  Greg and his team were great! This is the second time that we hired them and they were just as good as the first. Always on time, worked hard and quickly (I am not even sure when they ate their lunches). Greg went above and beyond helping us finish our whole basement, you could tell he really cared about the project almost like it was his own. He was always ready to give us professional tips on how to finish the rest of the basement ourselves, he even donated paint supplies, leftover mortar for us to tile our bathroom with. He was awesome! They did a great job and we are in love with the results.

  FBC Remodel

  I wanted to share about our recent basement finish project. We worked with FBC Remodel out of Denver. It has been a dream from start to finish. They provide design services including 3D visualizations. They clean up daily way beyond what we anticipated. There is an app that has a project calendar that was basically perfect timed. They always showed up when they planned to and we never got any excuses for delays. The project manager showed up daily to log the progress, take pictures, ensure everything was clean and check in with us. I just couldn't imagine a better experience. They work on everything from unfinished basements to bathroom remodels, home bar/theatre build-outs, and beyond.   Greg was amazing! He got the job done very quickly and even now I keep staring at the wall trying to figure out where the hole used to be and can't! The whole time he was working my kids were swarming around him and he was super patient with everybody. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I would definitely hire him again!

  It went well. The cabinet, countertop, and floor installers were very good. Our only complaint was that it took so long to get it finished. This was due to Paramount being very popular and busy with a lot of jobs going on at same time. They seemed at times to be short of labor to get it finished in timely manner. We signed a contract in November 2017 and job completed in April of 2018. Overall, we were satisfied. Note* I have some experience myself with remodeling and construction so I recognize quality work. Some mistakes were made but the company immediately fixed problems to our satisfaction. They guarantee their work up to two years. FAB- Erie, Colo

  Wood-N-Things

  Brian was one of the few deck people we called who actually responded to our call. He was friendly and came over within a day for a free quote. He was able to order materials and get started on our project within a couple of weeks and finished in a timely fashion. He demoed our old deck, coordinated with the concrete service (they had to re-pour part of our sidewalk), and replaced the wooden deck with Trex decking and metal railings. It looks beautiful! Brian was patient and answered our questions. He was very knowledgeable about decks and we would love to have him re-do our back deck in the future! He also was one of the more reasonable estimates price-wise.

  Paramount did an outstanding job on our basement. They have a great business model and use a really awesome computer/phone app called CoConstuct. It made the project enjoyable and let the home owner have an simple and effective way to communicate projects changes, bids, etc. Max and Ryan were easy going and kept to our budget. In the end we got exactly what we wanted. We would recommened them to any of our friends and would certainly higher again.

  Just fantastic. Multiple coats of paint on walls and trim. Straighter lines between the wall color and trim, base and casings I've never seen. Greg Lynch is always punctual, and just does what he promises he'll do. He has been extra accommodating with our schedule���and left the place tidier than he found it. (As an unexpected bonus, Greg helped select new carpet color.) Excellent outcome and we could not be happier. Thanks, Greg!

  I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! DeVries was professional from day one through the completion of the project. They were always on time, contentious if I was home, and addressed any questions or change requests I wanted to make. At the completion of each work day I was updated on what they had accomplished and what to expect the following day. On the final day they cleaned thoroughly and left my home looking better than before the flood. I even had them paint my family room after I saw the quality of work they provided. Trustworthy, dependable, and no surprises. Kudos!!!!

  Rick quoted me a very fair price and I hired them. A crew of 2 showed up and were very professional and worked efficiently. They also did not complain at all about a few little things I needed checked on the work they did. The biggest compliment is I actually had a fan that didnt work correctly and they were nice enough to stay an extra hour and replace it with a new fan I bought on the spot. I was really happy with the work. The price came in higher than expected due to extra crew member, however Rick was very stand up and honored the price he quoted me for hourly work. I will definitely use again for electrical work in the future.
