CService that was performed was fine and did seem to help the pests (in particular spiders) that were present in our basement. Everyone we spoke with was professional. My particular issue resulting in a lower rating is we moved and needed to cancel the service. The cost to cancel is very high- 50% of the cost. We had two services left and they would not decrease the charge at all despite cancelling meaning they are not coming back to perform anymore spraying. I would not recommend signing up for this if there is any chance you would need to cancel.

AThe communication was great. My appointment was set for later in the day but the owner called to see if he could come earlier. I showed him the two nests, and he found two more nests that were even bigger. He explained the process and the expected results. He performed the initial application and then checked if more spray was needed. The price was what they stated. More than likely, only one application is needed. By the way, when I first went on Angie's List, I mistakenly hit the "Get a Quote" button and another company responded. They wanted to sign me up (with some sales pressure) for an annual subscription at about 4X the cost of a single application. I believed only one application was needed and the Foggy's owner confirmed. So it pays to contact only the top-rated companies directly. I will use Foggy's again in the future -- get the best and forget about the rest!

ANo problems. Jay told us what he recommended to eliminate the problem. He set two traps near the affective area. He caught several young skunks and removed them. He then recommended someone to build a protective screen below our shed to prevent skunks from returning. The work performed by Jay was excellent and reasonably priced and the problem has not returned.
