Tomas and team were very efficient and very professional. Tomas took a personal interest in making our project something he would be proud of, as well as, us. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend his company to others.

This was an exceptional experience. Larry initially came out and created a design for us (on an Angie's List special) as we really didn't know where to start (new home - no landscaping on sides or back of house with huge slope in the back of the property). We had a limited budget and a large area to cover. Larry came up with some great ideas for the retaining wall (which other contractors had told me I'd need a 2-tier wall because of the grade). Larry was able to do it in one tier, saving us a lot of money. The rest of the design was great too. Larry listened AND heard all of our input and designed it accordingly, knowing that we would not be able to complete everything the first year. Once we decided to go with Centennial, Larry gave us a start date and was here at the appointed date and time. His crew was great! They worked virtually nonstop for a bit over a week installing the sprinkler system extension to the back, the retaining wall, fence, grass and rock. The sprinkler system is another place where we were able to save money. Other contractors told us we would need a new controller and 3 stations in back while Larry was able to use the existing controller and only two stations in the back even leaving additional hose in the planter for additional sprinkler heads. The overall job was excellent. The quality of work was 2nd to none. The price actually came in below budget and we are thrilled with the result. Any little setbacks and all concerns were discussed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. The only down side is that I didn't realize that Centennial also does maintenance work. I'll have to give Larry a call about that and another project that we are looking to complete this year.

It was wonderful.  They did exactly what we asked of them and did it quickly.  I was shocked at how quickly the landscaping went, the other took much longer of course, but anyway, they were very good and knew what they were doing.

After some difficulty in making an appointment and waiting four weeks for him I finally was able to make an appointment on August 29, 2013.  He did not show up nor did he call.  I had rearranged my schedule that day to accommodate him so I was not pleased to say the least.  He seems to have this MO so I didn't bother to call him.  He e-mailed me yesterday wondering if he ever did the job!
To say that his business skills and customer service is lacking is an understatement!!  I was disappointed because he is local and I do like to support our local businesses.  I would like to have had the work done but I have to say the estimate was high I thought.  It was given by his coop partner as he was out of town at the time.  I am getting some one else.

The first service went fine, so we signed up for additional work throughout the year. They let me know when they will come and they do what they said they will do. We called them in for the weeding and fertilization, and we were really concerned, because our lawn was in bad shape. They did some treatments and they have come back around 5 times since. They did weed control on our rock beds for a small extra fee.. It has helped tremendously. The lawn looks much better, and they are reliable. There was one time when the wind was blowing really hard and they told me to call them when the wind was not blowing, so the treatment would be effective. When I called, they came right away. They have been professional and easy to deal with. The grass is looking much better. I think their pricing is fair for what they provide. They call to follow up on things. I plan to continue using their services and would definitely recommend them.

After buying a coupon for Sulli's landscape plan in early 2012. we were contacted by Bill, who worked with Mr. Sulli, and insisted on charging us a further $175 for revising our own draft landscape plan. We talked with Bill about the plan.and explained that we wanted to stay below $12,000 in landscaping costs. He convinced us to go up to $13,000 in order to have the trees we wanted and the retaining walls. After the work was done, including some more expensive rocks we requested, we were billed over $18,000. This was a shock, and when I requested an itemized bill, it said only 'landscaping' with no breakdown for individual items. We had agreed on grass seed and mulch spraying on the soil, but instead Bill told the workers to only walked over the area, dropping grass seed by hand. The grass grew in patches, with lots of bare soil. The team returned and did the same, but we were unhappy to see large empty patches still. Me. Sulli promised to return in 2013, and He agrees to seeding the larger bare spots in the soil, and giving us another tree to replace one that appeared dead. We requested a shade tree, but Mr.Sulli said he couldn't obtain one, and gave us a non-shade tree instead. His crew came out and did a much better job of seeding. The head if the crew told us that the 'dead' tree wasn't dead, so - since the new tree was already planted- we agreed to pay for the new tree. The crew was wonderful- professional, courteous and hard working. They gave good advice on our trees and plants and fixed the sprinkler system when needed. They also made the walls exactly as we requested - almost the only thing that went perfectly right in the entire experience. Our main concern is that, despite paying far more than we expected, we only received one of the trees we originally wanted. The others were all 'substituted' for those we requested. Much of these problems were caused by Bill, the firm's designer, not by Mr. Sulli himself. Mr. Sulli kept his word to return this year and fix the problems with the grass and trees. If we were starting over, we would get several price quotes and insist on the trees we wanted.

They do not get carried away and are very practical in their work.  I live out in the country so they have helped me do the landscaping such that it does not look out of place and it grows into proper landscaping.

Everytime Daybreak goes to work they will do whatever it takes to get the job done and Eric even has done work for families with extraordinary needs like spouses in the hospital or home recovering from a Traumatic Brain injury and he will go the extra mile and do charitable work to help the families out.

We have had a 1 foot trench in our front yard since we moved in.  Over the last couple of years, it seems like it always had a little water in it.  The well was dug about 6 yrs. ago and you could see the trench between the old and the new well.  This spring however, the water level was the entire length of the trench, (20ft long x 2ft wide x 2ft deep), and beginning to reach the top edge.  I drained the water out using a pump and found the leak coming from the new pump.  I thought for sure that it was going to cost a fortune to repair.  I put an ad in Craigslist to have it dug up as I knew it would at least have to be done to the pipe coming out of the casing.  After a few replies that left me worried, Troy answered my ad and after speaking with him, he felt he could not only have the hole dug but also the repair done within our money limits.
We set the day which was a day after a snow storm and he still showed, dug the hole out and repaired the pipe and all within the estimated price.
The work was perfect and he was very professional and didn't have a problem explain things to me as I have done a lot of work with construction but never done anything with wells.
After he was done burying the repaired pipe, my wide asked him if he could pull some dirt and place it over the trench to fill it in.  He did without hesitating and without asking for more money.  It may have only took a few minutes but still took up some of his time.
