    GS Exterior Experts
Keith and his team were amazing to work with! We had a bit of a delay in getting our insurance claim worked out, plus some other work that needed to be done before we could get around to the siding and gutters. Keith was incredibly patient, no pressure, and was really responsive when I would check-in as the other projects progressed. When it came to the actual work, he was terrific in assessing potential risks and additional costs to the project, gave a transparent and detailed estimate, and his team started on-time, properly permitted, and hit the ground running. The work was done in about 1 week. His team was courteous and professional, non-smokers, quick to ask questions instead of assuming or papering over questionable work, and left things tidy. Steve, the foreman, was always available and on-site, and Keith would respond to texts and emails quickly if we ran up against any questions. This was easily the most positive experience that I have ever had with a contractor. And his credentials, warranties, and attention to detail make it very easy to recommend him with the highest of confidence.

    Advanced Exteriors Inc
Advanced turned a miserable experience into a win for us. We needed a new roof & siding after the May 2017 hail storm. We met with a few contractors and carefully selected a local one with a solid reputation. We found out 4 months later they subcontracted out our roofing job to an out-of-state storm chaser. The subcontractor was terrible. They cashed our $7K deposit check in early June & 4 months in, they still hadn't even given an estimate to our insurance. We knew everyone was busy, so we weren't expecting work to start right away, but we needed them to at least get the estimate to our insurance. When they finally did, the measurements were wrong and they missed a lot of things. They would not return calls or emails. We told them we wanted our deposit back and tear up the contract we signed, which got their attention, but they refused. We got a recommendation for Advanced from another contractor, so we called. They sent out 2 fantastic reps right away (Andrew & Andrew) to meet with us. We told them our story and that we might not be able to hire Advanced because we were stuck in this contract with the subcontractor. Andrew & Andrew were incredibly helpful when we showed them the estimate. They found several mistakes, including some violations of CO codes - since they were from another state, they didn't know CO codes. Andrew & Andrew showed us the exact CO statues they had violated. They told us that the contract was invalid as a result, so we should legally be able to get out of it. Armed with this info, we contacted the subcontractor again with precise language regarding the violations and demanded that we receive our deposit back & terminate the contract. They finally agreed. Without Andrew & Andrew's help, we would have had to hire an attorney to get out of the contract. They helped us even knowing we might not hire them. From the moment we signed with Advanced, our experience was a complete opposite - our interactions with everyone at Advanced were fantastic - everyone was responsive and communication was excellent. They submitted a much more accurate estimate for $10K higher than the sub to do the siding & roof, which our insurance accepted without question. The work was done quickly and professionally and the techs were all polite and cleaned up after the jobs. After wasting an incredible amount of time and energy dealing with the sub, Advanced turned our miserable experience into a solid win. We would 100% recommend them for roofing & siding.

    Red Diamond Roofing
Last year's hail storm ruined my roof, but Red Diamond came to the rescue. They were on time to every appointment, very communicative, took care of all the insurance negotiations, and the quality of the roof itself is impeccable. Needing a new roof is a pain, but they made it as painless as possible. Thank you Brian and your team for the great work!

    J & K Roofing Inc
Dealing with J&K was a miserable experience from start to finish. I only hired this company due to Tim being friends with my buddy. I was told my buddy would get a reward for bringing my business but to this day he hasn't gotten a thing so the lies started day 1. I felt like I was constantly lied too and in the dark this entire 6 month process. From the second I signed the contract and got the insurance check I basically never heard from anyone. They do not schedule anything and will not work with your schedule. When I signed the contract they didn't even cover the hole in my skylight for me. A month later the roofing materials were delivered at 10pm on a Sunday without notice. I was sitting on my couch then bam, house shakes and alarms go off. I called Tim and he apologized then said work would start at the end of the week. 24 hours later at 6am it was complete construction mayhem. Zero notice given. My car was stuck in the garage getting rained on by debris because it was blocked by their dumpster. The skylights were all removed so no family member could use the bathroom. My wife had to call off work and my brother had to cancel his visit because of his young kids. The roof crew threw away my rain sensor costing me $230 which I wasn't refunded until the end. They removed my swamp cooler but since I had no notice I had to call out an emergency electrician and pay more to shut it off. J&K does not work on anything but the roof so I couldn't have areas fixed causing one corner of my house to now be busted through. All of this could have been avoided with proper notice of when they were coming. After they left I never heard from anyone and waited a month for gutters. I called Tim and was told gutters were scheduled for the end of that week. 1 hour later 4 Hispanics in a rental truck show up with a work notice and no English skills. It was the gutters. J&K seem to have zero clue of who they hire or when they are showing up. They didn't replace the downspouts as I was promised. Tim apologized and again promised to let me know when things were going to happen. Few weeks later a random guy shows up and complains to me he was told the wrong skylight size. I had no idea who this person was. Four days later guy shows up while I'm at my doctor, cusses out my wife, installs the wrong skylight, sets off my alarms, and throws the old one into my yard. Tim once again apologized and threw the trash away. A week later I got a call, had a time scheduled, and another J&k guy installed my new skylights. That was great and I thought things were getting better. After awhile a guy showed up from my insurance to inspect for additional things as requested by J&K. I was never even told they were going to do this and just wanted to be done. I got an additional $500 for my shed that's gonna cost 3k to replace and more money for a back part of my roof. I was continously asked about this additional check by Tim and didn't want to tell him the amount. I felt like they wanted to pad the bill. They never did the work on the back part of my roof. I found out everything was finished by coming home to discover the roofing sign gone and inspection paper removed. Nobody ever calls you. I called the office multiple times and wrote multiple emails to no replies for my bill. When I finally got my bill there was zero break downs on cost or any paper work. The bill was given to me 5 days after the due date shown. The bill had been generated over a month before. Not to my shock my bill was the exact amount insurance gave me plus about $5,000 out of my pocket. I was charged for special shingles but I have no clue if those were actually installed. I have to have someone now fix the broken part of my roof, someone replace a shed with zero funds, finish the gutters, and drag myself out of debt for hiring this company. I had hoped hiring them would relieve stress but their lack of communication or scheduling caused more. I really wished I had hired a different company. I only paid my bill because of fear of having a lein put on me and wanting to just be done with it.

    Northern Lights Exteriors
I would recommend you NOT use Northern Lights Exteriors for ANY home improvement project. They installed our house numbers crooked twice. They came back a 3rd time to replace the piece of siding next to the front door where the numbers were and installed the siding crooked! The 2-foot piece of siding is off by and you can see the writing and the nail lines on the James Hardie board. This is totally against James Hardies installation specifications! They have ignored our email requests to come back and correct this. And even though we found NLE on the James Hardie web site as one of their Highly recommended installers, James Hardie will NOT stand behind who they recommend. They have a disclaimer on their web site according to James Hardie corporate. NLE installed our new storm door and ruined it by drilling it out and installing the handle upside down. The new windows they installed are not level or even and we have difficulty latching them. Their communication is terrible, and they dont follow through with what they commit too. No pre-construction meeting on site up front as promised, no supervision on site and sloppy and incomplete work. Dont be fooled by their initial presentation and promises.

    Precision Seamless Gutters
There was a glitch with Precision sourcing the right material. When they did get to the job site they were professional and quick, even working in a snow storm. One small issue was addressed immediately. The only negative was trying to stay in touch with the office about scheduling - very difficult. Sometimes it would take a day or two to get a return call. The work crew was great - professional and pleasant to work with. Estimator was also very helpful.

    INFINITY RESTORATION
Great! We had a difficult roof to work on AND the insurance company would not replace the shingles with the high end shingles on the roof. Jason (Infinity) worked diligently even involving the area manager of the shingle company. The work was completed and look great.

Roof Corp of Metro Denver Inc.
I was completely kept in the loop on all of the construction processes. Had my contributions - keep driveway open, pull pictures off walls. expect loud noises, etc. - explained to me. Jon made sure that I knew what to expect, and when it was going to happen. I cannot begin to express how much all of this went to alleviate my concerns about roofing repairs. My roof was replaced last year, and we were in the May 8th hail storm this year so 2017 resulted in a new replacement. Roofcorp gave us an automatic upgrade on materials for our roof. The construction site was well maintained - even gone over three times to make sure that all nails and potential dangerous objects were picked up.

Roof Corp of Metro Denver Inc.
Working with Jon Wagner and RoofCorp was a great experience. The work was completed on time and they did a great job of keeping the jobsite clean to minimize impact on us. At one point there was a small leak due to the evaportive cooler shifting and roofcorp painted for professional painter to repaint my entire kitchen so the stain wouldn't show. Jon also arranged for my house to be repainted and got insurance to cover most of the cost for this. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all and the city permits for the new roof where issued without any hitches.

    Jenesis Roofing Inc
Excellent. Very positively impressed. They replaced the shingled roof and used sub contractors on the gutters and metal roof. When the gutter sub messed up on one of the gutters, Jenesis came in fixed it themselves. Could not be more pleased. Most work done June 9. Gutter issue only noticed later and fixed at once on August 15
