AChimney Sweeps Of America IncWe hired Chimneysweeps of America to clean and inspect our fireplace. (We've used them in past years and they've always done a great job.) They found some items that would now need expensive repair if we decided to keep burning wood in the fireplace, and they mentioned that a gas insert might be more cost-effective. We asked them to submit a proposal and they did: it was clear, complete, and understandable. They arranged for all necessary tasks: routing a new gas line, electrical, and installation of the insert. We worked with their design team to come up with an insert that honors the spirit of our huge, impressive fireplace while providing an efficient, easy-to-use gas insert. The new fireplace looks great, and the insert is wonderful: it has so many super features that we use a lot. Throughout the whole process, Chimneysweeps of America was low-pressure, clear, timely, polite and extremely professional. Their representative, Mark Roberts, was outstanding. We might have been able to save some money by parceling out tasks ourselves, but the peace of mind of having one, extremely reliable contractor responsible for the entire project is well worth it. They worked with me to find the best fire place to fit my current opening and I could tell they totally understood the installation process. AWe have had two gas fireplaces installed in our home by Reign of Fire over a period of five years, and have been completely satisfied! One was an insert into an existing wood fireplace and chimney. The second was replacing an ancient “builder’s gas fireplace” (no firebox or chimney) and direct venting through the roof. The second job involved modifications of the space to accommodate a see-through fireplace, and Reign of Fire even recommended a fantastic stone mason who created a stone surround in both rooms, including mantles made of reclaimed wood and a one-piece hearthstone. It’s so awesome we were almost sad for summer to arrive—we used it every day! From our first question, through planning and installation, everyone at Reign of Fire was patient, helpful, supportive, professional, trustworthy, and reliable. We highly recommend Reign of Fire.

AMike Powell and his crew was very professional throughout the entire process. The replaced the entire roof and repaired all of the other items within one day which really helped out. After the job was done, there was an area that I had questions about and Mike was very responsive in coming out to take a look and make sure everything was done right. AWe had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. Alex and Rick showed up about 3 hours later and the job was completed within 2 hours. From first call to job completion all in one day. Both Alex and Rick were very professional and courteous.
