    Scheduled a service call for a Saturday and there was no extra charge over standard weekday charge. Technician was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and showed up during scheduled window of time. He checked and cleaned filters and drain, and then pulled out dishwasher, finding a kinked hose from original installation by another contractor. Technician then ran a test cycle and it was fine. No parts were needed for the repair so we were only charged for two hours labor.

    The freezer was not closed all the way so condensation built up on the sliding rails, when we tried to open the door, it was stuck and would not move out. This door will tilt open and that worked so I tried multiple times to pull it open with no luck until the bottom hinge came loose. I like to tinker and found I was on the right track but I could not get the freezer door off so I tried to learn the lesson of being too forceful and decided to go to Angie's list for help. I found Columbine Appliance, they worked me into their schedule the next day, I was told between 2 and 4 in the afternoon. The tech actually called me a few minutes before 2 to let me know he was on the way, he was quick to arrive and took the time to protect our floors by wearing the protective covers over his boots. He analyzed the problem and proceeded to remove the door to solve the problem, he too had issues getting it off but finally won that battle. After he removed it, he could tell it was not damaged so he put it back together and it worked just like advertised. I was so happy that is was just that simple and also very happy for his service. I will use them again, hopefully it won't be too soon.

    Awesome.,we were expecting to pay way more, especially as it was the weekend...he did not charge more.  Loved his honesty...  bummed that he said my dryer will last for many more years (I want a new  The job before ours  took longer than anyone expected (yes, this happens sometimes), but he was great about keeping us posted on his ETA.

    The gentleman arrived punctually, and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leak, and gave us an estimate on the cost of repair. The repair was so expensive that we decided just to get a new dishwasher (our existing one was 15 years old and we didn't like it anyway). He was supportive of our decision, and was able to run a credit card for the payment of the visit (it's around $90 just to take a look). All in all a great experience, we will use this company again.

    The stove top was expensive to be replaced, but we understood that it would be and were not surprised. The technician, Jorge Aguayo, was courteous, friendly, and professional. He was very well informed about the product. He even consulted with us about our refrigerator that was not part of the original.

    Keith, the technician, arrived on time, and got right to work inspecting the master fireplace to determine why the ignition kept going out - He was polite, answered all questions, and quickly made the determination that there was a faulty electrical switch - he had the part on-hand and made the fix. In addition, he performed an annual inspection of the overall system.  The artificial logs were not the correct logs - he researched the manufacturer's supply and determined they did not have these logs any more - in any case, this was a pleasant experience that resulted in a repair to our fireplace.  I will use Columbine Appliance for future service needs.

    Great! Tye cleaned the power button housing and reset the cleaning cycles. He advised that we may need a new controller, but didn't think it was necessary today. He gave us our Angie's List discount and said to call if we had any more issues. No muss, no fuss. Tye called to ask if he could come early - I really appreciate the courtesy. We'll definitely call Hi Tech Appliance for future service.
