Love Your Siding Love Your Stucco
Weve been intending to write this review for quite some time, as Love Your Stucco worked on our house two summers ago (2017). In short, Randy and his son, Chris, were great and their crews did a great job. We initially talked with Randy at a trade show about having some manufactured stone put on the front of our then all-stucco house and werent considering any stucco work. But when Randy first came out, he looked at our house and showed us where the stucco had sustained significant hail damage. I at first was somewhat skeptical about whether the damage was that significant and required repair work, but in listening to him and asking several questions, my wife and I realized that he really knows his stuff. Randy then worked with us in designing where we would put stone of the front of our house, and ultimately we obtained separate estimates from him for both the stonework and the stucco work. At Randys suggestion and with his support and documentation, we made a claim under our homeowners policy for the stucco damage caused by hail. We were very pleasantly surprised when the insurance adjuster came, inspected our house closely including the roof and gutters, and then prepared an estimate that included replacing roof vents and gutters as well as stucco repair and coating. Amazingly, the adjusters estimate for the stucco work itself, which was approved by our insurance company, was higher than Randys estimate. In the end, we retained Love Your Stucco to do the stucco work and act as general contractor to do the stonework, replace the gutters and roof vents, and do trim painting. The work took several weeks but throughout, Randy, Chris and their crews were very professional and did an excellent job. They were also very accommodating when we made a couple of last minute changes. In particular, we selected the stucco coating colors fairly late in the process and then at the last minute again changed colors. No doubt Randy and Chris were frustrated with us, but they handled it like true professionals and simply went with the flow. Consistent with many of the other reviews, we highly recommend Love Your Stucco.

    SUNDANCE MASONRY LLC
Fantastic....had some issues finding the remaining corner stones and when they arrived his team was at the house the very next day to finish the job. His team was friendly, professional and excellent craftsmanship. When the old frame was removed we had some electrical surprises and his team solved them. The team also took notice that the flooring was uneven, we explained that new flooring was going to be installed and the account for the height adjustment so that it would fit nicely under the stone. Highly Recommend!

    Rays Chimney Service Plus
Great job. The repair day was delayed due to snow but they made it back the next clear day and did what appeared to be a great job, making sure our stove and chimney were operating safely and efficiently. After the repairs were complete we contacted them to assist with an insurance form confirming our wood burning stove was installed and operating up to current codes. They did this for us along with a few more visits and additional work just because Ray "was up last night thinking about how to make our stove more efficient". These improvements along with a couple of heat sensors have really improved how we use our stove. Using notably less wood while keeping the home comfortable. We did contact the office to see if there would be additional charges, to our surprise we were told no. Very pleased and grateful!

    Old Town Masonry
My wife and I have owned several houses over the years and have hired many contractors. We had the best experience with Duane from Old Town Masonry that we have ever had. He is a true craftsman and professional and a true gentleman. His craftsmanship rebuilding our wall is outstanding and our customer experience with him beat our expectations. We highly recommend him.

    NEW CREATION DECKS INC
We love our new deck built by New Creation Decks (NCD) and expect years of carefree use. If the design is straightforward, just about anyone can build a deck. Heck, even I built a deck once. Where New Creation Decks shines is when a customer's project is complex or has design challenges. Ours was such a project. We have two 4' tall retaining walls with the lower wall just a few feet from the rear of our house. One of the companies we called actually declined to submit a quote because they felt our project was too challenging. New Creation Decks was able to overcome the limitations presented by the closeness of the retaining walls and provide us with a large, welcoming deck. New Creation Decks has an architect on staff named Peter Kavanagh. He met with us, discussed our requirements and budget constraints and returned a few days later with CAD drawings of his proposed design from multiple perspectives. Peter's design mirrored the angles of our house and included extending our outdoor living space by adding an ironstone patio adjacent to the deck. Rather than conventional railings, the deck features cables and tempered glass that increase the feeling of openness. The design also features a stone wall face added to the lower retaining wall that incorporated the same stacked stone used in our family room fireplace. New Creation's carpenters executed Peter's vision. It was fun to watch the progress as the CAD drawings came to life. There were delays and issues with the subcontractors responsible for the railings and patio, but NCD promptly and effectively dealt with these issues. After the project was completed, there were a few minor issues, but these were also satisfactorily addressed. Most impressive was when, over a year after our deck was completed, we suffered wind damage to one of the tempered glass railings and NCD still stood behind their work and completed repairs at no charge. It was always a pleasure working with everyone we met from NCD. We appreciated that workers always showed up when expected and kept a clean work site.

    Rays Chimney Service Plus
The crew of 2 worked like a synchronized timepiece to get each process done efficiently. No mess, they covered up everything important. They also recommended which type if fireplace insert would work for my particular arched fireplace. Great job!

    Old Town Masonry
Duane and his worker, Chuck did an amazing job. It is really nice to find a craftsman that takes pride in his work and does not rush his work. If you want a mason that has excellent skills, knowledgeable, patient and wants you to be extremely satisfied, Duane is your guy. I would not let some of the negative reviews sway you in calling Duane. He came out to our house last fall when we were first initially considering the project to give us some ideas. Earlier this year, we decided to go forward with the project and Duane came out again to discuss our project. From there, e-mail communication worked just great. Duane finished on time, on budget and as always, cleaned up the area afterwards. We will definitely use Duane for any other masonry jobs we might have.

    KC Stone Designs
Zach did a beautiful job on our stone fireplaces. He was extremely polite and professional, and he worked so hard to get the job done on time. We LOVE the way that they turned out and are so thankful that we called him! We highly recommend.

    Old Town Masonry
Duane was great to work with. He took his time to do the job right and made it a great experience for us. When the dry-stack look ended up taking extra time with the irregular stone that we chose, he didn't readjust the quote or charge us extra for the additional labor. Was very professional the whole time and the end product is better than we even imagined. In about a week's time our fireplace went from dated brick to gorgeous stone that extends all the way to the top of the vaulted ceiling. We would absolutely hire Old Town Masonry again for other masonry work.
