  JR was very quick in responding with a personalized visit to our home. JR was very professional and knowledgeable as we went over each area of concern. Also very prompt with a detailed description and cost for the repairs and work that would be completed on our property. I couldn't have asked for a better crew and foreman to show up, they were on time, checked in prior to starting and the foreman, Brayan followed up with an e-mail explaining what had been completed and what they would be doing the following day. While the crew was out working, we also had a front door replaced by another company. After they discovered major issues, they were not allowed to install our door. Fortunate for us, Pro-Edge was at our property and their master carpenter Juan was here as well. A simple phone call to JR and Brayan was out at our home, pulling Juan aside to remove our double door, door jam and sheetrock. This was a huge undertaking as door jam, all of the wood 2x4's surrounding the door, sheetrock and insulation had to be removed, replaced and painted. Juan was incredible, such a master at carpentry and sheetrock... he is not only a very hard worker but is extremely detailed, I now have a brand new door frame for our new door and a 20 foot wall repair that turned out perfect! We are so thankful for the crews hard work and dedication to completing the project, for jumping in at a time of crisis and all the follow-up and attention to detail. We are going to have our home painted within the next week and look forward to another positive encounter with Pro-Edge.

  Overall it went very well. We started with the standard estimate and they won the bid by competitive pricing. We were also recommended to them by friends. They sent a crew memeber to power wash and he did an excellent job. He even washed away the debris so it wasn't sitting in our driveway. Once the painting started, it all went pretty well. Along the way we noticed a few spots that needed additional attention, but the excellent crew tended to them before we even had to say a word. Anything they didn't get were taken care of at our request. The sales associate we worked with (Derrick) was very responsive to us and made sure everything was addressed on our final walk through. Our deck was a tough project and there were a few spots missed, but it was at no fault to theirs due to the lighting. I ended up just touching them up myself as they were smaller areas. The house looks great and crew worked diligently throughout the week. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone else.

  I had the company bid the project more than a year ago, but due to some damage on the exterior of the house, I needed to have repair work done first.  When a year had passed and Peak came to the neighborhood again, I was happy to see them be wlling to honor the bid from the prior year; which was lower than the competitor; but the damage had still not been repaired - my fault.   Peak was happy to take a deposit to secure the pricing and give me the time and flexibilty to get the repair work done in advance.   As is the case with most subcontractors, this was a 3 month ordeal to get the repair work completed and Peak was very patient with me while I waded through subcontractor land.
  When we were finally ready to paint, one of the Peak guys came out to put up test colors for us on short notice on the weekend.  We learned the hard way that we should have lived with the test colors a while longer but wanted to help Peak fill in an open space in their calendar and so decided a bit too quickly.   The painting crew were subontracted and could not have been more polite or accomodating, which is not always the case when they are not incentivized as employees of the company. I came home on a lunch break to see the progress; and was shocked at the color in full scale.  I immediately called Justin and explained my dilemma.   He was kind and reassuring about how often this happens and allowed time and materials spent to be the only extra charge in picking a new color to start over with that very evening.   The quality of work was great, the guys on site were pleasant, and the overall learning lessons were on us for next time.   I will happily use Peak again - the pricing is competitve but the quality of work does not suffer as a result  - a rare find.

  Derrick and his crew were great. We were on vacation when the did the work and when we got back it looked great. The colors matched and only had one place that will need touched up on the house. We have some other work that needs done due to some storm damage from last year and plan to call Derrick to fix this as well. We will have him touch up the house where it was accidentally stained at that time. When we received the quote, Derrick provided a detailed listing of all the services he would perform and a copy of the liability insurance. That was more than we received from other quotes, which were only a price. He was very pleasant to talk to and was also responsive via email. We would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of painting or staining.
