    Miramont Family Medicine
Called their phone number last week, and waited 25 minutes on hold to try and get results for a blood test. Today I called for an appointment, and was on hold 15 minutes. Hire more people! Your call will go to a "Call Center" which is greatly understaffed. Receptionists at Drake office are rude and unfriendly. They want you to have a blood test before you see the Dr. regardless of your reason to see Dr. They say it is routine. They will milk you with unnecessary tests, all done at their office of course. Commercials in every exam room for botox or other procedures. Dr. Bender the owner only cares about making money. Staff is treated poorly by administrators and attitude is poor.

    Ray, Dr. Veronica D.
The staff is very kind, I love the bedside manner of the staff here. I also feel that they only suggest treatments that are needed. I had a previous dentist that wanted to pull out half my teeth and do various surgeries which seems nonsensical to me and a grab for insurance money. Doctor Ray has not suggested pulling out all our teeth, or surgeries I see no need for and that is without me mentioning experiences with a previous dentists even once. I will be moving in the coming months and I will be hard pressed to find a dentist I trust as much as Doctor Ray.

Had to change appointment with 6 hours notice as my step daughter had to be taken to emergency care. Explained all of this to the receptionist who scheduled appt,, and asked to change appointment to the next week. They explained they would have to charge me a very sizable fee for rescheduling within 24 hours (maybe $69?) - No Exceptions...Terrible Policy. Took the $ hit, and cancelled the appointment. Would not consider using them again because of the way I was treated.

I've been seeing him for years, and he's had practically the same staff the whole time. I've only had one filling in 16 years, so I think he's doing a great job. He treats everyone like family, and is always there for you right away in an emergency. He's honest, and my whole family loves him! The availability is a little tough because he's so good, but that being said, they're usually able to still get you in within the week when someone cancels.

    Foster, Dr. Cory E.
I am a very, very nervous patient and I also have a very sensitive mouth. When I first started seeing Dr. Foster I hadn't been to the dentist in a long while, in part because I hate it so much, and when I shared how nervous I was and how much anxiety I experience when lectured by hygienists they really respected that and treated me kindly without making me feel like a crazy person. They check in often and have so many different tools to make sure that you are comfortable. This last experience they encouraged me to try the nitrous oxide, to bring my music and headphones, to schedule multiple, shorter appointments because of how anxious I get and I took all of their recommendations and it made a HUGE difference in my comfort level and improved the experience for me in a spectacular way. Enough that I was motivated to write up this review to show my gratitude for the awesome hygienists (shout out to Jen!) and the awesome Dr. Foster. Thank you for being the first and only dentist's office that I feel safe and comfortable with! Not to mention that they are totally affordable and make the estimate, insurance and payment stuff so easy. I give this whole team my highest recommendation. If the time, money and overall dental experience scare you, then you MUST choose Dr. Foster's and his team so you can get the service you need to have the courage to take good care of your teeth.

Availability is usually hard but they do have large health care facility which does make me overlook it when I need it immediately. Primarily it's the doctor that I've known for years that keeps me going back to them. The timeliness, billing and administration could be improved.

    Clear Creek Dental
First, I do feel like Dr. Knecht is a friendly dentist who probably does good work. However, they are so overbooked that I believe this is what caused all the problems I had with them. First, I expressed that I had severe dental anxiety before I even saw anyone there. During my first visit, I was left waiting in the dental chair for at least an hour.  This is not good for someone with anxiety. At the second visit, I waited and was finally given numbing medication. They then disappeared for at least an hour.  By the time they came back, the numbing agent was waning and I just dealt with the pain of the fillings because I didn't want to wait any longer.  There were 2 major procedures that needed to be done and needed to be preauthorized by my insurance.  The first pre authorization was turned down by insurance.  I called them and they said they knew what they needed to do and would resubmit right away.  They did. But, they totally screwed up. One procedure was never resubmitted. (I verified this with my insurance company) The other procedure was submitted 2 times with totally different procedures listed, so needless to say, the insurance company turned those down, probably out of utter confusion.  In the mean time I have a severely broken and infected tooth. At one point, I called because I was in a lot of pain.  No-one returned my call.  I have now wasted months waiting for them to get their act together. I cancelled a major surgery so I could get this work done, and now am left with neither my dental work or my major surgery done. I still have a painful and infected tooth and I won't go into detail, but due to their screw ups, my insurance is at it's cap so I can't fix that either. I do think it all boils down to them booking to many people and not being able to give quality care because they are overbooked.  So frustrating. :(

    Fort Collins Modern Dentistry
I switched to them. I've gone twice. I think they are professional, they know what they are doing but they are pretty pricey. The billing was a little bit confusing. They seem to use very modern technologies so I think that's why they are a little bit pricey and so that can be good or bad depending on what you need.

    Fort Collins Skin Clinic
This review is for the Drake office of the Skin Clinic in Ft Collins. I appreciated getting a quick appointment. I'd been suffering with eczema for many weeks and had made two visits to my GP and had been on 3 different treatments (2 topical treatments and 1 oral treatment). I saw the PA and her assistant. I found them to be extremely brief, patronizing, and disinterested. They didn't even really look at my skin but just took down the very basics of what the issue was (eczema - check), where it was occurring (legs, neck, arms, torso, back...I could go on but they cut me off). No conversation - they said they couldn't speak to what kind of eczema or any complicating factors until they had "worked it up" which turned out to be code for taking biopsies. This was maybe 5 minutes into the exam. Took 2 biopsies and shoved detergent and lotion samples at me. Told me to keep using the topical steroid that is irritating the eczema and actually hurts when I put it on the rash - said its not effective until you have been using it for two weeks (give me a break - it doesn't take a genius to stop using something that inflames an already irritated skin). Total time about 15 minutes. Cost $375.

    Banner Health
They're unusual. Their cardiology unit is run by three cardiologists. They have their own staff. They're all specialized in cardiology. After the operation, they don't have an intensive care unit. Each room is an intensive care unit. It has one patient in it and all the equipment that you would have in an intensive care unit. Each patient is looked after by one cardiology nurse who stays with the patient for 24 hours. You have an individualized post operative treatment that is most unusual. Everybody there gets this kind of treatment. The surgeons encourage you to get in touch with them, day or night. That is the place to go if you have a heart attack or need an operation.
