  • This company is LEGIT AF! We researched who to call to do a tune up on our AC unit and decided to give Swan a try. Little did we know we would meet the love of our heating & air conditioning needs 😂😂 I LOVED that they sent me a reminder email of the appointment , they also texted me a photo of the technician that would be arriving including a bio ( how fun ! ), and we were blown away by the expertise of Tony Garofalo!!! This is a technician you can trust !!! He went above and beyond with the service request and has gained a new client for life! Swan is doing all the right things!

  • Paul is phenomenal! He is the best service person we have ever had--he truly cares about making sure the problem (or problems, as we had!) are completely fixed! He made sure we understood what he was doing and why it needed to be done. His prices are extremely reasonable and he was here the same day I called! We have scheduled our yearly air & furnace inspections with him. It is a great feeling to really trust the person who is making the repairs!

  • Rob Q. came out to perform maintenance on our air conditioning. He was on-time, friendly, and professional. He thoroughly checked the air handler and compressor unit outside. He documented all of his findings and went over four pages of things he checked for and explained them to us. We knew that he was honest when he said that our ten year old air conditioner is in good shape. He mentioned something about a capacitor that may be going bad, but we could still probably get another year or two out of it. He did not try to sell us anything or attempt to promote any other services. He did suggest an electrostatic air filter, but was not pushy about it and sent us an email with an estimate if we are interested. Overall, I could not have been happier with the service. Rob is very dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. Based on what he told me about Swan's owner and the company, I'm sure the rest of the technicians are just as good as Rob. I will be using them to service my A/C and heating for a very long time to come.

  • Jason and Derek have serviced our 20 + year old furnace and a/c for years and after a winter event where it was clear there was going to be an issue finding parts at the next breakdown, we decided to replace the furnace and air conditioner. They quoted us a fair price (as noted, $6700). We did purchase our own thermostat replacement and they installed that as well as energy efficient Carrier products that have been working perfectly. For that price they also installed a Honeywell whole house humidifier and that worked great, as well. I can't say enough about Jason, he is a pro, they are both hard workers and honest as the day is long. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They are a two man operation, but they try very hard to accommodate.

  • Excellent. John Hahn, Jr. is always professional, on task, very nice and helpful, also has suggestions for things I can do or try myself to help prevent future issues. I have used them for years to replace my water heater, install shower sprayer, unclog garbage disposal, fix leaky faucets, and other plumbing issues. And, I will continue to use them. I nearly always ask for John Jr. as I know the quality of his work and that he will stay on task.

  • We contacted Benjamin Franklin because their name was on a label on the water heater and they installed this brand of water heater when the house was built in 2005 and we are the original owners of the house. We asked the service man several times whether this was a "RHEEEM" water heater that he was going to use from his truck to replace the old one- He said it was the "SAME WATERHEATER 50 GALLON". After installation, we discovered he installed a "American Water Heater" which is NOT THE SAME AS A RHEEM Water heater. In addition "Matt" provided no invoice with the name of the company or the NAME of the water heater. Matt had said it was the same water heater that we had already installed by them in 2005 when house was built-Not So. In addition Benjamin Franklin submitted to us a bill for $2,966.00- for an inferior water heater. The bill showed just the dispatch fee of $89.00 and the $2,966.0 without an indication of the amount we were paying for the water heater and the labor. We had also ordered a $445.00 warranty which was part of this $2,966.00- they did not give use any paperwork and the warranty was not listed on the invoice. We had a completely different water heater installed for $2,966.00 and we have no idea of what the labor cost, where the invoice was (no paperwork) and zero information on what they were charging for labor. The installed water heater costs on an Home Depot Site $496.00 and this was not disclosed on the invoice at all. No indication on the ipad we signed of price- either it was cut out from the ipad document or not there.
