Lawn Treatment reviews in Colorado Springs

Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results

  • I have worked with Ryan of Integrated Lawn & Tree Care for several years now and find them to provide the highest quality of services, compared to several others in the area, for the price. Their packages are tailored to fit your needs, not theirs The prices are average for the area, but you do get what you pay for and if you are not satisfied with the results just ask and they will come out, usually free of charge, to correct anything that does not meet your standards. I highly recommend Integrity Lawn & Tree Care for all you lawn and tree care needs. You will not be disappointed!!!

  • When I first made contact with Integrated Lawn Service they were very attentive to the needs of my daughters lawn. I told them that she could not afford the service until she gets paid and they assured me that they will take care of it and she can pay when she gets paid. They went out and serviced the lawn for weeds and then made contact with me to let me know what they did and what was needed in the future. I can’t say enough about Elliot and Ryan who were above professional. I have not met or talked to Dustin who was the technician who serviced the lawn, but his follow up was more than I expected. He gave me a detailed analysis of what the lawn needed come spring. I wish there was more that I could say, they were fantastic!!!

  • Taylor was very professional in his dealings with me and my family. He took all of our concerns into considerations and we arrived at a great landscaping plan. I highly recommend Weekend Life Landscaping

  • Our backyard was overrun by weeds and bare spots. Had a couple of landscapers tell us that it would be almost impossible to revive it and would be better off with new sod. Well, after 3 months and several treatments, it is looking great!

  • I called and asked for a after winter cleanup since we moved in to the house just prior to winter and never did anything to the yard. Personal Touch (PT) came out and told me about a Spring Cleanup deal, which was described, but the agent also mentioned numerous other things that apparently didn't fall under Spring cleanup, they were just other services for a different price. I agreed to do the Spring Cleanup and declined a regular service from them to gauge their performance and final cost to see if I would like to continue business with them. $1,300 dollars later (which I have waited to pay to discuss my dissatisfaction; I will be paying, but not doing anymore business with them) and what does not appear to be much work done - mulch turned and added more mulch, trimming, which I take their word they did, and weeding, which I still have many many weeds among my rocks. I know weeds will pop up, but there were weeds almost immediately afterwards and it just didn't look as if I paid someone to weed. I'll eat that one since they can't control the growth of weeds, I just wish they hadn't said to call them back if any weeds pop up. When I did, they said it had rained so they wouldn't honor that any longer. Bottom line for me is, I do not feel like $1,300 dollars was well spent. It also appears as if they charged me for more workers/hours. From what I saw when I returned home, one person could have done the job in a few hours. I was told two (or more?), did the job over 24 hours worth of work, or some explanation like that. I don't recall seeing them at the house for a 24 hour period, even if it was broken up. Bottom line - I will not be using PT again because of pricing compared to work done. I didn't even mention the several other services they offer for a similar price between 800 and 1300 dollars. They wanted me to sign a contract with them, but after what I experienced, I would not ever commit to them. In their defense, I believe they deal with a lot of very wealthy families/homes and retirees. I almost forgot, they claimed to seed my yard, or some kind of treatment due to the yard being very traumatized. The grass never recovered and no reschedule/reseed was attempted so I guess they try, but don't see it through. If their one treatment doesn't take hold, you're on your own. I bet they will help for more money, though. I feel ripped off.

  • I used to use Scott's Lawn Service (and the lawn looked immaculate for over a decade [I have pictures from almost every year that you can see it looks like a baseball field]) and then they got bought out by TruGreen. On the second application from TruGreen their tech spray weed killer on my entire lawn by mistake and left me a note, not even apologizing, just saying he sprayed weed killer and I may see my grass turn brown for the summer. I wonder if he would have even left a note if my camera had not caught him (he looked right at it, then grabbed a ticket to write the note on). I tried calling them, but you can't call the local office as it is redirected to the call center in some other state and all they can do is "get a message to the local branch to have someone call you", but that doesn’t happen. They said the local branch doesn't take calls directly due to the high number of complaints they get. I had to look up the address and go down there in person and talk to the General Manager, John Prather. At first, he seemed very willing to help and said exactly what was needed to lower my frustration, and promised my lawn would be restored to the way is used to look (never happened). Later on from August 2017 on, he never returned my phone calls or emails, refunded the wrong amount back and he had to fix it, and never followed up with me at all from August on. He had Tony and Ken Brady work with me, by my lawn has never looked the same, and they don’t even follow-up any longer. They wanted to do an aeration in September to help it, and scheduled it, then never showed up, called me back tried to schedule it but said their schedule was full for the next week and they’d call me soon, and then never called. I had to make another trip down to the local office and call the call center nine times to finally get a call back and that person never called me back either. I finally got a hold of Ken Brady and he said they forgot about the aeration and since it was the end of October, they stopped doing them for the season, but would be out next spring. I called him six times the following spring (spring 2018) and after not showing up three times, they finally came out, but only aerated the front and said they couldn’t do the back because of dogs and a locked gate. I don’t have dogs or a locked gate. Also, my security camera footage shows the tech walking around to the back yard, talking on his cell phone and sitting in my lawn chair for almost half an hour, and then coming back to the front. When they did the front, they broke two sprinklers that I had to fix and they never came back to do the back yard, even after multiple called to the call center, Ken Brady, and Tony. I called the call center to cancel all services the person told me that the Colorado Springs location has so many complaints that she’s not surprised. One of their techs (came from Scott’s) that did an application last year told me their bread and butter is commercial/golf courses and they don’t really care about residential and he’s going to lawn doctor as soon as there’s an opening. He also told me that they don’t use Scott’s Fertilizer, they used a watered down version of the commercial grade stuff they apply. After I cancelled, I went down to the branch to let the GM know that I had enough and when I went in, I was asked what I needed, and I said I would like to talk to John Prather as I have a complaint, and they said he only talks to happy customers and said he was out. I called his cell phone and left several messages-never heard back and I emailed him and never heard back. Later in the week I got a call from Corporate Customer relations asking why I cancelled (a lady named Jasmine in Pennsylvania) and I explained everything to her and she said she would get it escalated to a regional manager and they would get my lawn fixed; never heard back. I called back again and no one knew who she was.

  • It went extremely well. I am so pleased with the work that Tomas and his crew performed. They worked steady, were very respectful, cleaned up every evening before they left. It all turned out even better than I thought it could. I WILL use them again.

  • I was contacted by a door-to-door rep two years ago. My lawn looked terrible (lots of weeds and bare spots), but he said they could have it looking like the fairway at Augusta within 18 months. Sounded good to me, so I signed up for service. Now, two years later, not only does my lawn not look like the fairway at Augusta, it actually looks worse than it did before I started service. They did service my yard as agreed. And when I complained a few times that the service wasn't doing any good, and they came out and did a few extra treatments at no charge. So I can't say they didn't show up and do the work. The problem is, the work they did, the treatments they made, accomplished nothing. Overall, it was a complete waste of money. I paid for two years of service, and have absolutely nothing to show for it.

  • Although we haven't had any treatments yet, they get an A+ in our book for responsiveness and communication. Definitely A+ customer service. Eliot has been the best with his recommendations for our (sad) back yard! Looking forward to green grass! Will update later with before and after pictures.

  • Dustin was courteous and knowledgeable,One of the best parts was he was running late he did call and let me know that’s why the got a B in punctuality other than that it was well worth the price. Definitely would recommend!!
