    John Sacha MD
He is very knowledgeable about things that are wrong and how they relate to my spine when it is not even obvious to me that my spine is causing something wrong.  He listens and when I tell him something, he says that it is very important to know and thanks me for telling him that.  I don’t think that it is something worth telling him.  He otherwise would not know and that gave him something else he could look at.  He is easy to talk to.  He is really hard to get into though.

I have been out on disability since 2009 when I finally told my primary care provider that I could not stand the pain and weaknesses from my low back injury that dated from a fall in 1985. I did a referral to an Orthopedic Specialist, Pain Specialist for injections and physical therapy and E-stim therapy with some improvement in pain levels, but not significant improvement in motion and hip weaknesses. I requested my Primary Care MD to order a MRI of my low back which showed a disc compression. After changing Orthopedic Specialist I had 2 surgeries, 1 for the compression and a 2nd for frozen facet syndrome. I still was having pain and residual weaknesses in hips even after physicaal therapy. My disability insurance required an evaluation to stay on disability or go back to work. My Primary Care Provider had to change with a change in insurance and I had to seek out a Disability Specialist as no one else felt or were allowed to make that determination. After 4 months I found Dr. George Leimbach through my Physical Therapist. Dr. Leimbach did a thorough history review, physical exam with a complete neurologic evaluation, x-rays and ordered and got the needed MRIs of neck and low back. He saw me after these were done and discussed the findings. He did EMGs of both arms to look for other complicating problems. He referred me to Dr. Michael Janssen, in the same Spine Center for surgery evalution and met with Dr. Janssen at my appointment. My insurance did an immediate approval for the surgery. I was referred to Denver Pulmonary Specialist for a pre-surgery evalution. I did a 2nd opinion with another spine surgeon but he recommended waiting for more neurologic problems before doing the surgery, even though I had permenent weakness and muscle spasms from the low back damage. I had the surgry on 6/06/2011 with excellent results. The neck fusion was 4 level- C4-7 fusion andeven helped with some of the low back pain as both Dr. Leimbach & Dr. Janssen had expected.

    Oncology Rehab
They are just good at what they do. Every one there is really good. The front office, the physical therapists, and even the girl who taught me Pilates was really good. I took private classes for a while and thought that it was too expensive, so she set up group classes so that it could be more affordable.

Exam and diagnosis was done in a very professional manner. They determined that my injuries were not extensive enough to warrant surgery. they gave me a regiment of physical therapy excercises and treatment. i feel very comfortable with their knowledge and treatments.

    Panorama Orthopedics
All the doctors that we have dealt with them, they're all in the wall which is a big deal. They have an excellent staff. It's a good place to go, you never really see anybody frail or anything else and there's always a lot of people there. It's a good size place. They've done very well. They keep on making sure everything was fine so you're never really left out of the cold slip on your own which I really love. I am not a medical person but when I have questions, they're more than willing to answer.

    Arends, Dr. Gregory
I have had severe pain after back surgery and Dr. Arends is trying his hardest to fix it. He doesn't just give me more pain meds like the surgeon, he is trying to find out the cause of the pain and treat that. He is kind, thorough and truly knows his chosen field. His office staff is very friendly and efficient, as well.

I work with a hauling company that requires a lot of walking, lifting & twisting my upper body. After my initial visits with Dr. Steve I started noticing a vast improvement in my range of motion and sleep. I don't wake in the mornings with a lower back ache, have problems with my shoulders or hip and my neck feels soo much better. I now see Dr. Steve once-a-month for preventative & maintenance adjustments and still feel GREAT after 2 years. I highly recommend Dr. Steve

Pinnacle Physical Therapy and Pilates of Boulder
Excellent. In less than 10 sessions my symptoms, including nerve damage from the surgery, were almost gone. I was given a variety of at-home exercises that were tailored to my own convenience--not just standard movements right out of the typical database.  Lots of physical manipulation to get frozen ribs to move and neck to rotate. Very helpful with billing issues. I had used up my Medicare PT allotment before surgery and Pinnacle took over submitting a special extension and did not ask for money even through it would take them weeks to get paid. I've used many PT's in the last 10 years due to aging bones, joints, etc. and keep coming back to Pinnacle and Kristie Bennett. Pinnacle also offers massage and Pilates training.
