    Integrity Remodeling Services
We had a small 400 SF basement that was finished. Jim did a great job, even when some of the details from the way condo was built presented some challenges. We were able to get a small room, full bathroom and small laundry area built and it looks great. Jim was easy to work with as far as choice of colors and materials ect. He kept in communication when items were not available and he presented other options. Working with Jim was easy when we changed some items in the middle of project.

    Expert Flooring Solutions
We started shopping by reviewing products and services offered by several major flooring services in the greater Las Vegas area and not satisfied, we searched Angies List and found EXPERT FLOORING SOLUTIONS (EFS) at 6485 So. Rainbow in north Las Vegas. All of the contacts we have had with EFS have been PROFESSIONAL, from the showroom to all of the 'craftsmen' (artists) who timely and effectively installed our new flooring!

    Paramount Remodeling Company Inc
I hired Paramount to finish my basement and received very good results. The price was very competitive and the quality of work was excellent. The Paramount team was extremely polite, helpful, and respectful. I am very happy with the way the basement turned out and I will definitely be using Paramount again for future projects.

Very well, Jeremy & his team do excellent work. They go above & beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the results. They are always reachable & on time. He made friends with our pets so they would not be stressed by all the work as they were coming & going.

Went as well as we could have hoped. There were a lot of pretty major items that we were trying to squeeze into a short time frame, and Paramount did a good job with the initial planning of the different parts and breaking things up into manageable sub-projects. Mike accommodated our schedule and was very patient while we met to pick out all the flooring, tile, countertops and fixture details. The full time workers they used were exceptional, very friendly and very knowledgeable and thorough. We were very confident in their abilities to take all the off square edges and corners of tract housing and work around those issues so as not to leave anything looking off kilter. They also did a great job keeping track of our dog and cat while they were working to make sure they didn't escape. After a lot of the big work was complete, it was a little hard to get the various fnishing items scheduled as quickly as I would have liked, which I think was because of an abundance of other work and some laborers that weren't working out for various reasons...just a lot of pieces they were juggling with other projects. They did take care of everything that we had requested, and the work overall was well done. Would recommend. Several before and after pictures are attached.

Overall a great job. The actual work was done very well. There were a few issues due to back ordered items which caused the timeline to be pushed out a few weeks but overall the job was done and I would hire again.

    GJ Koeppen Construction LLC
We recently decided to finish off part of our basement. After a bit of searching, we settled on a contractor recommended by our neighbor. We were a bit skittish going into this because we have heard many stories of problems with contractors. We knew what we wanted but I am a bit too old to tackle the work myself. After meeting with Graham Koeppen we felt pretty good about our choice. We were not in a big rush so that took some pressure off things. Graham brought in subcontractors that he has worked with for a long time. He dealt with the code inspectors, buying the materials, scheduling, etc like a pro that he is. At the end we were more than happy. He and his men did an outstanding job, they communicated well, and they were courteous and very easy to deal with. We felt like they were totally trustworthty we had no qualms leaving the house with them working there. In the end we ended up with a new bedroom, library, workout room, bathroom, and gameroom. I can heartily endorse Graham (GJKoeppen Construction) because they did a fantastic job, as per our agreement. What more can you ask for.

    Home Services with Integrity LLC
The entire experience was perfect. He started on time and finished on time. I felt very comfortable leaving him alone in my house. He kept his work areas very clean and organized. He wasn't the cheapest but he was the one I was most comfortable with. He has integrity in the company name and that is exactly what you get. I will not hesitate to work with him again. Customer service was fantastic.

    PRT Flooring LLC
Our experience with PRT Flooring LLC is a nightmare. The owner Rick asked for 50% down on the project. The total bid was $5000.00. He was to provide only the installation. We were to provide the travertine wall and floor tiles, deco tile, liners, grout, mastic and mortar at the cost of $7900.00 Work began Sunday, 7/26/15. Rick and his crew of 2 - 3 men arrived. As time went on they appeared to have little experience in quality installation of tile in a New Construction home. One of the men had only worked for Rick 2 weeks prior to working on our home. He was hired as a helper and had minimal experience laying tile. This man was put to task on setting well over 400 sq. ft. of floor tile and sections of wall tile in the shower in which he later admitted to us that he had no experience doing. The start of the floor tile was set by Rick. This was approximately 35-40 tiles down the center of a long breezeway. These tiles were pretty level. He then had his new helper finish the setting of the remaining floor tiles and a wall in one of the showers, all without supervision, guidance or instruction. The next morning, when we had the opportunity to look over the quality of the work done we found such poor craftsmanship in both the breezeway floor and shower walls. All Rick did was blame the new guy for the poor work. We asked to have the un-level, rough cut and poorly laid out tiles be removed.  Rick agreed. Even the work Rick did was sub-par.  It started with him installing 30 pieces of the wrong field tile in the guest shower, which he had to tear out.  He did not installed the Deco tile flush with the field tile leaving a sharp edge above and below the decorative stripe. He began crudely grinding the sharp edges and slipped, in turn he ruined a 7 ft. tile run consisting of a row of 12 x 12 tiles which now need to be removed. On this same shower a hammer drill was used to remove tile from one of the walls, gouging several chunks of the concrete board from behind the removed tile which now needs to be replaced. Rick was on the job site for a total of 2 days and then left for vacation. While he was gone his crew of 2 continued working. On Thursday 7/30 we asked them to work on completing the breezeway floor before doing any more work on the showers since there were issues Rick needed to address once he returned from vacation. The crew agreed.  When we returned that evening the breezeway was not completed. Instead, very little was done on the floor tiles and they had proceeded with pouring wet concrete to form shower pans, and installed several rows of tile in the master shower uneven and cockeyed.  On Friday morning, when we asked them Why the lead tile setter said I was just psed off.   ??REALLY??   We asked them to remove the wall tiles. Within a couple hours they had the tiles removed and thrown into the dumpster and peeled off in their car.  We called Rick several times, not able to leave a message because his mailbox was full.  He would not call us back. Sunday 8/2 at 7:30 am, Ricks wife instructs their helper to come to our home to remove their equipment and tools. When we called the wife, she assured us it was because they were starting a new job on Monday and they needed the tools. We explained our concerns that the job was not completed, she explained that Rick will fulfill his commitment when he returns and he will make it 100% perfect. When Rick returned from vacation, he refused to come up to see the work but he would send his best guy up to see the work. Not much was done correctly on this job by this company. We upheld our end of the contract. We paid the 50% deposit. We purchased all the material. We were cooperative and patient. We were taken advantage of. Over 75% of the tiles and materials were used or damaged. We called Rick and asked for a refund on our deposit. Rick agreed to this and told us hed send a check. Five days have gone by, still no check. We are still out the money for the tile and materials they used up and well have to have someone rip out and re-do the work that was done.  We can only hope this review will help someone else from not going through something similar with this company.

    CARPET MASTERS
They were prompt and did an immaculate job. In two days they took out the flooring from my entryway, kitchen, laundry room, half-bath and two full-baths and replaced with new underlayment and new vinyl flooring in two days. The installer took off all of our baseboard trim work to take out old floor and re-installed it after putting down the new flooring. He did such a good job I didn't have to do any retouching on the painted baseboards. The job looked better than the original floor that was in the house when it was built. I won't go anywhere else for my flooring now. Plus they are very helpful when you visit their showroom and help you make an informed decision about the type of flooring that fits your lifestyle.
