The employees, from the office manager, to the care providers, to the owner, respond to my inquiries patiently and quickly. I love that I see the same crew throughout the year knowing that my concerns will be quickly and professionally addressed. My landscape has never looked better. IMPORTANT NOTEWORTHY DETAILS - Happy Roots goes so far beyond the service contract! If there is a sudden change in weather I receive an update on steps I may need to take - always giving me the option of having them come to my home to take care of things. Normal yearly services like aeration are scheduled by me at my convenience on their calendar when I get the reminder that the weather and conditions are appropriate, Finally, there are many different contract levels from a basic mowing type of package up to the service I love which is complete lawn care. James Rasmussen and his assistants arrived promptly on very short notice from us (and on a holiday weekend), determined the scope of work and gave us a very reasonable, competitive estimate. Then, they quickly but thoroughly completed each phase of the project, sending pictures and notes of their progress. Because all the public landfills were closed for the holiday, the company even arranged to store yard waste temporarily off-site on their property. The end result was an amazing transformation of the grounds, and we have asked them to return on a regular basis. Based on our experience, we would never hire another company of this type. AI called Tim, left a message, and he called back within the hour. He was able to work his schedule so that he could come out and give an estimate that same week. He scheduled the job the immediate following week when it was convenient for me (and I have scheduled a few more since). Tim treats your home like it is his. During the estimate, he asked thorough questions that gave him a clear idea on what I wanted and needed done. He offered his thoughts when they were warranted and gave his professional opinion on things. I thought I needed to buy a whole new door for one of the issues I was having, but he suggested I just have him change the lock out instead and that should fix the problem...and it did! Tim showed up at the time he said he would be there. When he was done with the job, he asked me to look over his work and make sure I was happy with it. With things I needed to know such as resetting the smart code on the door knob, he generously and patiently explained them to me since he had done many of these door knobs before. Afterwards, he cleaned up so well it was like no one was ever there. Overall, Tim is by far the most reasonably priced, professional, and capable handyman I have come across to date. Stop wasting your time searching for another one and call Tim today!

AI liked everything about the experience. Caleb was responsive, informative, decisive and efficient in his plan of attack, he was punctual, he planned his work to minimize our time without water, and once the work started - in the snow - he moved quickly but neatly to make the repair. The repair was in a gravel driveway in the snow and he leveled it back out nicely. He provided a 1-year warranty on labor. Overall great experience.

Installed a new 6 ft. vinyl fence and new vinyl picket fence in record time. It's beautiful. Plus the best customer service in the world. AYoung Landscaping had a coupon for aerating and fertilizing that specified the price was for up to 4000 ft², but I knew mine was larger. Christina was very helpful and professional on the phone when I asked how much extra it would cost for my large lawn. It ended up costing half again as much as the coupon price, but I believe it was worth the price. Their plugs are very large and they did a very thorough job. Also, they use organic fertilizer. Very nice people, as well. I will use them again.

ARich and his team did a great job putting down a paver walkway/entertainment space and replacing our 30+yr deck with composite Trex. He suggested lighting on the columns which we love, and where we noticed the lawn was higher in one spot along the walkway, he added a small retaining wall. Overall his team is fast, polite and great to work with. Can't wait to bring him out for the next project!

AThunderbird Designs just completed a full yard xeriscape design and installation for the large yard at our residence. Their ambitious design and technical expertise were able to turn our landscape dreams into a reality. I really could not recommend them more. We had a thoroughly positive experience through all stages of the process: from initial conceptualization to design, detailed estimates to transparent billing and administration, overhaul of original yard to meticulous installation of xeriscape (including plants, raised beds and drip irrigation system), and finally in ensuring all deliverables were completed within projected time and budget. We did our homework too: we compiled a list of 15 xeriscape companies that operate in the Denver metro area, whittled it down to 4 companies for quotes, and had no difficulty in the end in opting for Thunderbird. While it was an expensive project to undertake, Thunderbird's pricing was the most competitive of the lot. Finally, we send our great appreciation to Dustin for his design genius and fielding of our many questions, to Amber for her efficient work on the administrative side, to Adam for overseeing the management of the project, and to our very capable and extremely hard-working team of Santiago, Juan, Fernando, and Felipe (we marveled at their expertise, speed, and graciousness on a daily basis!). AI was impressed when I got an immediate bid from Mark at Window King. We needed the windows done quickly and he was able to accommodate us and at a good price. On the day of the cleaning, led by Kyle, he and his team did a great job on washing the inside and outside of our windows and our screens. They were friendly, professional and our windows turned out squeaky clean! In fact, we plan to use them to clean our gutters this month and hang our Christmas lights as well.
