  Be Green Carpet Cleaning

  Well, they did a bait and switch. I called for an appointment and they told me that they were offering a special promotion and I would get a price for $77!! Awesome. Well... the guy came and said it'll be $342. ***! That is 4x what I was told over the phone. I called another company (that I have used before), immediately they asked if there were any soils or spills, I said "yes" and they quoted $150 (and they've never jacked up the price on me before), but since I am getting the carpet cleaning because I am moving, I am not able to stick around the extra 4 days to get their next available appointment. The guy that came did a fine job, but because of the companies dishonest price tactics, it ate his tip...sorry guy! I will NEVER call this company again.

  Oxi Fresh of Munster Carpet Cleaning

  Oxyfresh overcharged me for cleaning my carpets. They charged me more than double what they were supposed to. I noticed the mistake, called them, and they agreed. Now, even though they agree they overcharged me, they will not refund me. I have called multiple times, and each time they promise to get back to me and fix the problem. They have never called me back.
  Today when I called they said they may (or may not) be able to get back to me within the next 5 days.
  
  The carpet cleaning itself was acceptable. The guy was only about a half hour late arriving (I was his first appointment of the day). They got 2 of the 3 stains out of my carpet. The third looked no better after the cleaning. After they left, I used a spray carpet cleaner and was able to remove most of the stain.

  COLOSSAL CARPET CARE

  They did a great job. We had pet stains which I had spot cleaned, but over the course of several years had slowly reappeared and darkened. They got those stains out and also guarantee that they will not return. We had dark stains from rubber weights that they were able to get up and they also guarantee those won't return. Since it was our basement level that was cleaned, they left a large blower with us to make sure the carpet dried quickly.
  The carpet looks brand new. I will be calling them back in a few weeks to do our upstairs level.

  Healthy Home Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning

  I bought the coupon from Angie's List and went to schedule, only to find out that they do not service Evergreen (although the company came up in searches based on my address). They were very nice on the phone but now I have to jump through the hoops of obtaining a refund for my coupon. Would be nice if the company description included which areas they serve.

  It went great. We have used them 3 times now. I know one time was not as good because they didn't get it as dry as it should be but they fixed it and gave us credit on our next service call. I found them to be very quick, very helpful and spoke English. So no complaints there. It was less than $200...$165 comes to mind, next time it was more because we have a lot of carpeted stairs that needed cleaning so stairs are extra, they need to make that clear.

  It went well.�� They got out there quickly, showed up on time. did a thorough job.�� We had them come back when the

  AC and leak were repaired and they sprayed a disinfectant and air freshener throughout the duct work to protect from

  mold.�� That cost $125.00 and was well worth it.�� They worked around our schedule and also showed up on time and

  Professional Carpet Maintenance

  Tom is certified Master Care Carpet Cleaner, and has cleaned my carpets for years; as always, he did an excellent job! Jackie was wonderful to schedule our cleaning at our convenience, and reschedule due to snow. Tom called me at the beginning of the job to confirm what was to be done, thoroughly cleaned the carpets, applied scotchgard and even cleaned the pet beds! Tom was able to get out all the dingy dirt from the carpet at the garage entrance and it looks brand new! Thank you PCM!

  I was able to schedule the appointment online and someone called to confirm on the next day. They called before arrival and also after they left to confirm we were happy with the work.  One man completed the work. He took a little longer than the work was scheduled for but only because I did not have some furniture moved before his arrival. The cost was really reasonable and other companies wanted to change twice the amount. The work was perfect and they did a really good job.

  ALBERT'S CARPET CLEANING

  Albert is amazing! He and his brother showed up right on time and came prepared with towels to lay out as it was raining outside. Originally I purchased a deal which covered my master bedroom and partial basement area and had them do that. But since they did such a wonderful job I asked if they could do the rest of my house which they did and even moved around my moving boxes/furniture for me. His brother even offered to put together my bed frame in the guest bedroom :)
  I love these guys, they are honest and take their time which shows in their work!! The carpet in the basement was new, but they pulled a whole lot of dirt out of there which is disgusting! Albert made a good point that even if the carpet is new, you don't know how long it had been sitting in the warehouse and in how dusty the conditions there are.
  Since this cleaning I've hired them to clean my mom's vacant house as well and was just as impressed with their work over there. I've got Albert's number saved in my phone because I will never use another carpet cleaning company again!
