AOxi Fresh of Metro DCTina was very responsive during the booking process. I had to reschedule my appointment and she did so without hesitation. The cleaning technition arrived promptly, was very professional, explained the process to me. ASTEAM FRESH CARPET CAREThey have cleaned the basement carpet in my rental property. The carpet was badly stained by pet odor. Not only did they get most of it out, they called me to check if I was satisfied with the job. I check with the new renter and they weren't completely happy. He loves to sink ***** tonk songs as he’s making sure every corner of the house got touched that had carpet. He was professional , courteous , loves the company he works for & takes pride in his workmanship. AMontrose Carpet CleaningI bought a house and movers were coming sooner than expected. I needed my carpeting cleaned the same day I made the call to Montrose Carpet Cleaning. They had a busy schedule but agreed to fit me in. They called to update me on exactly what time they would arrive. When they got here they helped move pieces to the garage that were left in the house. They had the job done in 2 1/2 hours and were headed directly to another job. AMontrose Carpet CleaningI'm 59 years of age and we've done the Rug Dr. thing in years past, and other professional carpet cleaners here in Montrose, CO. They were punctual, courteous and did a 5 star job on our carpets (again)! I left my home with these guys in there while I did errands for 2 hours, that's how much I trust them. You can get these "deals" with other commercial carpet cleaners, but it will be a waste of your money. Spend just a few bucks more and have these guys come in. You will be recommending them to your neighbors and friends guaranteed! BTW, we are natives of western CO and this is home so we know that Montrose Carpet Cleaning is "local," and you won't find a more down to earth, personal and just top notch company. AMontrose Carpet CleaningI am very pleased with their service. They called when they were going to be late. I left the house with my 4 dogs. They called me when they were done and I looked at everything and paid them. Our carpets really were due for cleaning, especially with 4 dogs running in and out and just having raised a new puppy. All the stains were completely gone. They moved the heavy furniture and then replaced it, putting styrofoam blocks underneath them. I am very pleased with the work they did - the carpet almost looks brand new. Can only recommend these guys and will for sure have them back. I now can finally decorate my house for Christmas. Everything feels so fresh and clean. I had called someone else before, who really sounded like he didn't want to do this job and never even came out to look at what had to be done.
