  This company kept me apprised of where in the process we are. To my knowledge they did a good job. They waited for me to get my checks back from my mortgage company with the check endorsement. Overall I had a good experience.

  I purchased service in July and after several phone calls and messages left in November Greg said he would go out and take pictures .......... Long story short, after over 3 months of trying to get him out and the promise of pictures and none provided I can't even be sure he actual went to the property (I wasn't in town). He apologized many times but as they say... Talk is cheap but I paid for it.

  After a hail storm we had to replace windows, roofing, fence and gutters. As we already had someone to do the roof, we needed the rest to be done. Big Rock came to our neighborhood and they seemed to be up to the job. After getting things in line we waited for our replacement windows, fence and gutters. The gutters were installed after we had our roofing completed. After they were installed i looked around and things were a mess. There were nails and metal shavings all around the house. The nail were not from the roof as we checked for this after it went in. We cleaned these as possible, but still ended up with one of the nails in my wife?s tires. Not too much after the gutters were installed they came to fix the fence. This was done when we were working. We came home to a fixed fence, but for some reason they left a TON of fencing left to our house. It was from the front gate to the rear of the house staked about 3 feet high. We attempted to get a hold of our rep, but no answers back. This sat there until we finally got ahold of someone at the office. They let us know that they were having issues with the rep. assigned to us and would look into things. After a week or so we had things cleaned up around our house and were told that our rep. was no longer with the company and we would be take care of until things were completed. Well things stall out about this time. We were left with windows to be installed and things went from bad to horrible. The storm had taken place in the begging of Aug. and we didn't have windows until the end of Feb. the next year. Our house was constantly cold as there were no windows on one level of our house. They did bring windows at one point in between, but every one ordered was the wrong size. Overall bad experience.

  We wanted an estimate for a new roof,  we asked him to get on the roof and get square footage like anyone would do. He refused to get on the roof he wanted me to give him the square footage. I asked him to wait at my door but he walked in without permission. He was the owner of the company and not very professional. He was very upset and used profanity when he found out we weren't going to use him, but rather decided to go with someone else. I wouldn't feel comfortable having him in my home and would recommend him.

  We love Lazaro's Roofing!! After sustaining hail damage to our roof and gutters in August 2013, we began the task of searching for a contractor. I wanted to be sure we got the best value for the money from a reputable company. After many hours of research, I decided to call Tom Peterson with Lazaro's Roofing. Within just a few minutes of my initial message, I received a call back to schedule the estimate. I thoroughly expected to be put on a waiting list due to the amount of hail damage in our area, NOT the case!! Tom and Lazaro were both out at my house the next day to look at our roof. They discussed multiple options and were extremely knowledgeable. After making our decision, we were able to schedule the installation within a few days of signing the contact. Overall, my biggest concern was the safety of my dogs in the yard due to the roofing debris. Lazaro's crew did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning my yard. I have already and will continue to recommend Lazaro's Roofing. GREAT COMPANY!!

  I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. They took care of the gutters but one of them is still overflowing. I have not had a chance to see why. I don't recall them ever getting up on the roof, even though part of the deal was supposed to be a roof inspection. I would not recommend them to anyone. They got here when they said.

  I purchased a coupon from Angie's list.  The company called me with in a couple hours and told me the person that would be contacting me.  That person contacted me the same day and scheduled a day to do the work.  The work was completed as promised.  I will use this company again the future.

  We were given a quote that was in line with what we expected. We were given a date based on the weather, as March tends to be a bit rainy and chilly. We had the workers in when they said they'd be here.
  All went very well, with only one problem, which is why I rated them with just a B. We have a skylight in the living area. After the workers left, my husband saw where there was now a crack in the skylight. (The roofing guys told us that the crack was already there when they'd started. This was not true.) The quote man Tom came back and looked at the damage. It took about a week or so to get the glass in. The guys did replace the glass, but they left some of the flashing off and didn't do the best job in the world to finish the job. Tom was great and followed up with us on this. He saw that the finish job wasn't done too well and had the guys come back again. Tom was very helpful and made sure that they finished this up.
  Well - the skylight cracked again within a week of their repair. Apparently there was a nail or something that wasn't inserted correctly and the crack came back. We decided to call a glass company to come in and do the job. We used a company we are familiar with and then just paid for it ourselves. Roofers do roofing, glass companies do glass. That replacement was done in late March or April and we've not had any problems with the skylight since.
  I would still recommend Lazaro's as they did provide an excellent service for us with the roof.

  They repaired my roof when I first had a problem with my roof when it rained in.  I called that evening and they came the very next morning and patched up the hole right away so it wouldn’t leak.  They gave me an estimate of how much it would be to reroof and it was okay with my insurance.  When they got the okay and they did the whole reroofing.  My roof was only for 55 mile an hour winds, but they had to up it because of the code of our zoning.  They redid the whole roof and did it all in a day.  They were quick and I had no problem with their work.  They did just great and removed everything and got all the nails and everything off the ground and all that stuff.  It was shingles roofing and they were great.  The excellent, they price was great too and I was really happy to get them.  With the insurance company and everything, it was $6000.
