    CS Home Maintenance, LLC
He has a variety of skills and gives suggestions when needed. He charges fairly for material reimbursement, never more than what is on the receipt. Chad takes great pride in his work. I will continue to use his service.

    Daniels Landscape and Design LLC
I received multiple quotes from area landscapers and Daniel's was the best value. He suggested alternatives to my design and gave multiple quotes so I could understand the choices and cost impacts. Once we agreed to the work it took a couple weeks to get his crew scheduled (but this was expected... it was in the middle of summer and Daniel explained the current workload on his schedule). Daniel was also accommodating with my HOA when they asked for multiple rounds of drawings and explanations before approving the landscaping. Once we had approval we dove in.

The first day was hard to believe. I left for work and came home to nearly all the plant, rock, and irrigation work complete. My neighbors were all commenting that things looked great. I couldn't believe the change that happened in 10 hours. It didn't even look like my yard.

Next was extending the concrete pad. Daniel had previous experience in this area and made sure that the concrete was tied into my existing slab properly for extra stability. He even pointed out some flaws in the original work my builder had done and was able to fix a couple trouble spots.

The final piece was the custom fireplace. This did have a couple hiccups (the block was laid off-center initially, but Daniel tore it down and had it fixed), but overall was still better than I had expected. Daniel was able to match the flagstone used by my builder on our front porch so the fireplace ties in nicely with the original construction.

It's tough going into a landscaping project when you're starting with essentially a blank canvas. Daniel's drawing weren't the most detailed, but after meeting with him I knew I could trust him. We're very happy with the results... AND things came in slight under budget, which is a miracle these days. It's one of the first times I've had the final bill work out to be LESS than the quote after the work is complete.

    Gene's All Around Handyman Service
He was to put up a carport for me and he keep saying that he wanted to do it for me and he was to get me a price to do the job but keep  calling me and said he was in the middle of a job and he keep giving me excuses why he hasn't been able to do it, but after a month or so he stopped calling me and I never heard from him again.
If he didn't want to do the job he should have said so, so I could find someone else.
I think that is a very bad way to run a business, I had someone else that wanted the business painted inside and out that wanted him to give them a bid on doing it. I was going to tell him about it after he did my job. but if that is the way he treats his customers I would not recommend him to anyone else at all.

    Anaya Concrete
I contacted Anaya during the colder months of last  year because we needed some foundation work done on our addition and it was going to require demoing a section of the driveway anyway, since the driveway was getting old and crumbling it made sense to try to replace the driveway at the same time. Luis from Anaya advised waiting for spring so that the concrete would cure properly.
Fast forward to April and Luis contacted me to schedule the work. our first scheduled date (April 22nd) had to be pushed back because of the late snow, but only a week to April 29th. The crew that came out was quick and efficient. They had the demolition and most of the forms placed on Monday, and were done pouring the new concrete on Tuesday.
During the demolition and forms setting Luis suggested a number of improvements to my initial request that greatly improved drainage, safety (less sharp inclines), and ease of access (removing a step into the garage). While the suggestions did carry and extra cost and were made after work was started I did not in any way feel like they were "addons" or pressured to accept them. The suggestions were not couched in terms of how bad things would be if I did not accept them, but in how they would be beneficial if I did. one of the suggestions (a curb around the addition) I was somewhat uncertain on, but went with Luis suggestion because the practical benefits as opposed to the aesthetic detraction. However once complete I'm glad I accepted his advice as the curb looks quite a bit better than the old design did.
I am very pleased with Anaya's work.

    Professional Concrete Works
Jesus Soto and his worker were very prompt and efficient. They arrived early and stayed until the work was finished.  They did a great job of cleaning up the area after they had finished the job.  The price quoted was emmintently fair.  Mr. Soto broke up and removed the old concrete, formed and poured the new sidewalk and completed the other work in a single day.  He was very friendly and quick to answer our questions.  I would recommend Jesus Soto's work without reservation.  He and his crew were fantastic!  Thanks Jesus!

    Discount Fence Co
They did a wonderful job. They did a quality job. They got it done and got out. They had to pour concrete for the posts and do all that kind of stuff. He brought enough people to get the work done pretty quickly. We split the cost with the guy next door and our portion was $700 so the price wasn't too bad. They were not overly noisy. We would use them again.
