  • My experience was mixed. They fixed my problem, but it took them well over a week of keeping my car and promising me they would be done. They were fair with me and cut the cost because it took them forever to fix it. I would tell a friend or family member to make sure they get a good estimate as to when they are going to get their car back. They were very polite, but they were not getting the work done.

  • We have purchased our tires from Fiona at Meadow Mountain for the past several years.  In the spring we had our summer tires reinstalled on our car. We purchased winter tires from them as well last fall.  It is first come first served, but we never have to wait too long.  We normally just drop off the car in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon.  The prices are very competitive and it's always nice to shop locally.

  • Light was costly and we have constantly had flickering  on and off    Toyota just checked for us and said Dutch used two different sizes.  This is the third time we have gone to Dutch and had problems after.  Each time he finds an additional repair.  Same experience for a friend and my daughter.

  • Took care of us immediately as we wait for the car since we drive down from the mountains.  Informed us of cost and checked lights.  Again informed us of cost of lights before replacing them.   Called next day, which they always do, to check on their service.

  • My experience with Edwards Express was absolutely terrible. When I called for an estimate she was nice enough, until I told her I her price was double the last person I called. She gave me a breakdown of what the expenses were, but she was still short of the $103 she quoted me. They're a local business, and I like to give my business to as many local families as I can, but that was a lot of money. I kept calling around for other quotes (and quot;$29and quot;, and quot;$43and quot;, and quot;$40and quot;), but still wanted to give the locals my business.
I called back stating their price was more than double and this couldn't have been what she has been and quot;paying her whole life in the valley for an oil change.and quot; I was about to ask her if they could meet or beat the price of another Auto Shop, but she hung up on me!
I tried calling back, and she hung up on me again. I called back a second time--another hang up. At this point I was quite mad and called a third time and it went to voicemail. I considered leaving a message, but I knew she would only delete it before her manager or the owner could hear it so I figured this would be a better way to voice my extreme dissatisfaction with Edwards Express.
I will never take my business there, and will never allow any of my friends, family, or clients take theirs either. This is no way to treat potential clients. There are too many other, DESERVING, family businesses in this valley...but quite frankly, I'd rather go to Walmart than deal with them ever again.

  • From the beginning they were very friendly and helpful.  I first called to explain what the possible problem was, and over the phone they gave me some ideas.  I then made an appointment to actually take the vehicle in and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem.  One thing I really appreciated was that they were fair and honest with pricing.

  • The tires were not changed or inflated(I documented this before and made sure to check immediately afterwards), and after i paid they told me i needed an oil sensor. Took it to another mechanic and he said the oil sensor was just disconnected... this is an indication of their dedication. I hope these scam artists get shut down but they are run by a man with his hand in the cookie jar and a bunch of yahoo's that care about their logged hours worked and not a quality job. this wasn't the first time something fishy happened, unfortunately for me i gave them too much buisness. These guys expect you to be an auto mechanic to not get robbed.
