    United Freight was easy to work with and always responsive to email or phone calls. The only glitch was that delivery took several days longer than expected, requiring renting a car for extra days. This is not UFA's fault--they hired the company to do the transporting and then it was beyond their control.

    They performed $547.0 of service that I did not ask for. I complained but I couldn't get my car back unless I paid. So they took $50 off. I think the Behavior is unethical and illegal. But they had me. I will was having the service done right before I had to leave town, so I just had to go with it.

    Although I gave a detailed description of the symptoms the car was having to the tow driver and was assured by Paul he had run a full diagnostic and repaired the issue, ('car would run better than ever!'), the same issue remained. I took the car back, had to hunt down Paul via phone for 3 days as he would not return my calls and was then told he wanted and ADDITIONAL $216.00 on top of the $698.50 already paid! When I told him this was not an option he yelled at me to come my car and hung up on me! Do Not Take Your Car Here! YOU WILL BE CHEATED!

    Sean couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. He was patient, technically spot on, a safe driver, got here within 10 minutes of my call, and got me where I needed to go. Wonderful service and I'd use them again.

    The mechanic said that the car's computer system will reset itself after the car is started about ten times. Not only did the warning lights stay on, ALL the warning lights came on and stayed on after approximately two weeks after the service.

    Finally, I was able to secure a ride while the car needed to be back in the shop to actually fix the problem. I told them when I scheduled the appointment that I didn't feel that I should pay again since the problem was not fixed the first time around. When I arrived at the scheduled appointment to drop the car off, a man followed me into to building and proceeded to harangue me about not giving them "permission" to conduct certain tests on my car the last time I had it in, which is not only untrue, he wasn't making any sense about never fixing the problem from the start. It was obvious that he had no interest conducting himself professionally in delivering good customer service, but rather fault me with that the problem was never repaired.  Even the secretary was cringing.  He is the owner and his name is Scott. He has other dismal reviews on other sites. Needless to say, I collected my things and left. Very upsetting to be treated with this extreme rudeness. I have no earthly idea how this man stays in business. This is not the last that he hears from me.

    My car was fixed on time and the price was even a little lower than the original estimate.  The garage is clean and Dale is a great mechanic.  They even gave me a ride to work.  I will be back.

    They (thankfully) accepted the car--it had to be towed in from about 30 miles and I had to rent a car. Of course this all happened late Saturday afternoon. I was grateful they accepted the car and said they would fix it. They said the timing belt took out all of the valves and it would cost more than the first estimate. It took about a week to 10 days. I am an optimist and was grateful to have found a trustworthy shop to aid me in my unfortunate situation.  Now, almost 2 years down the road I have found that they did not use quality parts. Just last week the thermostat quit working correctly because it was not a Subaru part. When I first got the car back I notice the oil stick had been bent. There were some screws missing in the engine. Now my car burns a lot of oil. I feel that they did the job but probably not with the quality and care that would have been given a "local" person.

    I asked the owner if we could discuss the ten thousand dollar bill, the fact that I broke down after the fourth repair on my way to Denver to trade the car in, and my expenses for the last two breakdowns after the car was 'fixed.' He said they hated problems and would make it right. That was three months ago. Forced to file suit in small claims court.

    Not well at all. I was instantly drawn to the vents. Did not do more than run a dry towel over them and the dash. Windows were so hazy it was hard to drive at night, much less into the sun. Seats were dry, as in not done. All the previous stains remained. And the were not severe stains. More like water marks from wet shorts and stuff.  The exterior was on par with what I might do myself if I was in a hurry.  There was wax smudged on many of the black plastic surfaces, which, incidentally, were not

    done with a black polish.  The tires were done but with a ton of over spray on the wheels, which were barely cleaned and not "detailed".  The entire wash was about what I do to my own vehicles on a pretty regular basis, not a "full meal deal" detail.  When confronted about the quality, he immediately decreased the price to $200.  At that I insisted he redo the interior next week ( it was Friday).  He hesitated but agreed.  After the encounter, I decided his work was so sub par, that I should cancel the check.  For the record I have never considered doing something like that.  When I called the bank ~30min after leaving with my car, he had already cashed it!  He went immediately to said bank, and cashed it.  I suspect he has had checks cancelled on him before.

    Before returning the car for the redo, I used a Bissel steam cleaner on a section of the seat to prove that they had not been touched.  It was very obvious.  The redo, though better, was still sub par for a $200, much less $250, detail.  I again took the bissel to the majority of the seats and improved on what he apparently did with his commercial machine.

    He (owner/ operator) was not there when I picked up the car.  When I attempted to contact him, he did not answer or return my calls.  I wanted to give him the opportunity to make this encounter right, but he refused.
