    Centennial Landscaping LLC
This was an exceptional experience. Larry initially came out and created a design for us (on an Angie's List special) as we really didn't know where to start (new home - no landscaping on sides or back of house with huge slope in the back of the property). We had a limited budget and a large area to cover. Larry came up with some great ideas for the retaining wall (which other contractors had told me I'd need a 2-tier wall because of the grade). Larry was able to do it in one tier, saving us a lot of money. The rest of the design was great too. Larry listened AND heard all of our input and designed it accordingly, knowing that we would not be able to complete everything the first year. Once we decided to go with Centennial, Larry gave us a start date and was here at the appointed date and time. His crew was great! They worked virtually nonstop for a bit over a week installing the sprinkler system extension to the back, the retaining wall, fence, grass and rock. The sprinkler system is another place where we were able to save money. Other contractors told us we would need a new controller and 3 stations in back while Larry was able to use the existing controller and only two stations in the back even leaving additional hose in the planter for additional sprinkler heads. The overall job was excellent. The quality of work was 2nd to none. The price actually came in below budget and we are thrilled with the result. Any little setbacks and all concerns were discussed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. The only down side is that I didn't realize that Centennial also does maintenance work. I'll have to give Larry a call about that and another project that we are looking to complete this year.

It was wonderful.  They did exactly what we asked of them and did it quickly.  I was shocked at how quickly the landscaping went, the other took much longer of course, but anyway, they were very good and knew what they were doing.

    Sulli's Landscaping Inc
After buying a coupon for Sulli's landscape plan in early 2012. we were contacted by Bill, who worked with Mr. Sulli, and insisted on charging us a further $175 for revising our own draft landscape plan. We talked with Bill about the plan.and explained that we wanted to stay below $12,000 in landscaping costs. He convinced us to go up to $13,000 in order to have the trees we wanted and the retaining walls. After the work was done, including some more expensive rocks we requested, we were billed over $18,000. This was a shock, and when I requested an itemized bill, it said only 'landscaping' with no breakdown for individual items. We had agreed on grass seed and mulch spraying on the soil, but instead Bill told the workers to only walked over the area, dropping grass seed by hand. The grass grew in patches, with lots of bare soil. The team returned and did the same, but we were unhappy to see large empty patches still. Me. Sulli promised to return in 2013, and He agrees to seeding the larger bare spots in the soil, and giving us another tree to replace one that appeared dead. We requested a shade tree, but Mr.Sulli said he couldn't obtain one, and gave us a non-shade tree instead. His crew came out and did a much better job of seeding. The head if the crew told us that the 'dead' tree wasn't dead, so - since the new tree was already planted- we agreed to pay for the new tree. The crew was wonderful- professional, courteous and hard working. They gave good advice on our trees and plants and fixed the sprinkler system when needed. They also made the walls exactly as we requested - almost the only thing that went perfectly right in the entire experience. Our main concern is that, despite paying far more than we expected, we only received one of the trees we originally wanted. The others were all 'substituted' for those we requested. Much of these problems were caused by Bill, the firm's designer, not by Mr. Sulli himself. Mr. Sulli kept his word to return this year and fix the problems with the grass and trees. If we were starting over, we would get several price quotes and insist on the trees we wanted.

    New Life Landscaping
What a wonderful company, and family, to work with!  We have many more landscaping projects on our five acres, and I can hardly wait to hire Kimberly and New Life Landscaping again!  Kimberly showed a professionalism and politeness that I have NEVER seen in business, and that I greatly appreciated!  Her thoroughness in answering my questions and keeping me informed was unmatched.  Her price was fair and reasonable, and when I needed to reduce the amount of plantings in my extensive flower bed to stay within my budget, she did this beautifully, making the flower bed look as full as possible. Her eye for design is awesome!  She did exactly what I wanted, even when I couldn't describe it that well!  She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to plants and researched which ones would perform well for me in my wooded area, and even be resistant to the many deer we have on the property. She advised me on the best sod for the lawn, in regards to looks, hardiness and needing less water.  She was flexible with scheduling, accomodating my sprinkler company by coming out and doing the prep work (rototilling, soil amendment and grading) when requested, and then returning later to install edging, all the plantings, and the sod, even though this caused her additional work.  Kimberly and her family/crew of her husband, son and daughter all have an admirable work ethic and were delightful to employ.  I highly recommend New Life Landscaping!

    Matt's Maintenance Tree Service
Matt and his crew were very professional when removing many trees for us. They also did a great job of cleaning up the debre left
behind after the trees were gone.
Matt had a delayed start date due to unexpected circumstances but the wait was well worth it.
We would highly recommend Matt to anyone who needs assistance with their tree removal.
