When problem was diagnosed a company truck arrived with the needed part (part needed was unusual, so understandable that the part was not on the repairman's truck). Repair was made efficiently; significant time was taken to be sure that the system was working. Work area was left clean. Time was taken by repairman (Mark) to discuss problem with me and what to do to prevent future problems. Very pleasant and courteous. Respectful of my property. APrecision Plumbing Heating Cooling & ElectricCharles with Precision Plumbing and Heating came out on Monday to check out our old, like really old, heating/air conditioning sysytem. It was going to have to be replaced. No surprise there. He offered several different systens to choose from and we picked one. Amazingly, it could be installed the following day (Tuesday). Charles came back the next day with Antonio and they replace it. Job was done in such a professional and clean manner. I very highly reccomend Precision!!- Cathy S.

I received a quote for replacing the two malfunctioning parts in the furnace as well as a discounted quote for a new, more reliable furnace. I chose the latter, and the furnace was here and installed in three days. Fantastic! In addition to the HVAC installer, I would also like to commend the electrician for showing me that there is an unused, second circuit already installed in the garage that I can use for my hobby shop equipment simply by adding an outlet. No expensive wiring is required from the house to the detached garage! And there was no bill for his time to explore the breaker panel in the house and trace the wires from there to the garage. I've used Applewood for years, and they're always terrific.- Rich K.

They offered to come and do the maintenance for the original price. I appreciated them reaching out to me to make things right. To me that says a lot about a company. AI was, and am, very impressed with Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric. I contacted this business to avail myself of an Angie's List Deal on Tuesday evening. I was promptly contacted the following morning by an incredibly pleasant, polite, and professional receptionist/scheduler. I was able to get an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. I was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The plumber arrived at 7:57 a.m. and completed the diagnostic and repair and replacement services, in a workmanlike manner, by 8:50 a.m. The plumber was very competent, pleasant, polite, professional, and respectful. AWe recently moved to the Denver area from California, and safe to say we were not used to the cold winter weather. As luck would have it our furnace broke down and in a matter of hours Isaac came out and repaired the damage. Everyone that we spoke with both over the phone and in person was friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!! DI spoke with Slawek over the phone and he sounds nice and professional. He asked me to send him a few pictures via text message to get a quote. I did. After that, I never heard back from him. I followed up twice after two days and no response. I wish he can respond to me even he decides not to take the job.

AJim Sr. re-lit the pilot, and then proceeded to show and explain why it had gone out and would go out again. We've know for some time that our furnace would need to be replaced at some point in the near future, and when we do get it replaced JM Mechanical LLC is who we're going to call. Jim even offered us a 10% discount if we used his services to replace the furnace. Done! Jim couldn't have been nicer and more professional. If I could, I'd rate the encounter an A+
