    Advantage Services
After working with Jerry, we would not trust any project or projects to anyone else but Advantage Services. From the proposal, which was very detailed to the completion of the work every step of the way was done with impeccable precision and execution. He was meticulous in keeping the area clean and brought in machines to maintain our air quality in the rest of our house while doing the work. The finished project far exceeded our expectations. The quality and attention to every detail (big and small) is something you just don't find in today's market. Jerry, is a top-notch professional in his field and an excellent communicator regarding scope and advising of any changes, or possibilities to make the project better, or way's to make it more cost effective when needed. His tile work and overall craftsmanship is the best I have seen in the industry.

    50 Floor
As soon as they got here, one of the workers went into the bedroom and slammed the laminate right down. They went ahead and layed the laminate flooring before even checking what was underneath. After they were finished, we noticed a soft spot in the floor where it would go down when you step on it. I pointed this out, and he acted like I knew it was already there. When I asked them to come back out and pull up the flooring to check the soft spot, they said that would cost me more money. Both of the workers rude and unprofessional.

    Kitchens 2 Go
Do Not Hire This Contractor!  This job started in early July and we finally received the last of the materials in mid Oct.  I made
the mistake of paying them 60% of the total contract price at the beginning of the job for purchase of materials and another 25% when the cabinets arrived.  They told us the job would be completed in 3 weeks.  One of the reasons I hired this company was because we wanted it done fast.  This job was supposed to be completed by Aug 12th.  If I would have known it would take this long, I would have hired another contractor or done it myself.  My wife stayed at home every day for over 3 months waiting for contractors to show up.  They rarely showed up before 10am and often took days off.  They came less than half of the days during the 3 months. Owners never stick to what they say is going to be done on certain days.
There was no project manager, foreman, quality control, or any effort to see how the job was progressing or more importantly, the lack of progress.  They have sent 12 or more different guys.  There is a major lack of communication between management and contractors.  I believe they are all hired from Craigslist.  They kept sending one contractor at a time for each part of the job.  All of the guys that worked on the kitchen had to come back and fix or redo issues due to poor workmanship and poor communication with the management of Kitchens 2 Go. Their many different contractors made a mess of our house, both inside and outside, and did a poor job of cleaning up before they left (on the days they did show up). The majority of the kitchen was done with very poor quality craftsmanship.
It?s been over 3 ½ months and the kitchen remodel isn't finished yet.  I can?t begin to count the number of phone calls we?ve made and emails we've sent trying to get mistakes corrected and get the kitchen finished.  All of our cabinets have no
doors or drawer fronts. We have the doors and drawer fronts but they are not stained or finished.  4 of the doors will need to
be bought by us due to the wrong door being ordered by Kitchens 2 Go.  Our new $2000 refrigerator was scratched during installation. The microwave was installed wrong.  I had to remove and reinstall it.  I installed the dishwasher, disposer, and
range because I couldn?t trust their people to do it correctly.  We will not let them back due to the damage to our appliances.  We have already had to hire another plumber to correct mistakes their 3 different plumbers made.  The kitchen is still barely usable.  We will have to hire a competent contractor to fix all the mistakes and complete the kitchen at our expense.
We paid thousands of dollars for bad work. So heed our warning and don't hire them!
I don't believe they'll be in business long with their unprofessional work ethic.
    Very Poor Quality Craftsmanship
    Very Poor Management
    Would Not Use Again
I Do Not Recommend This Company!

    Advantage Services
This project went wonderfully from first to last. We were "problem customers" in one way, because the timing of the project was difficult. We had  a really short window for it between a holiday and the arrival of house guests. Jerry managed to fit it in more smoothly than we could have imagined, and with no disruption to our plans. He's such an efficient, heads-down worker, so clean and quiet in his work habits, and so thoughtful of his customers that we hardly knew he was there until our beautiful new bathroom appeared--in plenty of time for our house guests! Jerry genuinely wanted us to have this project exactly as we wanted it, and that's the way it came out. He is helpful with ideas and advice, and he willingly shares his extensive knowledge and experience (important for us, as we are not handy around the house and don't have experience of our own to draw on). His prices are fair and reasonable (middle of the range of bids we took)  but it's even better than that: When you consider the careful, thorough, and skillful work he does, not skimping on any detail, his prices are actually rock bottom. He even saved us money by knowing where and how to get good buys on needed items. There were no surprises in the bill, either; even the change we made was economically done.

    Carpet Mill Outlet Flooring Stores
We had flooring installed in 2009.I had called carpet mill shortley after install because where the carpet and flooring meet a trim was installed, but carpet was fraying. One of the installers came out and fixed, but was only a temporary fix the carpet continued to fray because it was cut too short.I  was not too concerned because we were hoping to replace the carpet in th near future. After the install.we were happy with th flooring itself, but never really inspected the base boards until we repainted and noticed cracked base boards, base in guest closet  was not base that was there before install.there was a big space in corners, also caulking was bad, they tried to hide mistakes by covering with caulking. In March of 2013 we had a contractor come out to give us an estimate for 2 bathroom remodel, also kitchen.During this time they brought it to our attention that the floor in guest bathroom was lifting.I related to them that for several months there was an odor coming from that bathroom and also master bathroom which is right next to guest bathroom. They inspected ceiling under bathroom and related to us that there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling. They were hired to do our remodel. They removed the toilet, related that toiledt had not been reinstalled correctly, the rubber ring was not the correct ring,it should have been a thicker ring due to floor being higher than previous floor and also toilet was not set right and had not sealed. They began tearing out flooring that carpet mill had installed,we could see where it had beenslowly seeping.I called Mark at Carpet Mill and explained the problem. He said the project was only warranted for 1 yr.and we would have noticed the problem immedietly. The guest bathroom was used rarely so how could we have noticed sooner.Heseemed very unconcerned, did not even offer to look at it.We had to completely replace flooring in bathroom, tear outdrywall in kitchen ceiling, they had to decominate beams. This cost us approx.$3500.00 over and above what our remodel cost.My husband and I are on a fixed income, retired, and had to save to pay for the work that carpet mill did.We purchased carpet from Carpet Mill in late 1990 and were very happy with carpet and installation. We took pictures of the entire tear out ,sent a claim to our homeowners ins.they denied the claim for the reason that it had been leaking for quite some time.I feel when a major problem like this happens due to shoddy work the company that is responsible should at least make an effort to make it right,we trusted them to do a good job and they failed.I will let my friends and family know of the problem we had with Carpet Mill and advise them not to do bussiness with them.
