    We had diagnosis done, so provided model number and part number and said don't show up without the part. Sadly, showed up without the part, said the diagnosis fee wouldn't be credited because it wasn't a single trip, quoted me a price to fix the next day, then raised it $100 the following morning. Should have stopped the process when they called 45 minutes outside the 4 hour window and said the tech was 45 minutes away.

    In general, our experience with Action was good. For the initial diagnostic process, the repairman showed up into the evening after the expected window time. However, once the problem was evaluated, John's team worked efficiently and promptly during the holiday weekend. All in all, we would likely use again.

    The repairman came out July 3 and said he needed to replace two fuses, which he didn't have on his truck. That's OK, so he gave me a 4 hour window to come back - 12:00 to 4:00 on July 5. Instead of going out as I wanted, I stayed home. He didn't show or call. When I called Action Appliance, they said he gave me a 4 hour window - 12:00 to 4:00 and he would call 20 to 30 minutes before he arrived. I said correct, but it is 4:20 and we haven't heard from him. They said we are next. I asked when he would arrive. They don't know and refused to call him. It is now 4:56 and he still hasn't called. They told me that I could cancel the contract but it would be 40% of the total agreed amount plus a $56 service charge for a total cancellation fee of $204. They didn't care in the least that the service man didn't show or call. This is the worst service I have received from an appliance repair company.

    Extremely well. First claim had a company assigned in 1 hour. Appointment was made for the following day, and issue promptly fixed. Second claim had a company assigned 25 mins later. Same day appointment was made and waser was determined none-fixable. 2 hours later, Choice approved a new washer via email. Amount was enough to cover the new one I ordered (check gets received within 3 weeks). After having absolutely terrible experiences with Select Home Warranty, I was absolutely floored at the difference in quality and professionalism. Night and day comparison.

    I was very satisfied with L&G. I had a dishwasher that was making noise. The repairman showed up within the window (and called first). He had anticipated the problem and brought the replacement pump. Repair was complete in less than an hour and the dishwasher is working good as new.

    I have been going through a house renovation, and moved a large second hand wolf range into my kitchen. The range was acting strangely, and I called American based on the sub-zero recommendations. Their tech's showed up on time, were CRAZY professional, took extra care with my range/home/surroundings, and made sure to actually fix the problem. They actually diagnosed another issue with the stove (that my electrician and plumber both were scratching their heads about!) and were able to schedule a time to come back and fix that as well. While it was not a super expensive fix, I felt taken care of, and at the end of the day, The situation got resolved in a timely and great manor. I judge service based on the quality of the technicians, and the resolution of the problem: both of which I was really impressed with. These guys will have my business again!

    When I decided to replace 4 kitchen appliances, I had no idea how difficult it would be. Finding products that would fit without major modifications to my cabinets or counters was a challenge. GE proved to be the products that fit best, but I called On Point to install them because they said they specialized in fit. They did a great job and didn't have to make any cuts to cabinets or counters with the exception to the brace mentioned above. I am very happy John was able to work this out. I really did not have to buy a different dishwasher. The same day service was an added bonus. On Point is my go to appliance service company from now on.

    Mario came down as scheduled and investigated the issue and diagnosed the compressor was failing. He advised us to try and claim warranty with GE but otherwise look at a new refrigerator. He could have replaced the compressor for $800. but since that was over half way to a new unit he recommended buying something new. While the sting of losing my investment in a 2 year old refrigerator hurts I am very thankful that there are still honest repairmen out there that can shoot straight with you even if it isn't in there own economic interest. He will be my go to recommendation for anyone who is looking for appliance repairs or even advice.

    JR is a very nice and polite young man. I called in the morning and he came out that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, went to buy the new pump, and installed it. I am very happy with the service he provided and the cost. I will definitely call JR when I need appliance repair in the future.
