They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. AAll American FlatworkInstalling a flush-mounted scissor lift in my residential garage. I needed two 102x24x11.5; squares cut and dug to accommodate the lift equipment, needed 4.5; of 4000lb concrete poured to support, as well as duct work between the two for hydraulics and drainage. All American Flatwork (Christian Garcia) responded quickly (immediately) to my request for quote, scheduled the work quickly (w/in a week), performed the work (2 days) expertly and cleanly. AThe project went great. Ron was called in by another contractor at our property to consult on the project. The initial contractor was going about the job incorrectly. Ron pointed that out to them and provided the contractor with a quotation to complete the project. The original contractor gave explicit instructions for Concrete Doctor not to contact us. When we fired our original contractor and called Concrete Doctor to provide us with a quote and time line to complete the project. Concrete Doctor's quote was very competitive and Ron and his crew (who were excellent) came in and completed the job in a very timely and professional manner. We would highly recommend them for any concrete or flooring project.
