Qwan and Ed showed up at 7:15 am on a Saturday and worked hard for 3 hrs moving wood and stuff into the TuffShed under my direction. Excellent job - I definitely recommend and use again. Behoove Moving & Cleaning LLC was on-time with hard workers and one day after booked.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were fine and I didn't have any issues. I forgot to give them one of the certificates so I still have one because there was a lot of hub bub. They were good guys. I paid additional because they went a long way to pick up a refrigerator and brought it to our place in Elizabeth so most of it was time in the truck. They also moved some concrete table tops while they were here. It was more driving than moving, but they did a great job.

Exceptional Service fromt the beginning to the end. Starting from setting the appt to loading all the furniture, to delivering and unloading all of our belongings it all went smoothe. The movers were cautious with my antiques and extremely organized. I thought it was a great deal as the huge truck was included. A great deal over all  as it is all inclusive at an hourly rate.Every employee is extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Good, Genuine, people with excellent service!!!! Difficult to find now adays! Thanks again for all your hardwork!!!

Estimater re-scheduled but still okay; he was pleasant and neatly dressed.  We questioned his estimates of number of boxes and number of trucks he would need.  He took his notes to the office and gave us a quote soon (within 2 days).  The day of the move, the movers were relatively on-time and each introduced himself.  They did pack picures we left for them.  They did not pack other items that I had expected and asked to be included in the estimate such as lamps and garden tools.  At the end of a very long day, midnight, our bill was presented.  I believe it was over twice the estimated amount.  I know I was shocked.  Then we informed about the customary tip we might want to consider.  The move from storage to our new home was a travesty.  I'm told the men began to pack the trucks on Sunday morning at 7 am.  They spent a great deal of time trying to fit all our belongings into four Budget trucks.  The mover team lead seemed very proud of this effort and that he had saved us the cost of another truck.  They did not arrive at the house until 5 pm (I think it was really about 6).  They unpacked until midnight again and said they would finish the next day.  Many of our items were designated to be placed in an empty barn.  We wanted items lined up and stacked in rows so we could locate specific labeled boxes.
What we got was things dumped willy-nilly.  One dresser had drawers all over the barn and is still not all in one place.  Much of my furniture was damaged.  I don't blame the movers all that much because it was one of the coldest nights of the winter and it was snowing.  I blame their management who should have been supervising at the storage facility and who should have been better at estimating the job.  The next day, two men came to finish unloading the trucks between 5 and 6 pm after their regular work day.  Needless to say, the piano has never been moved into the house, but sits in the cold garage.  It is bitterly cold.  I have yet to mention that on Sunday one of the Budget rental trucks broke down and much time went into getting it towed.  The movers also had trouble with the truck breaking down a second time.  I'm so discouraged that it is taking me so long to find things and to set up my new house.    The old house was in Golden, the storage in Littleton, and the move into the next house in Elizabeth.

Both these moves went amazingly well and we credit the professionalism and people of Johnson Moving & Storage for the success of our moves. Our goods were packed well. The packing crew took 2 days to pack on both occasions, as we own plenty of fragile goods. The crew took their time, did not stint on packing material, and cleaned up after themselves. We had one lead packer who was allergic to cats (he packed for both our moves) but he didn't let that stop him, even though our 3 cats kept him sneezing much of the time. It took 2 days both times to pack our goods, and every breakable, fragile item was carefully wrapped. No stinting on packing material on anything. The loaders were careful and respectful of our property as they fit everything in the van. The drivers took the time to meet with us, exchange cell phone numbers, and explain the paperwork, the process, and the details of our move beforehand. We met the drivers both times at the Colorado home, and oversaw the unloading process. The goods arrived both times in remarkably good shape. Not one mirror or glass object broke. One fiberboard shelf broke. We did have some relatively minor furniture damage to a very heavy sleeper sofa, wood table, small wood magazine rack, and large wood bookcase. Johnson Moving & Storage didn't give us any hassle about our damage claims; they had a local firm (Weathersby Guild) do the repair work, and it was such a good job I can't find the damage anymore even though I know where to look. They reimbursed us for the demolished fiberboard shelf. No hassle, no fuss. We're very pleased with this, our last (hopefully), moving adventure.

Packers arrived at my condo on 5/18 at 10:30 am. I did not realize at that time that very little of the large amount of packing materials in my basement was used. 3 movers arrived at my condo on 5/21, approximately an hour and a half late. The moving truck would not accommodate my household and no other trucks were available, so they completed my move 2 days later. Damages: Gouges in walls of new house and old house; leg on globe stand broken off; 2 inch chunk broken off corner of desk hutch; foot on muffin stand broken off; scratches on file cabinet; scratches on both drop-leaf tables; scratches on dining room table; scratches on half table; back of spider web chair cracked in two places; scratches on bed rails in master bedroom; scratches on book case and shelves; grease stain on fabric of master bedroom bench; no mattresses were covered so they ended up extremely dirty. One of my daughter's movers hit the back of her car while entering Ward Road, pushing her into traffic.
