    Condon Contracting
Dana and his crew Mike and Jeff, were awesome to work with. Their work was impeccable and very professional. They are a great crew, show up on time, were very clean and did an excellent job. Love, love, love my new bathroom. Would hire Condon contracting again in a heartbeat.

    B Young Renovation
I believe you can truly judge a persons character by how they react to when things do not go according to plan. Brad was a joy to work with through it all! As with any home renovation, things with our remodel did not always go according to plan. Brad made the entire process easy. He was efficient, finishing in exactly his quoted time, even when the counter people I hired took well over three weeks! He was wonderful with communication. He called every single day that work was being done in the house. He listened and addressed every concern. His staff was amazing. They were friendly, clean and did a great job. If a mistake was made, Brad took care of it personally and quickly. I wanted floating shelves in my kitchen to hold my very heavy dishes. The shelves I purchased did not work the way they were suppose to; Brad went above and beyond to be sure that my vision came to life, making custom inner brackets and lighting, giving me a very custom look with an IKEA price. Brad is a great contractor and just a good human being. It is obvious that he cares deeply about his work. I would recommend Brad to anyone and plan to use him again in the future for our bathrooms.

    Dixon's Custom Home Solutions
Dave and Corey were great to work with. Very professional and personable. We had them do a pretty wide variety of work, from adding a room to a finished basement (with a pretty complex herringbone floor pattern), to installing marble tile in a bathroom, installing an intricate travertine backsplash in the kitchen, canned lights and pendants in the kitchen, and a variety of other smaller tasks. All work was high quality (Dave is the owner, and is involved in all of their projects. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and it shows in his results). Pricing was great (we compared them against several other bids), especially considering the quality of their work. I highly recommend Dixon's Custom Home Solutions, and will be using them for future projects myself.

The entire process went great. Harmony was very pleasant to work with and did a very professional job. The repair looks great and she was very attuned to keeping my home clean during the process. I am going to recommend her to a couple of my coworkers who need drywall services. Thank you Harmony for a job well done!

    4 Seasons Construction
This is a honest review that has good and bad points. Out of 5 contractors interviewed, Nick was the only one willing to listen to our vision which was not the typical current remodel. We needed to take out a wall to open our kitchen and rearrange the layout and add gas lines. We needed to take one giant out of date bathroom and make it into two. Nick had a reasonable quote for all the work and his time frame set perfectly with our needs. Unfortunately we did not do our research to confirm the city rules for remodels nor did Nick include permits in his bid. Our horrible neighbor called the city to report us and the city shut our work down for 3 weeks. We had to cut items out of the scope of work and budget to now cover the permits. Understandably this delay would cause further issues in the time frame and Nick's team would need to begin working on other projects. Many times Nick would say or text that he would be at our site to do certain work at particular times and he would not show up at those times or complete the work as discussed. We did some of the work ourselves such as paint. Grout for the tile and baseboards was not cleaned up properly off the painted walls which meant we had to repaint much of the walls again. We asked for this grout to be addressed during final walk through but were told that painting was on us to do again. We felt that if the grout had been cleaned when it was wet and paint had been on their scope of work that perhaps it would have been dealt with properly from the start. When it came to installing the new appliances, our brand new front door was damaged as they brought in the fridge. Nick accepted responsibility and fixed it as best as he could. He also lost our garage door opener which he paid us for. Now for the good points, tile work looks great. The shower is impressive and we appreciate the time and details spent on creating it. His cabinet supplier is good and well priced. The plumbing and electrical sub contractors were excellent and we have recommended them to neighbors for smaller issues. Nick and Russell work **** ** the job at hand. Our situation just didn't go as planned and caused frustration on both sides which was amplified when there was poor communication. Perhaps if our situation didn't have so many bumps or was on a smaller scale then I would be able to give A rating. But we want to be honest and say that we failed on our research and understanding but Nick as the professional should have been ahead of possible situation to help us prevent the big delay and costs.

    Milagro Contracting
THEME - Over budget, behind schedule, embarrassing quality, questionable business ethics I hired Milagro to install a basement bathroom under the guarantee of top quality and timeliness. Neither were achieved. In terms of quality, Greg and team broke the corner off a shower wall and installed anyways - thinking I would not notice. Additionally, instead of properly installing the mirror that I purchased for the vanity, they rushed and screwed right through the frame (and off-center from the vanity, I might add). Greg also included a linen closet in his initial plan for the bathroom, but that was never installed. The paint job was CLEARLY rushed with trim not taped off, ceiling partially painted, and drip marks peppering the walls. Although I paid for two dumpsters, Greg's team left bags of debris in my garage for me to dispose of myself. I have repeatedly reached out to Greg and Cyndi to address these issues and I am always promised that Greg will "call (me) tomorrow." I have not heard from him in weeks. Greg even asked that I do not reach out to his business office to inform them that his team did not show up one day because it "would cause confusion." I foolishly complied, hoping performance would improve - but the job is still not done. As a young home owner, it took a considerable amount of saving to afford the bathroom build - money wasted. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your contracting needs.

    WCH improvedhomes
The two workers showed up right on time and got to work. I thought my project would take around 4 hours to complete and it only took two! TVs look great and are perfectly level. I tried to hang the window treatments that I ordered first with terrible results. They made it look easy. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. Would not hesitate to hire in the future.

    Papas Home Improvements
UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I bought services through an Angies list offer. The first appointment took 4 weeks to schedule and had to be cancelled because he recieved materials on another job. On the next appointment several weeks later, he allowed for 1 day although he told me at the initial consultation that it would take 16 hours or more. I was left with building materials on my porch for weeks, On the second day he was not finished and left saw dust on my lawn. He refused to come to clean up the saw dust. I will find another handyman to finish the job. The time from my first appointment to being at a point where I chose to finish with another handyman was 6 weeks.

    Miller Remodeling
I highly recommend Tom Miller Remodeling without reservation. Tom remodeled my basement from scratch and the results are beautiful. Now I have a 2-bedroom apartment for guests. What I appreciated most is that he listened to me, honoring my desires and needs. His price was very reasonable, he and his workers were friendly and respectful, and Tom stayed in contact throughout so that I always knew when he was coming and when he was not. I found Tom after interviewing nine other contractors! A few years later I called him back to do some more work at the house, and my experience was the same.

    Ronald Hejny Construction Services
Ron is as good at this as anyone I've used for drywalling over the years, along with being honest and and fairly priced - I couldn't recommend a drywall guy any higher. His work is precise, he pays attention to detail, his estimates are right on and he's a very easy guy to work with. ALL of the work he did for me and my son was without flaw and were exactly what we asked for!
