    From the very first phone call they were very very helpful. It ended up being a warranty issue. The customer service representative rep was prompt ins scheduling. They came out the next day.Tech was prompt, courteous, and professional, very clean. They followed up with phone call and we haven't not had problem since.

    I have been in the commercial banking and agricultural lending business for almost thirty years and know quite a few mortgage lenders. However, I have personally used Huettner Capital twice on two different mortgage loans and properties over the last several years. I've used them twice because I have extreme confidence in them. Todd is extremely professional and knows the mortgage lending business better than anyone I've ever known. He is very ethical, thorough, explains the process and knows how deal with any challenges that arise. A lot of mortgage lenders are really just order takers and don't understand the underwriting and appraisal process, much less, how to navigate any challenges that arise during the process.

    Rich diagnosed that the icing unit had failed and he left to procure parts. He returned in just a few hours, then installed the parts, checked the system out, and gave us advice on how long to wait until we put food back in the refrigerator. He also left a detailed printout of what he did, and a very detailed invoice. Replacement parts, labor, and trip charge cost about $700 which might seem a lot until you consider $8,000-$12,000 it would cost for a new built-in refrigerator. And it was done super promptly. We can't recommend Rich highly enough. Well done!

    Like another reviewer on this site--I got the run-around--called them, they setup a time from 1 to 3pm the next day to fix my washing machine.  Nobody showed up.  I called them at 4:30pm and the person who answered didn't know about the appointment and would talk to the owner and then call me right back.  Nothing.  If you don't want the job--then just say so instead of wasting my time.

    My last contact with her was on June 18. We started contacting each other around February 22nd. She was working with me to get my travel plans booked. Three months out before our trip began she did not follow up to my emails. She eventually quit all contact. It left me to make all travel plans myself. It was the worst customer service.

    This is the third year I have used Swingle to install holiday lighting on my home.  They make it so easy.  They provide the lights and holiday decor which eliminates the need to store it and replace burned out bulbs, etc.  The installers are courteous and professional.  They call you the day before and they show up when they say they will.  They are very neat and clean up the area when they are done.  My house looks great and is the envy of the neighborhood.  Once the holiday season is over, they will take down the lights and decorations in the same professional manner that they used when they installed them.
    Last year, I had a couple of burned out bulbs.  I called them and they were out the next day to replace them.  They are very responsive to service requests.  I highly recommend them.

    I called this company on Saturday morning, and he was the only one out of three who answered my call personally (the other two just had an answering machine and didn't return my call til Mon. AM).  Rich scheduled me on Sat upon speaking with me for a late Mon. afternoon appointment (which was my request due to my work schedule).  He was punctual, courteous, and got the job done!  I'm happy!

    The trash pick-up service person decided to only pick-up the neighbors' trash---neighbors' on either side of my drive-way...but not the trash from off of my driveway.  Several hours later, I called the office to clarify about the reason[s] why my trash bag was not picked-up, the office ONLY said that the driver would return by 7 PM that same day.  Two days later, the bag is still positioned at the end of my driveway...albeit, the Waste Mgmt. personnel have stated for two days that the trash pick-up will be serviced.  I've asked for a clarification about the reason why I have no service---is it because the invoice is not current/paid?  "No, the statement is Paid-to-Date". 
    And yet, still I have not received service.
    Now, its time to make a switch to a different company---hard to justify making payments while receiving no service for the payment.

    They were very thorough with their estimate.  Took many pictures to make sure we understood the problem areas and exactly what work needed to be done.  They were so knowledgeable.  We were very impressed and wished we would have them put the original roof on and we wouldn't be having so many problems in the end.
    Their workers were very good and hard working (inspite of the intense heat).  They took care of all the problem areas, did excellent work and cleaned up well when they were done.
    We highly recommend them to everyone and would definitely use them again!!
