Stucco Repair reviews in Colorado Springs

    Carroll Painting
Our experience with Carroll Painting was excellent. Their commitment to the highest quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices best sums up working with them. They did a whole house exterior painting of a large stucco home for us. They used the finest quality paint for all trim, soffits and fascia and deep coats of elastomeric stucco paint in both sprayed and hand rolled application. Our house not only looks great, but is also great to the touch when compared to the dry, deeply weathered and faded stucco surface we had. Steps: Whole house pressure wash; whole house caulking and sealing; patch/repairs to stucco; whole house painting. I would also like to compliment Peter Carroll for his flexibility and willingness to work with us on our color choices. He said he wanted us to be happy with the final job no matter what so we did go back and forth on color choices in the beginning. Once we finalized our choices, with the help of his excellent color sense and recommendations, and the assurance we could make changes during the job if we needed to; we ended up making only one change (on the color of the garage doors) and now have house that pops, tastefully. Their work crew was just as committed to excellence and flexibility as the company owners. They did not watch the clock often working long into the early evening to complete their days goal. They were a pleasure to work with.

    Confident Coatings & Exteriors Inc.
The job went great. We had to delay because of snow but they arrived on time and were courteous and cleaned up each day. They were careful to protect our flowers which were just starting to emerge. The work was excellent and our home looks new! It is 22 years old. Pat was very easy to work with and honored the Angie's list coupon. We changed the color of the trim and Pat did excellent paint matching. We would highly recommend them.

    Crash of Rhinos Painting
Nobody can challenge COR's responsiveness, communication, and overall customer service. Both the office staff and every one of the paint crew were amazingly nice people. They did what they promised, on time and on budget, with status reports along the way. The only anomalies - they painted around some building fixtures which would have been easy to remove and paint behind, plus there were some minor sidewalk spills and a broken outlet cover. No deal-breakers for sure, and the home looks great. We would surely hire them back or recommend them to others.

    Confident Coatings & Exteriors Inc.
10 minutes ago-Edit Initial meeting with Confident Coatings, Bart, went well. Scheduled the work a month later but he never showed. No contact. Irritated because it cost me a day of work. I emailed and he claimed he was backed up. He said he would contact to reschedule which never happened. I emailed them again and made another appointment in the future. The day of the scheduled appointment the Confident Coatings showed at a random time to do a survey according to a family member because I want there, againno email or call just showed up. I have no idea what was surveyed. The following day before leaving for work, I noticed two broken English speaking guys in a work truck on the side of my house pulling out equipment. No call or even coming to my door to inform they were there. I asked to speak to their supervisor and things went south from there. I told them to leave. Not a peep out of the company. Extremely poor business practices. Not sure how they are getting so many positive reviews. Not Recommended.

    Anthony's Painting LLC
We hired Anthony's last fall to repair stucco around the base of our house. At the time, we thought they did a great job. Fast forward to January. Stucco in one of the spots below a door popped off. No biggie, right? They offer a 10 year warranty! I contacted Anthony and he said he would put us on the schedule in the spring. Super! Over the past 3 weeks, I've tried to get them to come out to repair the stucco. Voice mail box was full on several occasions, so I left a message when I could and also emailed them. Anthony scheduled a crew to come out on two occasions, yet they never showed and after the 2nd time Anthony would not return my calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!! What a scam....

    The Paint Doctor Inc
I had a great experience with the Paint Doctor. Brian was patient, knowledgeable and thorough in providing information, options and pictures of work completed. Bridgette was great at supporting me in picking colors to tie my property together. Daniel and his crew were professional throughout prep to stucco and the stucco process. Chad finished the project beautifully with his professionalism and work ethic painting all the accent, trim, gutters etc.

    Creative Outdoor Living
The very creative design incorporating the part of the patio that didnt need replacing is the work of the owner, Patrick Harr, who manages various teams of workers to create an excellent finished product. The concrete which had surrounded the hot tub, and the enclosure that held the hot tub furnace, were removed and replaced with new concrete, stamped to match the existing part of the patio. New stucco on two walls matches the old stucco. As part of the patio repair project, Creative Outdoor Living replaced the painted wood top cap of the patio railing with Trex, which looks much better. We also had the existing part of the patio cleaned and sealed it looks like new. His work crews left the area tidy and everything in working order. Before signing the contract, Mr. Harr gave us an itemized project estimate, a schedule of payments, and a drawing of what he proposed for the stairs. His responses to our questions and concerns before and during the project, were timely and helpful; he is very patient and his attention to detail is meticulous. Based on our experience, I recommend Mr. Harr and Creative Outdoor Living for patio projects.

    Gonzalez Stucco
They have not finished the work. They have not been here for 3 weeks, left scaffolding up, trash in yard, not responding to text or phone calls. Finally responded and their excuse is weather and other projects ahead of us. We were not informed of other projects until after black lathe was up. Paid for 75% of work and have not started brown coat. We requested our money back and recommend nobody hiring this company ever.!!

    Emerald Edge Construction LLC
Evan responded very quickly and started the locker room within the same week. Providing excellent service for the team that resides in that space. The stucco repair was fantastic and hid all of the previous flaws. Our painters here at CC were very satisfied with the outcome on both projects and will continue to use Emerald Edge in the future.

Emerald Edge went above and beyond. They were willing to work extra hours and weekends to complete the project under an expedited schedule. The jobsite was kept clean and useable by other trades. They were very flexible and worked well with the other trades.
