    Bob at Coyote was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He called ahead to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Our new GE washer did not work from the start. It was a brand new model he had not seen before; he called for assistance and then helped guide us through the warranty process to get the quickest resolution. Then he helped me get the drier vent on and the drier placed. You won���t go wrong calling Coyote if you need service. I recommend them without reservation. DC

    He was great. They were able to help me the next day after I called. He seemed to know just what was wrong and ordered the part. He returned to install the part 3 days later and everything worked. He also oiled my sqeeky oven door when he noticed it. He seems very interested in his job and takes a lot of pride in it. I found this company great to work with.

    The repair was accomplished in two visits, one to assess what was leaking and one to install the part that was ordered. All in all, it took two and a half weeks to accomplish the repair. It took about a week for the part to come in. Another delay was due to scheduling conflicts after the part came in. The repairman was only available on a day that I couldn't be there, so we had to reschedule for a week later. The repairman arrived earlier than scheduled both times. The repairman seemed knowledgeable and so far, the dishwasher hasn't leaked.

    Frankly, I was more than a little concerned when i found that this particular appliance repair company would be handling the (extended) warranty service on my dishwasher., referred by the manufactturer KitchenAid (Whirlpool). Why my concern?
    1. They were based 50 miles away in a smaller town (Pagosa Springs vs. Durango CO).
    2. The lousy review that the first Angie's reviewer wrote about this company. Hopefully that person's disappointment is a one-time event.
    But things worked out beautifully.
    They did everything they said they'd do, and in a timely manner. It required two trips, because an electronic part had to be ordered from KitchenAid. Turnaround was only a week. Service man arrived each time as appointed, was neat, clean and professional. In fact he accommodated a small change in the second appointment to accommodate a doctor's appointment.
    There was no charge for this service since we had the KitchenAid extended warranty.
    I must say that the service was much better than that handled by the seller (Lowe's) under the original warranty. We shall call Coyote Appliance any time we need major appliance repairs

    Rhonda was helpful after talking with a technician about what could be wrong. My husband talked with Curt - very nice to determine what we might do. We ended up not needing a service call and ordered a part from them, due any time - not sure of the part cost, but is minimal.

    I have a practically new refrigerator, but ice would build up below the
    bottom drawer freezer, then melt, then run on our wood floors.  The
    manufacturer was not helpful, and I could not fix it myself.  A friend
    told me to call blue streak.  They not only fixed the problem, but they
    researched the problem with this brand of fridge,  ordered an improved
    part, installed the part, and it was done by nice people and done
    professionally and quickly.  Need an appliance repaired, these guys are
    worth every penny, and honest.

    He also left a piece of equipment at our house. Instead of calling about it he just showed up one afternoon knocking loudly on our front door and woke up our newborn son. I told him how disappointed I was in his service (or lack thereof) at that impromptu meeting, but he made some lame excuse and tried to quickly leave .

    Geary Parsons (Owner) performed our service call. Geary was very punctual, professional, and thorough. He performed troubleshooting of our ice-maker in our freezer that was malfunctioning and found the problem. He carefully removed and replaced the contents of the freezer while performing the service and told us exactly what the problem was and what would be required to fix it. Geary also performed troubleshooting on our dishwasher that was not cleaning dishes effectively. He removed the major components of the dishwasher, cleaned them by hand, and verified that upon re-installation that they were functioning satisfactorily. I would hire Geary in the future for any other repairs that my appliances would require. Advanced Appliance Repair advertises and quot;Superior In-Home Serviceand quot; and they fulfilled this promise with my service call.

    They were excellent. They responded immediately and they did exactly what they said they would do. They seem to be very honest and helpful. They took care of any issues. There was no charge. Whenever there is an issue, they just come and take care of it. They are always early. I would recommend them to anybody.

    He is a very nice guy and I only had one issue with his job. He accidentally overcharged us by $95. We actually replaced the part after having it shipped to us. He was supposed to send us a refund which we have yet the receive a month later.
