Norm and Charlotte over the years have yet to let me down. They diagnose and price right on. Never try to upsell and just are trustworhty every time. A mechanic that you can trust is worth a lot.

They've been working on my cars for years and always do a great job at a fair price. I trust them with my 98 Mercedes SLK230 (Kompressor) and my 87 Alfa Romeo Graduate, as well as my wife's 2012 Chevy Equinox, too. They give me the straight talk and always quote the price to me prior to proceeding with the work. Good People!

Run!!..... don't walk a from these guys. TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN is my experience. DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY MONEY UNTIL THE JOB IS DONE. DO NOT PAY FOR PARTS. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY. They were hired to install new leaf springs, shocks, and a new pitman arm. They had me pay for the parts then we scheduled to have the repair done at my shop. Adolpho showed up the first day and it was hard to watch. He didn't have this and he didn't have that and he was constantly leaving to go get things he needed (Mobile Mechanic??) to the tune of three days to install a pitman arm and new shocks. That's right. Three days!! Go ahead and ask your mechanic what kind of time this repair is supposed to take. Once the pitman arm was in, he had me take it to get alligned and as soon as I got going down the road I noticed that the steering wheel would not turn left so I told him when I got back. This is when Pete showed up and they both worked to try and fix the pitman arm as well as install the leaf springs and they were not able to do either. I gave them payment ($700) and they told me they would be back on Monday. AFTER THEY WERE PAID THEY WERE GONE. No show. Instead I got a story of how they got in a car accident on the way. The week goes by and I finally get in touch with Aldolpho who tells me he will be there the following Monday "For Sure". here it is on Monday. Cannot get a hold of Pete or Aldolpho and I need my car finished today. Now I am forced to bring the truck to another mechanic who will have to fix the botched pitman arm repair as well as install my leaf springs. Now I get to pay twice. DONT TAKE A CHANCE ON THESE GUYS. LOOK AT THE OTHER REVIEWS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

They do a good job, are fast, provide a shuttle service and are very professional. I will recommend and use them, again.

They were excellent. They even advised I did not need a timing belt when someone else told me I needed one. I would definitely use them again.

I was once again impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness of the men at this shop.  It is the ONLY place where, as a woman walking in alone, I NEVER feel like I'm going to get taken advantage of.  They are up front about costs, concerned if there is a problem with the vehicle (which there never is - I always am impressed by how well my car runs after I pick it up!).   Because I am an Angie's List returning customer and have had work done there before, they applied the Angie's list coupon to my work even though I didn't know about the coupon in advance, so although the quote was $120 and that's what I expected to and was ready to pay, the cost of the transmission service itself was free. I cannot say enough good things about this shop.  The only thing I personally would change would be to have them move closer to my house so I don't have to drive so far for service!  :-)

    HONDA OF GREELEY
On the whole, it goes very well. My main advice would be: ASK FOR KEVIN! When I work with Kevin, he always gives me the straight story, i.e. what needs to be done right away and what can wait. I trust him to quote me a fair price for the work that needs to be done, and to explain things well. Although I know nothing about cars, he treats me with respect and is willing to answer any questions I have. Unfortunately, that is not always the case. For example, one time when my transmission was near its end, one of the other Honda service guys implied that it was likely to explode if it wasn't replaced immediately! That time I paid for some work I probably shouldn't have, but going back through Kevin got things sorted. So, over these years, I couldn't say that the Honda service department is completely reliable, but I can definitely say that Kevin is completely reliable, provides excellent service, and is the main reason I have been a loyal customer all these years.

I would use them again. I am always treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I feel like I can trust them. The waiting room is fine and comfortable. I think they have WiFi, vending machines, coffee, and TV. They have clean restrooms.
