We had a serious leak under our house from damage that was caused by the hole not being filled in properly after my husband made a plumbing connection to our garage. Blue River got someone out promptly to do an assessment. The plumber offered to access the pipes, but that would have caused a great deal of damage to either our daughter's bedroom or the downstairs bathroom. We decided to save the money and re-dug the hole ourselves. When that was big enough, Blue River did the repair, replacing the pipes. The plumber offered to reconnect the work my husband had done, but it would require more digging and work, and my husband declined. So, everything was returned to its original state, but they didn't put everything back correctly, which caused sewage to back up into our downstairs bathtub. They did come back out and repaired that problem, at no cost. They also did a check of our other plumbing areas and detected a developing problem with our water heater. Blue River offered to replace it right away, but that problem was covered by our home owners warranty, so we had to go through the plumber the insurance company sent.

Tomas and team were very efficient and very professional. Tomas took a personal interest in making our project something he would be proud of, as well as, us. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend his company to others.

Tom was very professional and responsive to our situation. Answered our phone call for help right away and talked us through a series of steps to take to find the leak and resolve the issue ourselves without a costly service charge.

The people at Rattlesnake Drain were efficient and friendly. They seemed really knowledgeable and gave me a tidbit of wisdom that literally saved me about $800. They cleaned up after themselves. They also told me at no cost how to fix a problem I was having with the drain, and their suggestion worked perfectly. I would hire them again if I need anything else related to my sewer/drain/septic.

Pinson Plumbing did an excellent job. Frank was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. He was able to schedule my job within a week. He and his son arrived on time and prepared with all the materials. They worked hard and finished the job in the estimated time. Frank found some problems with how the previous pressure tank was installed and he fixed those as well so I have peace of mind about the plumbing now. He explained how the new tank and piping works and how to change the filter. They cleaned up after themselves. His charges were very reasonable and it is such a load off my mind to have found a dependable, honest, skilled plumber to work with.

The project went well despite the bitterly cold weather for several days, and snow on a couple other days. The project site was kept clean, neat, without trash, and all soil removed was put back in place once project was completed. Paul and Shannon were always on time, stuck to their completion date and estimate.

Best case the technician from AAA services was incompetent, worst case it is fraud. We are the sellers on this home inspection, and the buyers hired AAA services to scope the sewer line to make sure there weren't any issues. The buyer sends me the results of the inspection which says the line has a hole in it at 111', and 4 ' belly in the line at 131'. AAA attaches a bid to replace the tap at the main sewer in the street and replace the 25' of sewer line from 111' to the main tap to the tune of $13225.00. They will waive the $199 inspection fee if we use them to do the work.

So we get a copy of the video, and at 111', there is definitely something, but hard to tell what. It is about the size of a half dollar. And the camera does go under water for a few feet right at the end of the line. Our realtor insists we get a second opinion e contact a company Mainline Services who do not do any repairs. They scope your sewer and give you a report. They have no vested interest in finding damage or reporting anything other than what they see. They will make $99 either way.

They scope the line with an HD camera with a larger lens and what AAA says was a hole, is a piece of schmuck stuck to the side of the pipe. The low point at the end of the line shows no evidence that there has ever been a backup before or after the spot. Mainline says a 3' long low point in a 135' of sewer line is self flushing and the evidence backs that up. The top of the sewer line looks brand new all of the way through the line including right before and after the low point. There are no scratch marks in the line so there has never been a clog that needed cleared. Not to mention the price they quoted is easily 3-4 times too high for replacing 25' of pipe. The house is 7 years old and we are the original owners. We have never had a problem with the plumbing or sewer line. Draw your own conclusion on whether you want to trust your sewer to AAA services.

It took about an hour. I will have to get my drain field fixed - some of the pipes are blocked. They're good guys, I've used them in the past. He did recommend a company that would be able to do that for me.

I called and because it was a routine service I was scheduled within a week.  I was called the day before and given a time frame they would arrive.  Mine was between 12:00-2:00 on the day previously  selected..  He arrived at 12:40 and promptly got the job done. He said they would call when it was due again.  I have a large tank  so it would be 7 years.  The cost is based on the size tank which seems to be the norm.  I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Honeybee to all in the area.
