Wouldn't recommend ANYONE to use United Car Care. They don't stand by what they advertise. Their customer Service is offending and rude. Their adjusters are not professional and aren't worried at all about their customers safety when it comes to the vehicles their company claims to cover. BOTTOM LINE: United Car Care warranty services are atrocious. DO NOT purchase United Car Care Warranties. You'll be wasting your money. Buy a quality warranty services else where.

    Midas Auto Care Experts
I was having a problem getting a good alignment. There is a new auto store out here in Frederick. I went there because it was much closer to where I live, but they couldnt do it. I mean they tried 2 or 3 times and said something was wrong with my truck. I said, no, the front end was rebuilt. They said, yea we know, it looks like its in great shape, but we cant figure out whats going on and blah, blah, blah. So I just took it to another automotive place and they just alignment it and it was fine. Midas had a brand-new machine. I got the vehicle back and went down the road and the tires were squealing terribly. I went to a tire service place and said, Ive had it alignment here before, can you check the alignment? They checked it and said, man, youve got it totally terrible. So, I took it back to Midas and they tried. I dropped it off there all day long. They said they couldnt make it work right, they didnt understand what was going on, they speculated what it could be, blah, blah, blah. They couldnt figure it out. So, I went the other automotive place and didnt have any issues at all. I went back and told Midas, because they said, come back and tell me what you found. I said, I think you have a machine problem. I said, I think your machine is out of calibrate or something. He said, yea, I think we do too. Thats all he would say. They gave my money back, so no complaints there. I dont like giving people really bad grades on this, but they tried. I give them a C for effort, they put a lot of effort into it. They serviced it within a reasonable amount of time, when they said they would. I wasnt real happy with them. One employee was really good and one was bennie. I havent had them do anything else. Im sure theyre good at a lot of stuff and I think it was the function of their brand-new machine. It was not calibrated properly or it wasnt being operated properly. I dont know which one it was, it had an issue. A $3,000 machine, but it wasnt doing its job.

The service went fine. I was happy with the result and the price was right. They did a good job. They charged me less than they said they were going to. It was $76 and they were supposed to be close to $100. I dont know why they charged less. I got the quote over the phone and they told me what they were going to charge, maybe it was close to $90. I dont know. When I went in they said $76, I think that was with tax or something. I was pleased and the job they did was fine. So, I just took it to Hayes Automotive and they just alignment it and it was fine. I have no complaints about what they did, how they did it and how quickly they did it, so it was all good. It was a good experience. Would I use them again thats a maybe, because 2 years ago a friend of mine went there to get something done on her vehicle and I felt like she was overcharged a bit. So, they were lucky I went with them. It was just I said, I will try these guys and they did a good job this time and the price was right. On my experience it was an A. I might suggest them to someone else, Im kind of neutral on it. I might suggest they call them, but I would tell them to make sure they got the price up front and were pretty careful about monitoring that. I kind of know how they do things and I kind of have a feel of what they charge per hour, so Im going to figure out how many hours theyre going to work on it. If their price is too high then its like, no. If theyre comparable to what other people change than I might go with them. I think theyre professional people.

    King Chevrolet Buick GMC
Not a great experience...To begin we made an appointment to have our truck serviced for Monday morning. At their request, we dropped the truck off on Saturday afternoon so they can work on it Monday morning. When I dropped off the truck, I told the service technician that the rear brakes need replaced because they're squealing. I also asked if they could check the front brakes and PS hose. The last time I had the truck in, King Chevy's report mentioned that the PS hose was starting to leak and the front brakes were in the and quot;yellowand quot;.Now it's Monday.....I call King Chevy at 1:20 because I haven't heard anything about my truck. I was told that I would get a call back from the person who was handling my truck. I don't remember his name. At 5:15, I get a call from an employee who says that my truck is ready to be picked-up. I say, and quot; What did you do to my truck?and quot; King Chevy changed the oil and wrote up a report saying that I needed to replace my rear brakes, keep an eye on my leaky PS hose, and that my front brakes are in the and quot;yellowand quot;. Then I request to speak to the service manager.I'm put on hold until the gentleman picks-up who is handling my account. I explain my frustration that I needed the brakes changed, as agreed on Saturday. My truck spent the entire day at King Chevy for an oil change. The service technician is very polite and apologetic. He quotes me a price for the brake replace with an 11% discount for my inconvenience. I decline and request to meet with the service manager in the morning. The next morning...I meet with the service manager who was very agreeable with my concerns. My concerns included:-I had an appointment so my truck should have been one of the first on the lift, yet an oil change took them 8 + hours.-I was never called and given the option to repair anything wrong with the truck.-I was never called back when I called about the status of my truck.-I was concerned that they and quot;copiedand quot; last year's truck report with the same recommendations for repair. If my rear brake pads are grinding the rotors, should they be sending my truck out on the road without asking me if I want to fix it?In conclusion, King Chevy was apologetic and easily admitted that they messed-up. At their request, they paid for my $80 oil change with hopes of keeping my business.

They are excellent. They are very honest. I have taken cars in during test drives to see whether or not they are good. They are very helpful and will take you home if you are without a car. I will continue to use their services.

    Foreign Automotive Specialists Team
We droppped off the car and they offered to give us a ride.  We opted to walk up to a coffee shop instead but they came and picked us up when the car was finished.   I mentioned another issue with the car that I had completely mis-diagnosed and they were able to quickly determine the problem (fouled mass air flow sensor) and corrected during the same visit.

    Boulder Nissan
Went good considering Colorado had a flood during the time my auto was being worked on... They had limited mechanics and still were able to get my automobile finished.. As far as I know my auto is ok!

Have not had my car back long enough to know if it works well ... but the service was great!

    Thank you!

Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram
These guys really helped me out in a pinch, I've been working with them for a few months trying to get parts for a lift kit on my 06 Commander, but the kit manufacturer is having trouble delivering. Prestige already has the new tires and rims for the lift in storage which is very cool of them. However, one of my current tires took a hit with a lag bolt and I realized that it wouldn't be prudent to go on a hunting trip with a no spare and 3 tires with about 20% tread on them.
So, I call up Prestige, and the guys at the service desk are awesome, Mike Berryhill (easy to remember!) was in on his day off and helped me get setup with 4 new tires at a great price on the same day.  Now I don't have to worry about waiting on the lift kit parts if winter comes a bit early this year, and I will be able to resell these tires for a good price when the kit parts do come in.
    Thanks Prestige!

    Complete Car Care Of Longmont
These guys are great if you are on a budget. I had them do a preventative tune up, including oil, sparkplugs, filters, belts, etc. and they were even able to diagnose a fault in the A/C that I had been trying to fix for 2 years. They charged me $6 for a bad relay and made sure the system was in good working order.  They consult with you on all repairs before they do them and will let you know the ramifications of delaying a repair if you don't have the money to fix it right away.
Their place is a little hard to find and access (it's behind the post office), but well worth it. Judging by some of the classic cars I see in there, a lot of folks trust these guys with their 'babies' too.
