  • Nathanael at Macadamia was very helpful in getting all our Apple devices updated with the latest software, synced together and backed up to iCloud. He's patient, makes things easy to understand. It’s great to have all of our tech working well!

  • So impressed with Rocky Mountain Install based in Fort Collins, covers Front Range from Denver north to Cheyenne! Being intimidated with new technology, we hired Jeff to install a new 65" smart TV and sound bar. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and courteous. Jeff did a great job of getting the TV completely set up and then explaining how to use it and access features never included with the 8-year-old one. With this great experience, we're sure to use Rocky Mountain Install again for other technology needs like sound systems and security cameras. Additionally, his pricing is very fair and reasonable. He also installs Direct TV and Century Link.

  • He responded to my email inquiry the same day and arrived at the appointment on time on the day scheduled.
He examined the entire system, said I had largely installed the wires correctly, but was able to make some programming changes in the receiver that 100% fixed the problem.  He further optimized the system, explained how best to set it and did some magic on our remotes.
Pat Lyons and previously his father have been in business for 30 + years-  a local ma and pa business.  He was referred by another contractor we 100% trust.  Pat typically does home theatre and stereo systems for bars and restaurants, as well as integrated whole-house systems for higher end homes, but he will come to your home to resolve your issue.  He charges $75 for a service call, which includes the first hour (he is @ $60 per hour beyond that).
He is a very friendly, professional, genuinely nice man and has a strong customer focus.  Highly recommend, but I admit the $75 gave me a few seconds of sticker shock, but with it being fixed, I would say we are highly satisfied.  I have to remind myself that competence in this world does not come cheaply...and it shouldn't.

  • Steve Harms, owner of Harms Sound Labs, worked very well with other contractors on a fireplace upgrade project  in coordinating the installation of media and support for the set up. Steve and his staff arrived on site at the scheduled on date and time. They worked efficiently and creatively to install the media and support equipment. They mounted the TV above a contemporary designed gas fireplace on an adjustable mount bracket. Steve even devised a safety switch that cuts off the fire when the TV is lowered out and over the fire box. At a later scheduled date they installed a remote control device that runs all of the systems in the living room. Steve and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and creative. I recommend they highly and am using their expertise on other projects. Finally, Steve really enjoys what he does and is enthusiastic about accepting new challenges. He delights in solving sound problems, and it shows.

  • He showed up on time and the pricing was very reasonable. The person who initially installed the system didn't do it correctly so the system wasn't synced correctly. I have multiple zones in multiple rooms and they are now linked up and function properly as one unit. I am actually having him back out to move my internet source.

  • Randy did a fantastic job. The job we wanted done was to mount a 75" flat screen on our wall. Kind of a small job, but he really helped us out. Communication was awesome and the final outcome is great. We really appreciate Randy and his professionalism. I would recommend him for home theater needs.

  • Joel and his brother and one other person put in several long days running the wires in some difficult areas of the house. I was amazed they were able to find ways to pull the cables. They worked outside on some difficult days that mother nature made as bad as possible to remove the old wires and pull new ones in hidden locations.
The results are a great system that has hidden the wires that we use to have visible and a system that  works very well.
    - Reginald S.
  • The security system is working, but the rest is not.  They also did little things during the isntallation, such as putting a plug near water that I now have to have moved, just to get the job done.  The guys were personable, but the work was not good.  After they left I was very frustrated that the speakers worked and exhausted after moving and didn't have the energy to call them back and get the work redone.  Maybe if you use this company just watch what they are doing as they work.  I did not call them to come back out, so maybe just do so if you have that same problem.

  • Perfect....smooth....would do it again.

  • It went really well. He usually does much bigger jobs.
